Chapter 117 Jealous

The doctor gave some sedatives to Clara. Her face was bruised so brutally. Clara felt so proud of her bruises. Back then with Elena, all her bruises reminded her how cowardly she was. It always showed how much humiliation she was enduring. But now, these bruises showed how strong she is. Her lips were adorned with a smile recalling how she made John mad with her replies.

But the only thing she couldn't bear was, Alex still didn't come to see her.

It's been 10 hours and they were sitting there gazing at the heavy road full of traffic. Neither Alex spoke nor Sandy said anything. The silence was too overwhelming that Sandy didn't want to return to his home.

A moment is all needed for Sandy to walk from the past. He is not like those who cry for years. When Alex fought with Sandy, he just walked away and changed his whole heartbreak into anger. But now, he knows that this won't break him because he has Alex and Rose back in his life. He will be healed way sooner than he could ever imagine.

"That's enough. Let's go home" Alex grabbed Sandy. He just followed Alex and didn't rebel or anything. It's like he was too shaken to even react.

Both of them reached Alex's home as he didn't want to take Sandy to his home.

Alex and Sandy entered the hall which was too silent. It was not usual. At least not with Alex's family.

Soon a pan targeted Alex in force and he dodged it at the right time. Damn, who was that to attack him in his home?

"Why did you even come back?" There came Clara. Her nose flared in anger and Alex was rooted to the spot to see her like this. What happened all of a sudden?

He was more shocked to see her face. Back then, it was slightly swollen. But now, it showed exactly how much she was hurt. Her cheeks were swollen too much and her lips were also bruised with some blood marks.

"Go and romance with your so-called buddy. And forget about me." She screamed as she scoffed in annoyance.

Is she jealous or what?

But it is not any girl but Sandy. How can she be jealous of Sandy? Like seriously?

"Relax. What happened?" Alex tries to have a normal conversation but Clara pushes him instantly.

"That psycho was pressing my neck." She paused as she looked at Sandy. Okay, that's not nice.

"Sorry for my language. But truth is truth and I can't talk sweetly." Clara's words made Sandy chuckle. Of course, she wouldn't say sweet things to pacify anyone. Her mouth has no filter at all.

"That psycho was pressing my neck and I came back to life for god's sake. And what did you do?" Clara grabbed Alex's collar who was terrified by her behaviour "You followed this man?" Clara asked, pointing her finger at Sandy.

Sandy smiled seeing how cutely she was consoling him. Clara's style is unique. Sandy wondered how he could see through her. Maybe they are siblings for real.

Sandy took a deep breath and decided that he wouldn't give any importance to that person who had destroyed his life and killed his mom. He will respect those who are still in his life.

"It's your fault that you couldn't control your husband," Sandy replied nonchalantly and Alex widened his eyes. Sandy is back to track and this soon? Is it Clara's plan?

"You lured my husband by showing your fake tears" Clara stormed towards Sandy and Alex is in another world of shock. He has never seen Clara like this.

"Lured?" Sandy laughed and crossed his arms in a dominating way.

"If he is easily lured, I guess you are not that hot," Sandy whispered near her ears and Clar flared in anger. That was a pretty personal attack.

"Or I am too hot to resist" He winked at her.

Before she could give the counter back, Rose came running and crashed herself into him, sobbing hard.

"Sunny, are you alright?" She asked cupping his cheeks.

"Of course I am alright." Sandy kissed her forehead.

"Atlas everything was planned and we became a puppet" Sandy's words weighed their heart. If they have to point out fingers, it would be for themselves only. They let the third person play with them. They let it easy to break them.

"Cherry" The voice alerted them as they saw Jason run to Clara and hug her as if the world is collapsing anytime.

"I was scared" Jason mumbled and a tear rolled down his cheeks. He was terrified and he even concluded that he won't see Clara again. Clara knew that she had a special place in his heart but seeing his messed-up state makes sure that she meant the whole world to him.

"I found out that he was the one blackmailing me. But when I was talking with you, I came to know that he was behind everything." Clara replied and hugged him again, showing her terrified side only to Jason. That was not a necessary one. Alex stood there gritting his teeth. She was about to murder him but with Jason, she was just crying and hugging.

"Nothing happened to you, right?" Clara asked as a sudden realization dawned on her. John is not a normal villain type. He is a real psycho and he could do anything "Nothing big" Jason replied and his eyes didn't give support to his lies as they closed on their own, startling everyone.

The doctor checked Jason and gave him some injections.

"He hasn't had anything since morning. So, his bp was low" Clara explained to everyone in the home as she came back finally dropping Jason. She didn't notice Alex's grumpy face though.

"Yeah, he was the only one to worry for you." Alex snapped suddenly and everyone looked at his side wide-eyed. Jason fainted for god's sake. Alex can't compare this right?

"He is a weak person. I am still standing here even though I haven't had anything since yesterday morning" Alex pointed at them clearly with an accusing stare at Clara. Of course, Alex was too startled when Clara went missing and after that Sandy drama. He had no time to even drink water.

"That's why I was angry when you followed this man. You should have stayed with me" Clara's sudden soft tone made everyone shocked. She was an angry bird till now. "Edward, can you just bring some water for him?" Clara asked Edward who stood there as if he didn't belong to that family anymore.

Clara made Alex sit there with a pout. She thought that she would lose Alex forever and she wouldn't be able to even live. But now, everything is fine and she has a new energy to pull everyone's legs and have fun till she gets exhausted. She won't waste a single moment to express her feelings. She won't hide her love. She won't hide her naughty thoughts.

Just as her thoughts run wild, she just kisses Alex in front of everyone. Frank and Grace felt they should leave the room if they have to maintain a little respect. They left the hall with a smile.

"I thought you asked me to give him water?" Edward accused Clara directly and she broke her kiss. She smiled with a blush and hugged Alex with so many emotions.

"Why are you showing all flavours back-to-back?" Alex asked with a smile. She is not the Clara they knew. It's as if she wanted to show them everything she can do. Alex could feel the vibe.

"I don't want to regret the time I am having now." Her reply was a simple line. But the depth of it made Alex hug her hard. She has had a very rough path till now. He will make sure to fill her life with roses. He will cherish her every second and they will have an amazing future.

So many charges were put on John and he was finally indicted for a long time. Sandy felt damn sad as he finally became an orphan. But he felt unusually light to live again with Alex and Rose. It's been a month since they were living in the same home. There were lots of couple quarrels and lots of fun among them to make Sandy like before.

Alex finally had his life back. He didn't dream that he would be given a second chance with Sandy. Even though John was at fault, Alex did so many things which he shouldn't have done. But Sandy was not angry with those even earlier as he knew about Alex. He was angry because he made Naila go through that. But it was proved that it was not Alex's mistake.

Alex tried so hard to make those bruises go away from her pretty face. He is too hurt to see them on her face. How he wished to come on the spot a little earlier at least to stop even a slap from John's side. Clara made it clear that it was not because of Alex or Sandy, John even had an enmity with her mom. But both of them are feeling so guilty to hurt Clara in this process.

"Breakfast is ready" Both the girls beamed happily and called their husbands to join the table.

"Wow," Both Sandy and Alex exclaimed together seeing those yummy dishes.

Sandy and Alex touched separate containers and soon both Clara and Alex dodged it

away.

"It is for my brother," Clara said to Alex and grabbed his hand away from the pasta. "And it's for my brother," Rose added as she grabbed Sandy's hand away from Pizza. Though the guys looked happy to get the dish from their sisters, their men's instinct taunted them that their wives didn't prepare anything for them.

Clara and Rose joined the table and they all were startled by the presence of someone not so pleasant to Clara especially.
