Chapter 140: Will She Have It Worse?

Upon hearing her threat to castrate him, Zhou Yan subconsciously pressed his legs together. “You’re not a woman!”

“Put him behind bars for life.” As she spoke, Yan Jinyi stood still and rubbed her wrists. “You kidnapped the daughter of the Huo Family, that’s a serious crime. It won’t be a problem to have you jailed for life.”

After saying that, she couldn’t help but kick Zhou Yan again. “I can understand why you kidnapped Huo Qingyuan, but I can’t tolerate the fact that you have the damned audacity to covet the Huo Family’s assets!”

Huo Qingyuan was at a loss for words.

Yan Jinyi thought about it, turned around and then sat down on the sofa. “Go and get me a cup of water.”

Upon receiving the order, Huo Qingyuan dashed towards the kitchen.

“Second Sister-in-law, would you like to have some fresh fruit juice? The juice I make is delicious.”

Too lazy to even glance at him, Yan Jinyi nodded while playing some games. “Sure.”

When the fruit juice was served, Zhang Guoquan happened to arrive.

He was wearing a black suit with his white hair combed back. Standing at the door, he looked extraordinarily energetic.

“Second Young Mistress, Miss Huo, let me do the cleaning up, you guys go back first.”

As he spoke, he got ready to grab Zhou Yan, but Yan Jinyi stopped him.

“Hold it.” She finished the juice in one gulp and got up. “I’m not done with hitting him yet, what is the hurry?”

Yan Jinyi glanced at Zhang Guoquan before picking up a hanger and beating Zhou Yan up ferociously.

Huo Qingyuan subconsciously looked at Zhang Guoquan, only to see that he was indeed hiding behind two bodyguards and shivering.

On the way, Huo Qingyuan did not even dare to make a single sound, as she sat still in the back seat like a stone statue.

When they returned home, they saw Huo Zihang who had been sitting on the sofa and waiting for a long time.

Yan Jinyi rebuked sternly while Huo Zihang immediately made an “OK” gesture.

Huo Qingyuan thought to herself complacently, ‘See, girls do get treated differently. Second Sister-in-law is still protective of me after all.’

However, in less than a split second, Yan Jinyi said again, “Huo Qingyuan, kneel down.”

Huo Qingyuan shivered and immediately knelt down on the carpet.

“Kneel for an hour before getting your ass back to your room.”
