Chapter 125 Jealous Alex

He apologized for that.

He didn't remember.

He regrets kissing her.

He didn't like it.

Clara couldn't stop her rage. She is now in her full Clara mode to take revenge. She will make him beg before her. He would run before her but she won't even look at his side.

She wore the gown and adored herself perfectly with everything she could do to make all the guys go crazy over her. She let her hair curl down her waist to slightly cover her back but to tease them to have a slight look. It had a very deep v-back neck. Back then, Clara straightened her hair to cover them properly as she didn't feel comfortable or confident. But now she wants to see how Alex will react when all the guy's stare at her.

Clara descends as Alex was stunned to see her. She looked like a real mermaid and was floating on the floor.

She didn't even glance at him as she walked past him. He didn't expect this cold shoulder from her side.

Alex wanted to apologize again. But she didn't wait even a second.

It was a reception party for Henderson. Everyone was having fun meeting each other after a long time. Frank met all his friends and was having a chat while Grace settled at a table with all her age group of people.

Edward and Alina sat there alone having their Kiara. They were busy taking pictures of Kiara with all her expressions for different colours of light. She should be named the expression queen. That's how she attracts everyone with her one look.

Clara entered the venue and every head turned to the entrance. She walked gracefully and diligently as she reached Frank's side with a smile.

Sandy ran to Alex's side instantly so that no one talked with Alex about the accident or anything.

Alex didn't like it at all when every guy at the party was just looking at Clara and _sometimes she too reciprocates the gesture. He gulned the tequila in one go as his eyes didn't leave Clara's side even for a second. She was enjoying the flirts of Jackson. Jackson is one of the main competitors of Alex in everything.

"Did you call Sana?" Sandy asked and that's when Alex realized that he hadn't talked with Sana since morning and he even didn't wish her good morning.

"She will enjoy it here. Call her here." Sandy asked Alex to call Sana. Sana has been so lonely ever since her mom left this world. Sandy made sure that she stayed busy all time so that her focus came back to her life. He gave so many projects to her and also called her at every event.

Alex sent a message to Sana and again looked up to see Clara find her nowhere. The most frustrating part is even Jackson is not there.

He walked to the poolside where some people were dancing. He found Clara and Jackson dancing. Alex gritted his teeth when he found Jackson grabbing her more than usual and he found Clara uncomfortable all of a sudden.

Before Sandy could stop Alex, he stormed towards them. But Alex was rooted to the spot when Jackson stumbled back with force.

Sandy controlled his giggle seeing Alex's face. Clara is not Sana waiting for someone to help her. She slapped Jackson right across his face in front of all.

Back then, Clara wanted to do things like this to everyone who thought that she was weak. But she walks away by hurting them with her harsh words alone. But now, she has her Alex. She doesn't need to be cautious. She knew that he would protect her.

"If you think that you can do anything just because I am smiling with you, I am sorry. You chose the wrong person" Clara snapped angrily and walked away, leaving Jackson to burn in anger. As far as Alex knew, Jackson would not sit quietly. Clara should have let Alex help her.

Clara felt so mad thinking about how Jackson behaved. She was just talking with him when he mentioned Alex. She just followed him, not to show her rudeness. But how dare he?

When her thoughts took a toll, she felt like slapping again. But soon she felt another pair of hands over her waist. She gritted her teeth and was about to slap him again. But her hands were caged by his arms.

"It's me" Alex's deep voice made her calm down. He was just behind her.

"You could have slapped me also for kissing you back then. Why didn't you slap me?" Alex whispered near her ears and Clara had no words to reply to him. She slightly wiggled to get away from his clutch but he held her too tightly that she couldn't even budge a second.

Alex made her turn to his side and he slipped his hand to her back making her gulp visibly. If he didn't remember her, why the hell is he testing her patience?

He gently raised the zip of her dress showing that he indeed came for that only.

"You can take your time. But do give me answers" Alex whispered again and left her there. Clara wondered if he was suspicious about their relationship or what. Should she tell him now? Or should she wait more?

But either way, she is too happy to see his attention for her. She could feel his gaze over her all the time. He has been noticing every movement of her even though Sana is there with him.

"Come here right now. Or else you will be hungry the whole day and I won't give you anything." Alina yelled at the little girl who pouted her lips and was about to cry tons. She is not ready to leave Sandy's side even for a second.

"Don't scream at my partner. You should be polite and calm while handling her. Or else" Sandy screamed at Alina and cooed Kaira. Edward and Rose witnessed the drama with a long sigh.

"Sunny, give Kiara to Alina," Rose ordered Sandy. But he is not ready to leave. No one is giving the little girl to him. One time it's Alex and another time it's Clara. And the remaining time it's always Alina. When will he play with Kiara?

"If you are ready to give me another Kiara, I will give this baby to Alina." Sandy winked

at Rose as she turned red with his words. Alina stuffed her smile while Edward gave a high five to Sandy.

Rose gave a punch to his shoulder and left the place, leaving all to laugh at her.

"I guess she wants a baby boy." Sandy added as he burst out laughing.

Everyone was asked to have a small dance at the poolside. Alex, Sandy, and Edward grabbed their partners to have a small dance and Clara was left alone now. She looked

at Alex directly with a warning. Alex felt as if he is two-timing and he felt like he is cheating on Clara whereas the fact is otherwise.

Clara sent a message to Alex and signalled him to check his mobile. All the while Sana observed their little eye war and was silently laughing at Alex's expression. Alex reads the message and widens his eyes.

"Leave the dance floor and stay away from Sana or else I will tell everyone that you kissed me." Alex reads the content again to see if he is mistaken or not. Damn, the words are so damn real and the smirk on Clara's face is priceless.

"What happened, Alex?" Sana asked and Alex didn't reply. He just walked away from the floor and sat there with a huge frown on his face. He can't even get angry with Clara for this. After all, he shouldn't have kissed her.

Clara sat beside him, making him more nervous. What is she up to now?

"Look, I am sorry for whatever I did." Alex started.

"Not whatever. You kissed me." Clara added as Alex closed his eyes in frustration.

"Fine. Yeah. Sorry that I kissed you. But why are you behaving like this?" Alex threw his hands up in frustration.

Clara turned to his side and grabbed his tie swiftly, making him come closer to her in a flap of seconds.

"So, is it okay if I do that and say sorry simply?" She asked as her breath touched his cheeks. He widened his eyes when her words sank in.

"Answer me" She asked him, to help him come back to reality.

"Should I just kiss you right now and apologise later?" Clara asked with a slight smile.

Alex could hear these words in his voice too. Did he say these to someone?

"But I don't have the habit of asking sorry. So, if it's, okay?" She added that Alex could not reply to her questions.

"But I can't guarantee one thing," Clara smiled again.

"I won't stop with a simple kiss" The moment she said those, Alex could picture the whole scene. He could remember his words well.

His forehead was filled with sweat and he could feel his ears blocked with pressure.
