Chapter 31: He Wants to Have Her

Dad, Stay Away from My Mom

"I'll take you to the hospital," Melinda said, picking up her bag and holding Sam's hand.

The restaurant manager was also terrified and waived the bill. The frightened staff sat on the floor, crying uncontrollably.

Melinda gently patted her shoulder, "Don't worry, it's going to be okay."

After leaving the restaurant, Melinda quickly used her phone to call for a driver while they waited.

Raymond, however, had a smile on his face.

"How can you still smile? Doesn't it hurt?" Melinda said with concern.

"It doesn't hurt. With you and Sam by my side, I don't feel anything," he said, making Melinda roll her eyes. He was really injured but still wouldn't calm down.

"Mr. Thomas, does it hurt? Let me blow on it for you," Sam said, having seen that if it weren't for Raymond, he would have been the one injured.

After saying that, he stood on tiptoe and puffed his cheeks to blow on the wound.

He looked so cute that Raymond wanted to hug Sam, but he touched his wound and couldn't help but let out a "hiss."

Melinda said irritably, "You're already like this, calm down. The driver will be here soon."

Ten minutes later, the driver arrived. Seeing the luxury car in front of him, he was amazed as he had never driven one before.

"Hello, can you hurry up? We need to get to the hospital," Melinda urged.

The driver snapped out of it, quickly put his folding bike in the trunk, and got into the driver's seat.

Melinda opened the back door, helped Raymond into the car, and then got in with Sam.

The car quickly arrived at the hospital. Fortunately, the wound was treated simply and didn't leave a scar. Raymond's shirt was cut open, revealing his well-toned body under the light. His sharp collarbones, defined shoulders and neck, and firm chest and abs exuded charm.

Not only the nurse was stunned.

Even Melinda was momentarily dazed; it was her first time seeing such a perfect body.

"Haven't you seen enough?" Raymond said hoarsely, his voice slightly raspy.

Melinda's cheeks instantly turned red, "Put on that event shirt," she reminded softly.

Raymond took the shirt from her hand and put it on.

"Handsome, where did you buy that shirt?" the nurse asked cautiously.

Melinda was stunned. Raymond really attracted women's attention everywhere.

She left with Sam speechlessly.

"Hey, Melinda, are you just going to leave?" Raymond's displeased voice stopped her.

She turned around and looked at Raymond.

"How about I call Stuart to pick you up?"

"No," Raymond walked over with determination in his eyes, "I want you to take me home."

Melinda was taken aback, "That's not appropriate. I'm not anyone to you, it's inconvenient."

He suddenly felt that ending the day like this was a bit unsatisfactory.

So, his gaze inadvertently swept over Melinda's slender and charming figure, and a

surge of inexplicable impulse rose in his heart.

He wanted to find an excuse to keep Melinda.

"Sam, do you want to come to my house?" he squatted down and looked directly at Sam.

Sam looked at Melinda with his big, sparkling eyes, full of cleverness, "Mommy, please say yes!"

His mouth curved into a smile, showing expectation and pleading. Melinda's heart melted every time she saw this look and couldn't refuse.

"Alright then."

"Mr. Thomas, yay!" Sam shouted excitedly.

When they arrived at Raymond's luxurious villa on the hillside, Melinda's eyes were immediately drawn to the magnificent building.

This wasn't just a villa; it was a palace!

She looked around and saw that every inch of land exuded elegance and nobility. Compared to her own small place, this was dozens of times larger.

Standing in front of the villa, Melinda couldn't help but feel a wave of emotion. She never thought she would one day step into such a luxurious place.

Everything in front of her felt somewhat unreal.

"Melinda, don't just stand there, let's go in," Raymond's voice broke her thoughts.

She came back to her senses, nodded, and followed Raymond into the palace-like villa.

Sam, too tired, fell asleep on her shoulder.

"I have a dozen rooms here, pick any one for Sam to sleep in." As soon as he finished speaking, the elevator doors slowly closed, and his figure disappeared from Melinda's sight.

Melinda was slightly stunned and began to carefully choose. Each room was very comfortable. She hesitated for a moment and finally chose a room far from the elevator.

After settling Sam, Melinda walked out of the room.

Standing in the spacious living room, she felt a bit lost.

She took a deep breath, trying to calm her emotions.

Suddenly, the elevator doors opened, and Raymond walked out. His gaze met Melinda's, and the air seemed to be filled with a tense and subtle atmosphere. Raymond was wearing a loose robe, his waist untied, "Go wash up. I don't have women's clothes here, so you can wear mine," he said flatly.

Raymond walked up to her and suddenly grabbed her arm with his uninjured hand. A force swept over her, and she fell into Raymond's firm chest.

The next second, her chin was gripped, forcing her to look up at Raymond.

Thinking of Sam sleeping in the nearby room, she didn't dare make too much noise,

afraid of waking Sam and letting him see this awkward scene.

So, she pushed Raymond hard, trying to break free from his embrace.

Raymond leaned down, their lips met, and he kissed her deeply.

Melinda's mind went blank; she never expected Raymond to kiss her suddenly.

Damn it, Raymond was clearly tricking her into the room to take advantage of her.

Could a kiss really ignite all his desires?

Melinda's struggle and refusal only fueled his desire to conquer.

He kissed her, held her, and felt her warmth and breath.

At this moment, he only wanted to possess Melinda.

Their kiss grew more intense and deeper.

It wasn't until Melinda was almost out of breath that he finally let go.

She stared at Raymond with wide eyes, filled with anger and shame.

Raymond, on the other hand, looked at her with satisfaction. Why did this feeling seem so familiar?

Just like that night five years ago, the darkness was boundless, and everything was swallowed.

He was intoxicated by the sweet taste, feeling Melinda's weak resistance, and her charming gasps echoed in his ears.
