Chapter 21 The Battle of Olympus Part 2

Jason's POV

I stared at Percy in suspense along with the other campers, the tension was so thick you could cut it with a knife. "The campers went off to their battle stations but I had something to do first" Percy said. "My dad had given me a sand dollar for my birthday, at first I had no idea what it meant but it turns out there extremely valuable in the sea world. I went to the rivers, lot's of the monsters where coming by boat so I was going to try to convince the river gods to sink the ships."

"By convince you mean bribe" Travis said happily, he turned to Katie. "See bribery is an important skill." Katie just sighed and shook her head fondly. Oh Travis, I thought amused the day the Stolls stopped bribing people would be the day Percy stopped eating blue cookies, it was never going to happen.

"Well it worked and the river gods sunk the ships" Percy said smiling, the campers cheered. "But we where still out numbered" Annabeth pointed out, well that put a damper on things I thought mentally wincing.

"So Annabeth was waiting for me and we joined the fight" Percy said. The future campers cheered at that.

"Thank god for that, Percy was practically a whole army" Grover said.

CLR rolled her eyes. "Don't over exaggerate, one demigod is not that good." I smirked yeah not a normal demigod I thought but Percy isn't exactly normal.

"Oh Percy was awesome" Annabeth said smiling proudly. "We joined forces with the Apollo cabin and he destroyed two hundred monsters single handily in less than five minutes." My eyes widened, I had seen Percy fight and had no doubt at his powers but two hundred monsters in less than five minutes, holy Hera he's good even Thalia looked shocked.

Percy was blushing and rubbing the back of his neck sheepishly. "Oh for gods sake stop being so modest" Piper practically yelled at him. Percy just blushed harder and I laughed that was my Pipes.

"So then I saw Kronos" all the laughter from before stopped abruptly and every stared at Percy with rapt attention. "He was on the other side of the bridge so I broke the bridge with the water underneath" Percy said shrugging like it was nothing, nothing my ass I thought shaking my head.

"That is so cool" Leo exclaimed, everyone looked at him oddly and he smiled sheepishly.

"I looked to my left where one of the Apollo cabin members, my friend, used to be standing. He was gone, the only thing left was his shield, he had died, been dragged away by a monster" Percy said looking down, I felt my heart twinge in sympathy it was hard to lose people in battle, I knew that.

"Anyway the next set of events happened so fast I barley had time to process it all" Percy said grimly, I noticed he clutched Annabeth's hand harder. "Ethan, one of the traitors, tried to stab me from behind and by some kind of freak coincidence he was aiming directly for my Achilles spot" Percy said disbelievingly, like he still couldn't understand it. The campers gasped and my eyes widened, wow Percy had absolutely horrible luck! "There was a scream and I turned around yo see Anabeth on the ground, a knife in her arm, she had taken it for me" Percy said pulling Annabeth and kissing her. I felt a mix of emotions then. Worry for Annabeth, confusion about how Annabeth knew where Percy's Achilles spot was, and relief that the knife hadn't hurt Annabeth in any crucial areas.

Percy continued grimly "I whistled for Blackjack and he picked up Annabeth and flew her back to the base" I sighed in relief along with the other campers, she was safe for now. "After I broke the bridge I ran back to our base was had set up in a hotel, it turns out the dagger was poisoned" he said grimacing.

Percy's POV

I clenched my hands into tight fists, Annabeth had gotten hurt and nearly died because of me! "Percy stop" Annabeth said, reading my mind. "It's not your fault, it was my decision to take the knife for you now shut up and stop thinking about it" Annabeth scolded me. I smiled and leaned in to kiss her, she always knew what to say, even if I still felt a little guilty.

"She was getting better and Annabeth, being Annabeth, decided that she was going to fight" I said shaking my head in disbelief, I had honestly thought Annabeth was crazy when she said that! Like, crazier than I thought Edward was when he broke up with Bella, not that I watched Twilight or anything. I'm a guy and guys don't watch twilight, well except if our girlfriends force us to, Jason walked around camp muttering about how vampire's aren't supposed to sparkle for a week after Piper made him watch it.

"So it was time for the final battle, we were starting to fight again when the Ares cabin came." The campers cheered, we definitely needed the support.

"Oh yeah in your face future Kronos" past Will Solace yelled. Nico looked at him fondly and I smirked, he so liked him, I still remember how shocked I was when Nico told me he was gay and used to be in love with me, turns out I was so shocked I fainted. "The Ares cabin was led by Clarisse, or so we thought" I said mysteriously, they all looked at me confusedly except most of the future campers. Clarisse looked down in remorse and Chris placed his hand comfortingly on her shoulder.

"Turns out it was actually Silena Beauregard from the Aphrodite cabin" I said regretfully, the campers looked wide eyed at Silena who looked shocked and confused, Beckendorf was looking at her worriedly. "She wore Clarisse's battle armour and led the Ares cabin into battle" I said, remembering how shocked I had been. "They ran straight into battle and Silena tried to fight a drakon" I said remorsefully. "It swiped her side and she went flying"I said, cringing. The other campers winced and looked at Silena in concern. "Clarisse came in on her chariot and fought the drakon, she won" I said giving Clarisse a grudging look of respect, while she annoyed me that girl could definitely fight. "We ran to Silena, it turns out she was the spy" I said grimly, swallowing a lump in my throat as the campers looked at her in shock, Silena looked horrified. "She saved us though, she died a hero" I said in a choked voice, the future campers gave me consoling looks. The past campers looked pityingly at Silena who was holding hands with Beckendorf, looking shocked out of her mind. "Silena and Beckendorf continued dating in Elysium though, they were happy, they still are" I said smiling. Silena and Beckendorf blushed and PJ wiggled his eyebrows, making them blush even harder.

"So after that Annabeth and I found Kronos in the throne room" I said sighing, this was going to be hard to tell I thought resigned. "Annabeth was still to weak to properly fight and she got throw aside, literally" I said wincing. Annabeth made a face at that and I kissed her cheek comfortingly. "After that it was just me against Kronos" I said, the tension in the room rose substantially. "He pulled out his sword, the whole time I had thought his sword or mine would be the cursed blade in the prophecy, turns out it was a dagger" I said. "As you know Kronos was possessing Luke's body, then something I never thought would happen did, Luke started fighting Kronos from the inside", I remembered how shocked I had been, Annabeth had been right, then again she always was I thought fondly. The campers looked shocked and hopeful, AC and the Hermes cabin looked the most  hopeful. I frowned, I didn't want to tell them what happened to Luke but I had to. "Luke got in control for a few seconds and it was time for the last part of the prophecy to be fulfilled" I said cringing.  "One choice, Olympus to preserve or raze, Luke knew that there was only way to kill Kronos. It was to kill his host body but it was invincible besides the Achilles spot, which only he knew." I said looking down. The campers looked sad as they realized what was going to happen, Kronos would did but so would Luke. "He needed a weapon and it was my decision to give it to him or not" I sad sighing. This was one of the hardest decisions I had to make, and that's saying something. "I gave him the dagger and he plunged it in his armpit, Luke was given a proper funeral, he was sent to Olympus and was honored at Camp Half Blood" I said, my voice scratchy. Annbeth gripped my hand  tightly and Nico gave Thalia a comforting look, this had all been hard on her to.

"So that was that, we won the Titan war" I said, man I was thirsty all that talking can really tire a guy out! I walked across the room and grabbed a coke from the cooler. I turned around to see the entire camp looking at me in shock. "What" I questioned confused, why where they all staring at me like that?

"Holy Poseidon my life is crazy" PJ muttered to himself looking shell shocked. Haha shell shocked I just crack myself up sometimes.

"So that's it" AC questioned look equally shocked, I snorted I wish it was.

"Not even close turns out I was part of the second great prophecy" I said sighing, it never ends!

"Please tell me your joking" PJ pleaded, the past campers looked like the world had been ripped out from under their feet.

"Nope but don't worry I don't die, I get tortured and blow up, but it's no big deal" I said taking a sip of my coke. The campers, past and future, looked at me like I was crazy.

"My future self is crazy, i'm gonna grow up to be a maniac" PJ muttered under his breath, I raised my eyebrows.

"Dude if your talking to yourself than I'm not the crazy one" I said shrugging my shoulders.

"He's your future self so technically if he's crazy than your crazy" Thalia said snickering, I rolled my eyebrows.

"Anyway we have to go warn my other past self that the war Kronos was just the beginning and that I'm gonna almost die a lot so later" I said waving. Annabeth facepalmed.

"Nice speech Perce" Travis and Conner said in unison laughing.

We said our goodbyes to the still shocked campers, and gathered up our stuff. "So uh what do we do now there not exactly a 'how to time travel handbook" I said confused.

"If there was it would be awesome" Leo cheered, Piper just punched him on the arm. Suddenly there was a blinding flash of light, I swear if this keeps happening I'll be blind by the end of it. The least they could do is turn the light blue. The light faded away and in it's place was the Argo ll and a note.

Katie picked it up. "Dear heroes, there is a time travel button on the console, press it when your ready, the gods" she read.

"Oh yeah let's do this" Leo cheered. "But first it's time to get our prank on" he said in a sing-song voice. I cheered along with the rest of the guys while the girls facepalmed. Watch out people here come the bad ass heroes!
