She raised her brows and pushed the door open to get out of the cab. When she walked towards Tang Qing’s car, she instructed, “Pay me for the cab fare.”

Tang Qing seemed to have long predicted that she would make such a request. Hence,he had already taken out a few hundred-yuan bills and handed it to the driver. “Keep the change.”

After saying that, he turned around to get inside his own car.

The cab driver looked blankly at the bills that were placed on the passenger’s seat.

Soon, Yan Jinyi received a set of photos. She had met both of the people in the photos before.

One was Yao Xin, and the other was Zhuang Heng’s oddball mother, Zhuang Lijuan.

“Miss Yan, aren’t you curious as to why the both of them met each other?” Tang Qing pointed to Zhuang Lijuan and continued, “This woman obviously dislikes you. She’s very cunning and shrewd, I reckon she must have encouraged Yao Xin to harm you. That’s how the scandal came about.”
