Also, he thought, she was his wife and for now, it would be better that she knew about everything and he didn’t have to hide anything from her.

Once Jiang Yuyan went through the file, she looked at Lu Qiang and sensing her gaze at him he spoke, going through the file in his hands. "Ask what you want."

She was still in a bit of a shock after seeing what was inside the file and asked while looking at him to get all the answers. "This file. It’s... It’s hard to believe it."

"But it’s the truth and if you don’t want to believe it, then it’s good. Forget that you saw it," said Lu Qiang.

"Nothing!" he replied calmly.

"Huh?" This surprised her.

Lu Qiang finally put the file on the table and turned to look at her, with his body shifting in a ninety-degree and he was sitting facing her.

"The money in this house belongs to everyone and if someone takes it without informing, it’s not stealing. I don’t mind if he takes money as nothing is more important than family."

She argued. "But such things will only rot the roots of a strong family. If everyone gets to know about it then..."

"No one will get to know about it. Even if you saw it now, just remember one thing that you never saw."
