Tempting - Chapter 40:
Tempting (Man x Man)
Guys, we've just hit the 40th chapter!~WOOHOO! Thanks for the support in this long but really rewarding journey. This adventure will be ending soon, but I can't wait to see what my mind comes up next for a book. Anyway, enjoy this chapter and have a nice day! :)
With a start, I turn around abruptly, ridiculously expecting a man in dark clothing holding
a burlap bag over his head to grab me, but instead I see David leaning against the entrance of a
door. I sigh with relief.
Before I can say anything, he nods his head towards the inside and walks back through the
entrance. I suppose he wants me to follow him.
Once I close the door behind him, I get a steady look of whats around me. The room is cramp
with a miniature bed in the middle of it and a small window cloaked with a beige curtain.
I can say its not the most... nicest place I've ever been too, but its probably the only thing closest
to the park were we can meet.
I smile as David grabs me by my waist, pulling me closer.
"Hello there." He says in a deep voice, sending electricity through my body. His eyes are covered
with thick dark sunglasses, but I still feel his piercing irises on me.
"Hey. Thanks again for this. I'm actually excited."
"That's good to hear. I want to make sure this is fun for all my employees... especially you." He
seals his sentence off with a kiss, making my cheeks lightly warm. I inhale his
scent, feeling again that unmistakable euphoria.
"So, why did you want to meet up in here?" I question.
"Just wanted to see you. Feel you. Know if you're okay." He pauses for a moment before continuing,
"I've noticed you being a little down all through this week."
"Oh! No, I feel okay. I'm sorry for worrying you."
"That's good, because I've been thinking about you ever since Tuesday. Thinking about what you did..." He gently brings his thumb up to my bottom lip and I can't help but gradually fall into
a trance. I want him to touch me more.
"I can't stop thinking about that day too."
He hums as he tilts my chin up, placing his lips on my own again. He starts to bob his head
sending pleasure all throughout my body. I feel like I might burst from being so close to him. He
pushes me against the beige wall as he slips his tongue in. As we continue
to kiss, he grabs my leg firmly and places it at the base of his hip. God, he's so good at this. I
always can't think straight when he does to me. Suddenly, he presses his thigh between my legs
and not even will power can stop me from almost collapsing.
"You like that?" He says as I try to hide, unsuccessfully, a moan at the back of my throat.
"Y-yeah h-ha ha." I reply timidly, trying to regain my balance. He does a deep chuckle before
lowering his head and grazing his teeth above my collarbone.

Switched P.O.V
I furtively watch as Calvin walks towards the direction I pointed him in. This might be the
moment that I really need. I walk back to my niece as she giddily looks up from her seat on the
unicorn.
"Uncle, uncle, I want to go on another one!"
"I'm sorry Lohan, I'm going to have to go for a few minutes."
"Oh..." She says dismally, looking down at the the purple ceramic made to look like a unicorn's mane. I sigh.
"How about you and your mom go buy some food for us."
"Food?"
"Yes, heres a hundred dollars." I smile as I give her the hundred bill, shifting our focus towards
Nicole, my sister, who's sitting on a bench while looking through her phone.
"Tell her to buy something extra magical."
"Alright. Thank you." She says softly as I help her off the ride. I wave her off and look towards the
direction of the gate, where through the crowd of individuals, I can still see Calvin. Smoothing
out my cerulean shirt, I start towards his direction, making sure to mask my descent by hiding
behind the regular populous. I have a miniature camera in my jean pocket.
As I make it to the entrance of the gate, I see Calvin standing by one of the doors of a small motel
on the outskirts of the park. Interesting. I wonder what he's waiting for. I stand by a bus sign and
take out my camera, pretending to take pictures of the scenery when in fact my lens are placed
on him.
What I can gather is that he's on his phone, but nothing else is happening... My heart almost
jumps as I see one of the doors open, giving way to Mr. Malone in a crimson top, khakis, and dark
glasses. Calvin suddenly turns around, probably as surprised as I am.
They walk inside and I can feel excitement start to bubble in my gut, propelling me forward. This
is my chance! All this work and I can finally get the information I need.
I jog to the open window of the motel room that Calvin had just stepped into. Thankfully, there
's a slight crack of an opening in the beige curtains, helping me to stay hidden.
I peer my eyes through it, wondering what I might find when I feel my heart slightly drop. Mr.
Malone and him are... sharing an intimate moment. For a moment I just stare, knowing what to
do but actually executing it becoming a problem. Come on Gordon! This is what you've been
waiting for. Why am I acting like this? I rub my hand over my face, trying to bite back a curse. I
grab the camera from my back pocket and position it on the glass. To see Calvin like this... I
don't know why I'm feeling this way. He's only a ticket to the actual prize... that is it. So stop
feeling this way.
I snap one, two, three pictures of them, each one becoming more infuriating then the
last. He isn't even holding him right. I bet I'd do it better... What am I talking about!? I need to
snap out of it.
I sigh profusely, my once jubilant nature suddenly crumbling to dust as I step away from the
window. I walk back into the amusement park and make a direct line to the employee's tent,
trying not to have what I saw crawl under my skin. No, I WON'T let it get under my skin. A
plethora of people crowd the front desk so I have to move to one of the tent's walls to get my
barrings. There's two people standing in front of me: one with a brunette pony tail and the other
with a cap. The only reason I became interested in their conversation is because of their debate
with the head staff.
"What do you mean I can't get another card?" The male seethes, his arms crossed over his
stomach. Interesting.
"Sorry, if you don't have one already, then we have to get face to face verification from your employer to give you another card."
"I already told you people, I don't know where the hell he went!"
"Coldren, calm down." The brunette woman scolds.
"This is some absolute bullshit."
"Hello, may I be of some assistance?" I interject, and going by the changed expression on the
staff's face, I can tell he's relieved that I stepped in. Maybe this will be the perfect way of giving
dear old Mr. Malone a little surprise.
