Chapter 2321
The Ex-Husband's Revenge
âEven if we Spears do whatever we want, it has nothing to with the Thompsonsâ second bloodline!
Elder Thompson, if Iâm not mistaken, Leon is the person who killed Yonas, and this has already been proven. Itâs bad enough that you havenât avenged your grandson, and now you are helping his killer?
Yonasâs soul will never be at peace!â The Southern Boss laughed.
âI-â Arthur was momentarily at a loss for words.
He only agreed to help Leon out of concern for the bigger picture, knowing very well that Yonas might not rest in peace if Leon was truly the person who killed him.
âUncle, donât listen to the Southern Boss! Rodney was the one who killed Yonas! He already admitted to it!â Angus yelled, before explaining the earlier exchange briefly.
âWhat?! Really?â Both Arthur and August were stunned.
Though Yuri already explained ahead of time that Rodney might be the person who killed Yonas, Arthur did not dare to believe him completely since there was no evidence proving his claim.
However, since Rodney already admitted to it, it was a different story.
âItâs true! The Great and Forth Elder heard it as well! They are my witnesses!â Angus nodded.
âThatâs right! Rodney fell into a trap Mister Wolf set up and admitted to doing it!â The Great and Forth Elder agreed along.
âRodney Spears! So you did frame Mister Wolf for what you did!â Arthur was furious upon learning the truth.
All the Thompsons on Leonâs side, including Angus, the Great and Forth Elder, were people Arthur trusted most, so he cast all doubts he had previously aside.
Not only did Rodney kill Yonas, but he also framed Leon for it, causing an internal conflict between the first and second bloodlines of the Thompsons.
If Angus did not try his best to protect Leon, Arthur might have already killed Leon by mistake.
The realization that Rodney was responsible for it all instantly filled Arthurâs heart with rage.
âHow dare you? Give me back my grandson!â Furious, Arthur glared daggers at Rodney and leaped into action without hesitation to attack Rodney, who was standing next to the Southern Boss with the full intention of killing Rodney on the spot.
âDamn it! Dad, help me!â Terrified, Rodney immediately backed away to stand behind the Southern Boss for protection.
âDonât even try, Thompson!â The Southern Boss scoffed and gathered a tremendous wave of energy upon his fist, before launching it at Arthur.
âBaam!â
T attack launched by the Southern Boss and clashed with Arthurâs power and since the Southern Boss was at a slight disadvantage when it came to strength, he stumbled backward and struggled to anchor himself.
âSouthern Boss, Rodney, how dare the two of you kill my grandson? I will make you pay! Die!â Arthur roared maliciously, before launching yet another powerful blow at the two.
