Chapter 49 A love triangle

Elsa's comment made Clara madder. She wanted to pull these girls out and grab Alex to her side. The thought made her widen her eyes. Is she jealous? Clara blinked away her thoughts as she walked towards her so-called sister with a sweet smile.

"Actually, he never allows me to do anything for him. It would be only him, trying to impress me. So, I never gave a thought about his likes till now." Clara's words burnt Elsa alive and Alex as usual smiled with her words. He always liked the way she responds to everything.

"But yeah, thanks for informing me. Also, you can message me more if you remember more about his habits." Clara replied sassily. All the while Sana observed Alex who was enjoying Clara's witty words to Elsa. Is it even the same Alexander whom she loved? He looked like an entirely new person.

"And yeah, I will make sure to gift you something. As I don't get free service." That was a pretty direct insult to Elsa. But Elsa just smiled in response as if she knew this was coming. She looked at the side where someone posted that video online already.

Clara is unaware of the extent of the threat that comes from the public if they resend

someone.

Sandy home After a long silence, Sandy came down with a big bang under his eyes showing his vulnerable state. A loud scream or say a loud noise startled him as he looked up to see the entire arrangement. It was like someone arranged for a party. Sandy rubbed his eyes to see what was actually happening in his home.

"Buddy" Sandy heard someone calling from the entrance. He looked at the huge audience who were once his college mates.

."Thanks for this get-together party" Another one exclaimed who carried lots of beer bottles as a gift. Sandy had no idea of who called them. Everyone came inside and settled the couches and sofas as the song was very loud to get into the party mode.

"Welcome everyone. Thanks for coming" Rose's words made Sandy turn around to see her walking down with a big smirk. Her other plan is to ruin his mood. His migraine kicked in thinking that it was she who invited them to this party.

"It's a little celebration for our marriage" Rose raised a drinking glass as all the guys jumped in excitement. Sandy was on the verge of killing Rose right now. First of all, he is not in the mood to even talk to anyone. Secondly, her flirty nature towards his

friends made him a mad dog. Thirdly, her costume pisses him off more.

"Why don't we call many more of our friends?" Sandy asked with a smirk. Now she really needs to know who is the devil here. She can't overpower him in anything. She may have started this drama. But she should know how he would end this.

Office "There is an announcement in our college group. They have gathered for a small party" Sana exclaimed as she grabbed Alex to spend some more time with him. It's been five damn years' since she met him, since she smiled, since she enjoyed. She wanted this day a little longer. Alex could see that little hope in her eyes to be happy at least for a small time.

"Our college friends arranged a party," Alex said to Clara and was not sure if she would like to come or not. Should he invite her or not?

"Oh," Clara spoke with a long sigh.

"So," Alex dragged, not able to ask her directly though. He still remembers how she reacted when he asked her to come home to meet his relative. She might use the same tone. Who knows?

"Shall we go?" Sana asked with enthusiasm "Sure" Clara replied as if she asked her. Both Sana and Alex glared at Clara as if she grew horns over her head. Clara felt so stupid ever since Sana came. Even her name only made Clara stumble a little away from her perfect life.

"I mean, am I not invited?" Clara asked directly as Alex smiled.

"We can go," Alex replied curtly as he pulled the door for the ladies to get inside the car. Another shocking gesture from Alex's side for Sana. She kept on gazing at him while he was busy looking at Clara but Clara was just noticing Sana's every move. Is this called a Love triangle?

"Do you want to call your friends too? It would be fun if you had your friends at this party" Sana has been considerate enough for Clara to get comfortable with.

"Thanks. But I have only one friend and he is not talking with me now. Thanks to someone" Clara replied not in a rude voice but that's the truth. Jason is still angry with her for marrying Alex. Even though he would run to her if she called him, she wouldn't do that.

"The same guy who is not happy with our marriage?" Alex asked with a smirk as if recalling her conversation with Jason about Alex being hot. Clara's cheeks turned red with his mere mention of that scene. Damn her mouth.

"I insist. You should call him." Sana spoke, breaking their eye war.

Clara agreed not having any option though.

Alex got a call from someone as he connected them to the car Bluetooth as he was driving the car.

"Hello, may I speak to my sister? Her number is not reachable." Paxton asked as soon as Alex picked up the call.

"Paxton" Clara replied before Alex could reply to him.

"How are you? Why didn't you call me ever since you were drunk?" Paxton is hell mad now. She totally forgot about him.

"Did that Mr six Foot do something to you?" Alex widened his eyes at the nerve of that boy. Clara had the same reaction. She should tell Paxton that the phone is on speakers before he spats something more.

"Paxton. I taught you to respect elders, right?" Clara tried to say that indirectly thinking that her brother is mature enough to catch her.

"When did you teach?" That was another blow as Sana couldn't control her giggle.

"I mean. I just gave him a small name. But you were calling him an arrogant jerk" Clara closed her eyes with Paxton's words as Alex put a sudden break.

"Paxton. I didn't call him like that" Clara replied not so sure of what he will say more

now.

"Remember two days after your marriage" Why does Paxton have to mention dates too? Alex looked at Clara with raised eyebrows.

"We shall talk later" Clara spoke to cut the call.

"Why?" Paxton asked with a huge pout.

"Because that arrogant jerk is listening to everything" Alex replied as Paxton cut the call immediately in fear.

"That was a beautiful name" Sana laughed out loudly breaking their small eye war. "What did I exactly do to have such a name?" Alex felt offended now. He has always been very nice towards her and she has the nerve to call him with names.

"It's because you wanted to spend the wedding night with me" Clara snapped immediately and regretted even opening her mouth once the words left. She should really learn to be silent sometimes.

Sana looked at both and of course, a small sadness spread her orbs. She turned away to the window, not able to hear anything more or see anything.

Alex noticed Sana's expressions so he decided to let this matter go. But Clara needs to answer them for sure. He started the car and soon reached the destination.

The moment Alex entered the home, he felt rage to see Sandy there grabbing Rose extremely closer to dance with her.

"You forgot to invite my special friend. So, I messaged him." Sandy whispered near her ears as Rose's eyes fixed on Alex. She looked at Sandy and back to Alex.

Alex fisted his hands seeing all the guys ogling at Rose. She never dressed like that ever. Alex's stares convey how angry he is with Rose.

Rose didn't wait any second as she dashed inside to change her dress. She can't stoop low in front of her brother ever. Sandy smirked as his plan at least worked. But inviting Alex and Sana would cost him a peaceful night.

Clara looked around and found too many familiar faces. Why do they have to attend this party? Is it designed to make her mad?

Nathan was invited as he was a part of Sandy's friends. Layla, being his sister, was tagged along. So, she invited Elsa and a few of Elsa's friends only to piss off Clara who might come to this party for sure.

"Welcome guys, as you all know. This party is especially to announce my marriage with Roselyn" Sandy screamed as all applauded for him.

"So, let's be happy and party hard" Everyone screamed with joy.

Rose came out wearing a long gown with a side slit from her knees. She walked to Alex who was still raging in anger to see Sandy's smile.

"Let's play something" Someone suggested.

"Let's first stand with our partner." Another one suggested as if he already planned for something exciting. Jason looked at Clara accusingly as he had no one to pair up with.

"It will be fun" Sandy voiced out once he heard what the game was about. He grabbed Rose to his side with a wide grin while she knew that it was going to cost her only to plan this party.
