Though he might not be able to defeat the criminals on the lists, he could try his luck to uncover leads.

“I want to learn how I can store my Potential Energy Forces. Can you teach me?” Leon requested.

Ever since Nigel captured Ruth and Cynthia, Leon realized that Iris and the others were far too weak to protect themselves when they were in danger. If he could learn how to store his Potential Energy Forces, he could store them in various items and hand them to Iris and the others as a safety measure.
