Zicko's POV

I turn over and feel her form next to me. The events from the night flood my mind and I can't help the smile that spreads my lips. I was now a mated man and I loved it. I look at her sleeping face and think of how happy I am to have her back in my life. I still cannot think about what happened or I will ruin my good mood.

"Mmm."

I chuckle at her cute moan. I wish she was awake so I could talk with her and share something that has been on my mind.

"Go back to sleep Zicko."

"Ok Kalli."

I wrap an arm around her waist and bring her in closer. My mate. Someone I never thought I would have but now I do. She is perfect in everyway and I could ask for no one better. I close my eyes and kiss her forehead before falling back into a peace filled sleep.

Morgan's POV

This is absolute hell! Two hours into the clan reunion or whatever they call it and I am done. Amkay has been teasing me relentlessly and I have no outlet for my frustration. He will pay but not now, no not now because I have to meet every clan member before the mating ceremony can begin. Meanwhile, Amkay thinks he can touch me in inappropriate places while no one is looking. Every time his mom calls me to meet someone else I want to tear my hair out.

"Morgan this is ...."

I blank out the countless names I have heard tonight. All I want is this stupid event to end.

"Nice to meet you."

"Well that's everyone Morgan. What do you think of our clan?"

Amkay's parents are standing together now and I have hope once more that we are almost done with this ridiculous party.

"I really love this place. Thank you for doing this on my benefit."

They smile and call Amkay over. I glare at him while he wears a devil's smirk. He knows that I am angry with him over his behavior but I can't do anything about it. When he reaches us I feel him step up to my left side and wrap an arm to bring me into his side.

"You two are so adorable. I know you have waited long enough so I will commence the mating ceremony now."

Amkay's father calls the room to attention and a hush falls on the room.

"I would like to thank you all for coming and welcoming Morgan to our clan. My son has finally found his mate and we could not be happier for him. Please help me in starting the mating ceremony."

The mating ceremony lasted thirty minutes and all it celebrated was us entering into a "special bond". All the while Amkay and I sat at a head table and people came up to say some words of congratulations. He teased me under the table by drawing circles on my thigh and every once in a while he would whisper into my ear. I know I was bright red but no one seemed to notice or care.

"I can't wait to get you upstairs after this."

"I want to kill you."

He just laughs and gives me a kiss on the cheek. Everyone aw's at us.

Amkay's POV

I know that I have pushed her too far but this is way to amusing. Her blush is almost glowing but I am the only one to notice.

"Son?"

I look over at my mom and she has a frown on her face. I raise my brow in question but she breaks into a smile.

"You are just as bad as your father. You two can leave if you want."

I jump out of my seat and drag Morgan behind me. I have waited way too long for this moment. Now nothing will stop me from having her as my mate. I rush towards my room but as I stop to open the door she tugs at my shirt.

"Don't think I am doing anything with you after what you did to me downstairs. How could you be so bad, your parents or clan members could have seen or heard what you were doing!"

I exhale. Of course I would have to pay for my impatience. But this was not the time. I bend down and kiss her with all that I feel for her. She quickly responds and I lift her into my arms. Before I know it we are inside and I kick the door closed and lock it. No one is going to prevent me from completing the mating bond.

"I hate that you have so much control over me." she says.

"You have just as much control, the only difference is that I can't wait anymore. I love you so much and I need you to know that."

She blushes once more and looks away from me. I step up in front of her and lift her chin.

"Don't be shy now, I will do anything you ask but I have craved this moment since we met."

"Does that mean that you only wanted this?"

"No, it means that having you as my mate was something I have always thought of and now I can make that dream a reality."
