Chapter 44 Small Gap

Clara's little softness towards Alex died at the moment he used cheap words for her. How can he degrade her like this? She felt so much rage inside her to kill him right there but she chose to be calm and give him tit of tat replies later.

Alina and Edward held their hands as if they wouldn't change their decision for anyone. Alina was very sad when Clara denied their relationship. She even didn't ask Alina if she loves him or not.

"If you guys want to play, get somewhere else and play" Clara yelled at them while Sandy and Alex are in no mood to listen to her. Instead, they were busy grabbing either hand of Rose who is not in her senses.

"Wow, shall we play?" Rose asked excitedly.

"I want to see some romantic dance now" Rose exclaimed as she sat there on the floor as if she was ready for the entertainment. Clara sighed tiredly.

"We shall give a romantic dance" Edward came forward with Alina while Clara gave a death glare to them as he gulped visibly.

"It should be Alex with" Rose said as Clara was now pissed off. She can't dance with this guy after what he said about her.

"With my Romeo" Rose clapped her hands as if she found something so exciting in this closed room. Why the hell are they taking time to open this door?

Alex and Sandy were shocked with her demand while Clara laughed out loudly.

"Guess it will be damn entertaining now" Clara added as she already started playing a music and that too a se*y song.

"Won't you even do this for me?" Rose pouted when she saw both of them still fighting.

"We are dancing only" Sandy said as he grabbed Alex's collar while he too grabbed Sandy's collar. Their fights have no end at all while Rose thinks that it was a dance.

"Yeah, dance only. Just make sure to be alive. I don't have time to be a witness in the court" Clara snapped at them as both Alex and Sandy looked at her gaped. This girl doesn't have any filter in her mouth.

"Brother. Leave him. His sins will payback for him. We shouldn't let our hands dirt" Edward grabbed Alex with just a single statement. Sandy looked at Edward who was very hurt with everything.

Edward respected Sandy like anything. He used to run to Sandy for even a small problem. But seeing Sandy like this, Edward is hurt beyond imagination. Alex pushed Sandy aside as he too felt that Sandy doesn't even deserve his hatred.

Sandy stood there fisting his hands. Everyone was on one side while he was standing with no one beside him.

The Door was opened right at the moment to break their mind fights.

"I will not leave my sister with him" Alex replied and he was ready to take Rose with him inside Clara's home where they all reached already.

"I will not leave my wife's side for even a second," Sandy replied with the same intensity.

"I have an idea instead. You both stay with each other. I shall get Rose inside now" Clara grabbed Rose and got inside leaving Sandy and Alex glare at her side. She was the only person who can make both these guys silent in one second. Both were tongue tied with her attitude and of course with her solution.

Clara entered her room after making Rose sleep in Alina's room without disturbing anyone. Clara asked Sandy to rest there as it's almost late at night. Alex is hell mad with her hospitality towards Sandy.

"Why did you ask him to sleep here?" Alex asked as he grabbed her harshly. Supporting Sandy, she is opening the gate of hell.

"I don't bound to answer all your questions. You can think whatever you want. As you mentioned that he is my Romeo, assume that I can't leave him in the middle of the road" Clara yelled back with equal hatred in her voice. Alex is taken back with her outburst. Damn, she is offended by his words.

"Listen, when I mentioned that, I didn't mean" Alex tried to clear the misunderstanding.

"Keep your explanation to yourself. And please don't confuse me anymore. If you want to just judge me, do it as you please. Don't act as if you are concerned for me. Because I don't need anyone to sympathize with me." Clara burst out in frustration. She is hell frustrated that Alex is not like what she thought. She even started letting her guards down and wanted to give a chance to be friends with him. She kind of liked his company. But his comment for her made her disgusted to even have to think about it. "You know what? Hell with you and your attitude" Alex pushed her in force as his patience level reached its peak. How dare she treat him like crap? He has been so considerate towards her and she is not even respecting his efforts.

He went inside the washroom without even glancing at her state.

Clara looked at her leg which was hurt because of his push. She gently put the

ointment as it's not at all new to her. Tears of humiliation washed her away. Why does

it have to be her always to receive such harassment?

She left the room to sleep in another room. She doesn't want to have another round of fights.

Everyone at the breakfast table is silent. Alex looked at Sandy who was enjoying his breakfast being served by Clara. Clara is just doing everything to piss off Alex in every way possible.

"Honey, let's leave. I have some special plan for you today" Rose grabbed Sandy's hand before he could start eating.

"Leave me" Sandy gritted his teeth as he knew she was acting well. She just wanted him to be away from Alex. But Sandy would do everything opposite.

"Don't be a snob." Rose grabbed him with force as he stood beside her.

"Thanks for your help yesterday. But we can't stay for breakfast." Rose commented as she grabbed Sandy out from Clara's home.

"Have this. I heard that you have an ulcer. So, you should eat these foods. It's good for that." Elena served some traditional food which was made up of white sauce and looked so delicious. Clara felt shiver in her spines. This lady serving her good food is next to impossible. But she can't deny eating those.

Clara took one spoon and kept it inside her mouth. Her eyes teared up with the taste itself. Elena smirked when she enjoyed her state. Clara gulped them with no choice but she couldn't eat them anymore. It's of course a good food but with mushrooms which Clara hates the most. She has never eaten mushrooms ever since her childhood. It would end up her vomiting.

"I have some important meetings to attend. So, bye" Clara left the table without even finishing her breakfast. She even forgot about Alex who was not pleased with her behaviour. He is in her home for God's sake and she shouldn't leave just like that.

"Dear, I prepared this breakfast for you," Elena mumbled in a low voice and Clara left the place already.

Alex stood up as he just can't shamelessly eat that food while she left him in her house. Elsa gently grabbed his hand, stopping him from following her.

"I am sorry on her behalf. Please have your breakfast" Elsa said with a smile. Though Alex doesn't like Elsa that much, the attitude of Clara makes him see Elsa from a different angle. Maybe this girl is not that bad.

"She has a bad temper. But she cares for all people around her " Elena spoke, adding more suspicion in Alex's mind about Clara.

Alina joined them with a long face. Clara didn't even say a word with Alina after that incident. She even rehearsed about her love story to share them with Clara so that Clara agrees to her.

Clara walked as she was constantly checking here and there. She felt as if someone was following her. She reached the coffee shop exactly near her office. Her hunger reached its peak and she couldn't hold it further.

Before she could get inside, she saw a bunch of guys and girls in a gang. "Such a nasty character. How can someone be so shameless?" Clara heard them. They were talking about her and she became super conscious of what they would do to her.

"If you were my sister, I would have killed you" One of the girls spoke as she threw a bucket of water over Clara. It was so spontaneous that she couldn't react. Clara took deep breaths to overcome that sudden act. But the remaining guys threw whatever they were carrying towards her and left the place.

Clara didn't know what happened a few seconds ago. She was fully drenched with cold water, a few rotten tomatoes, and a few eggs too.

Clara didn't even blink as her mouth was wide open. Someone even took her picture to post about their victory. Her hair was messed up completely.

Just when she was about to collapse there, a strong arm pulled her as she looked at his

eyes.
