Chapter 121 Accident

"I was always unhappy with everything happening here. But I guess it's just me who is insecure." It took a lot of courage for Sharon to accept her insecurity.

"It's not wrong to have doubts within the family. But it's disappointing that you never let us know your doubts." Frank is so disheartened to learn this. Sharon realized her mistake exactly when Alex trusted her more than Clara. She stopped talking with everyone like before. Even she was so guilty that Clara left home because of her.

When Edward's baby is born, Sharon doesn't want to hold her guilty in her heart anymore. She wanted to empty her heart and start fresh with everything. Kiara is very important to Sharon and she won't mind even accepting her mistake.

"I am sorry that I made you feel like that" Grace is always a perfect elder in a house. She hugged Sharon.

"You felt indifferent and I consider myself responsible for that." Grace's words made Sharon sob more. How can she doubt these people? But her love for Alex and Rose was never fake.

"Let's just forget everything and concentrate on our new member" Edward exclaimed and grabbed his mom. He loves his mom and never judged her for anything. That's what made Edward so special among all. Sharon wiped her tears and helped Alina to make Kiara bathe.

"Please check Clara and make sure she is safe." Alex's panicked voice made Sandy worried. Alex left the home early in the morning without anyone knowing to meet

someone.

"Why?" Sandy asked.

"Brain informed me that Elena is planning something big and someone is helping her." Alex gave the information. Alex had been following Elena since then and was sure that she was living in an old club and meeting a few people. He thought that she was just a jealous lady. But never thought that she could be so evil to join hands with the most wanted criminal, Ms White and would be planning something.

Clara didn't reply to anything as she was staring at Elena in a daze.

"I am sad that I wouldn't see you cry. I am leaving the city" Elena mumbled with a laugh.

"Even if you stay here, you would never see me cry" Clara snapped at her and walked to her instantly picking up the frame.

"I always thought that hurting an elder is bad manners. But I think I won't forgive

myself if I miss this chance" Clara slapped Elena hard on the cheeks which was a shocker to Elena and even for Clara. Elena clutched her cheeks and looked at Clara with fiery eyes. The little fear that she saw just before in Clara's eyes was all gone now. Elena should have known before that touching Alex is the last string and Clara would be a tigress.

Without any gap, Clara pressed her neck so hard that Elena gasped for breath. "How about you just stop the plan and beg for your life?" Clara asked and the look on her face was too scary. Elena could feel her heart racing fast with the aura Clara carried. She never thought that Clara would dare to be near her.

Elena twisted her hand and pushed her instantly. Before Clara could get hold of her, she climbed up the window.

"Just mourn for your husband. Soon I will come back for you" Elena jumped off from the window as Clara stood there shocked. Her hand started shivering and she ran down with uneven breaths. She wants to catch Elena but wants to check on Alex too.

"Relax. Are you fine?" Sandy was the first one to grab Clara. She was running like a mad woman.

"Alex. Where is he?" Clara asked Sandy.

"Are you okay?" Clara heard Alex's voice in the call as she snatched the phone from Sandy.

"Where are you?" Clara asked, wiping her tears.

"I am almost home. Don't worry. Brain and his team will arrest Elena soon. Don't worry"

His words though gave enough support to her, she felt restless. It's as if something big is going to happen.

"Come soon" Clara's lips wobbled up.

She ran to the entrance after hanging up the call.

Every second travelled like a year. She was walking here and there continuously to see

if he came back safely or not.

A message popped up on her mobile. She swiped it up and saw a video clip. She dropped the mobile instantly as she closed her mouth with her hand. No that can't be happening.

She thought that everything was finally good in her life. But everything is snatched

now.

Sandy came running to her side.

"What happened?" Sandy took the phone and his eyes widened in horror when he saw the video.

"Alex" Sandy screamed when the video ended with the crashing sound of his car.

Those who suffer will always suffer. Those who win the battle will always lead the game.

But is this what we want to believe and let them achieve their goals?

Rose and Sandy cleaned the room and were very particular about everything. They didn't want to make a single mistake.

"I just couldn't imagine how it all happened?" Rose wiped her tears.

"If you hang up with past incidents, you will lose today's peacefulness," Sandy mumbled and hugged her from the backside.

"Alex's accident and everything after that is a nightmare," Rose replied, sobbing softly. "But what I see, you know?" Sandy asked.

"He overcame such a deadly accident and is fine between us. That old lady is inside the prison for good. Clara is fine. Everyone is happy at last after a month of crying." Sandy pointed out all positive things and a smile crept up her lips. But what worried her was something else and even Sandy knew that.

"He is coming back home. So, let's be happy about it and celebrate" Sandy lightened her mood and decorated his room like before. Neat, dust-free and everything is white in colour, just like how he prefers.

"Alex is here" Frank's loud sound alerted everyone in the home and it reached the left side room too where Clara stood up from her seat.

With a broad smile, she ran to the hall.

"His wounds are not yet healed," Clara instructed the cook there.

"Have all food with 1% of spiciness. And no junk food. Everything should be healthy" Clara explained to him and walked to the hall.

Alex was sitting on the sofa. His face was neatly shaved but his charming smile was not there. A huge band-aid on his head made him look completely different. Clara tried to ignore that but she couldn't as tears rolled down her cheeks.

She is happy that he is getting better so quickly than they could imagine. "Dad, I am fine. Don't make this face" Alex's soft voice filled the silent hall. Sandy and Rose too joined them.

"Welcome home, Mr Fernandez" Clara beamed happily as she came in front of Alex. He looked at her with a blank expression and shifted his gaze to Sandy. "Who are you?" Alex asked after a pause of five minutes. He remembered her coming to the hospital every now and then but never got the opportunity to ask. But seeing

her in his home, he couldn't help but ask. Clara showed her toothy smile as she neared

him.

Frank, Rose, and Sandy pitied seeing Clara but they decided to let them talk.

"Long story. But you can assume that the love of my life is living in this home and I can't leave the home." Clara replied with a wink.

"Excuse me." Alex is now all annoyed. Why is she talking with him so casually? He knew that some of his recent memories are gone because of the accident. But there is no way he knew this girl before. She looked like a complete stranger.

"She is my friend's granddaughter. She will be here for a few days." Grace replied and Alex had nothing to question more.

"Also, she is Alina's sister," Sharon added to give a perfect story so that Alex doesn't question more.

But Clara's words really stuck inside his head like an arrow. She looked so genuine when she said those. Was it really someone in this home who was her love? He scanned the surroundings and found no one to connect that.

Who might that person be?
