“Second Young Mistress Huo, don’t you want to see your grandmother?”

‘Grandmother? Since when do I have a grandmother?’

Yan Jinyi rolled her eyes.

“You’re a nutcase.”

After saying those words coldly, Yan Jinyi hung up.

When she returned home, she realized that the Huo siblings were sitting on the sofa. As usual, Huo Xishen was indifferent and sullen but Huo Zihang and Huo Qingyuan seemed to be sulking too.

Yan Jinyi asked in puzzlement, “What’s wrong with you guys?”

Huo Zihang was reading some newspapers. When he saw Yan Jinyi, he humphed coldly and turned his head to the side.

‘Is Huo Zihang throwing a tantrum in front of me?’

Yan Jinyi raised her brows and stared at Huo Qingyuan sternly. “Huo Qingyuan, tell me what’s going on.”

Huo Qingyuan was feeling extremely upset at this moment and she finally couldn’t help but stand up and exclaim, “Second Sister-in-law, you’re such a disappointment. Why did you choose to date a random man and cheat on such a good man like Second Brother!?!”

“Since when have I done that? Make yourself clear!”

Huo Qingyuan said with reddened eyes, “It’s out in the news. You made it to the hot search. I didn’t expect that kind of man to be your type!”

She was acting as if Yan Jinyi had cheated on her instead.

Immediately reminded of Xu Hao, Yan Jinyi quickly pulled out her cell phone to see that she had indeed made it to the hot search list.

It was a strange photo and the angle that it was taken from made it seem as if she was in an ambiguous relationship with Xu Hao. Most importantly, the members of the crew were all present. Thus everyone was speculating that the cast of ‘The Tumultuous Harem’ had been colluding to help Yan Jinyi keep her relationship a secret.

In fact, many of Zhuang Heng’s fans even came over to scold her and claimed that she was stirring up trouble and toying with men.

Yan Jinyi glanced at Huo Xishen and said, “Do you also think I cheated on you?”

“Of course I trust you, Darling.”

Huo Zihang and Huo Qingyuan both turned to look at Huo Xishen in unison. ‘Why did he keep quiet and pull a long face then? He made us all misunderstand.’

“Why so?” Yan Jinyi asked curiously.

Huo Xishen picked up the document beside him and started reading through it. “He’s too ugly for you.”

Yan Jinyi immediately smiled and said, “You know me well.”

She indeed felt that Xu Hao was too ugly for her. Even the butcher in Black Clouds Fortress was better looking than Xu Hao.

“Second Sister-in-law, do you really have nothing to do with him?”

Huo Zihang and Huo Qingyuan both inched closer to Yan Jinyi in a gossipy manner.

Yan Jinyi looked at the both of them in disdain and exclaimed, “I don’t want to talk to you for the time being, get lost!”

Huo Qingyuan was incredibly aggrieved. ‘It’s all Huo Zihang’s fault for saying that Second Sister-in-law cheated! I was wronged!’

“Where’s Shen Yan?”

“She’s gone home.”

‘Back to her own home? Oh right, Shen Yan comes from a wealthy family too.’

She sat down beside Huo Xishen and fiddled with her cell phone with one hand. She was certain that Liu Ran must be the one behind the matter regarding her and Xu Hao.

It wasn’t easy to film a drama series and now that there was a sudden change in female lead, Yan Jinyi had to reshoot some scenes with the new actress too. She decided to tolerate it for a while but Liu Ran decided to provoke her.

Yan Jinyi squinted. “Which bar did Liu Ran use to work at?”

Knowing that she must be asking him that question, Huo Zihang hurriedly answered, “The bar Liu Ran used to work in has folded long ago. Otherwise, there would have been concrete evidence of her working there in the past.”

‘It has folded, I see… Simple, I’ll start with her family.’

“Go check up on the relationship between Liu Ping’an and Xu Hao.”

“Isn’t Xu Hao your…”

As soon as he spoke, Yan Jinyi glared daggers at him.

Huo Zihang immediately chickened out. “I’ll get to it right now.”
