Chapter 50 Slap or kiss

The couples stood in a row expecting to play an entertaining game. Alex stood with Clara while Sandy and Rose were standing opposite to them.

"I will tell you something. If you did that with your wife, you can kiss her. If you didn't do that, your wife would slap you" the moment they told the rules, everyone laughed excitedly to do this except for Rose, Alex, and Clara. Kiss or slap, Sandy doesn't mind at all.

"You fought with your wife!" Tia exclaimed as all gave a loud clap that there is no way anyone would now slap. The room will be filled with kisses now.

Sandy grabbed Rose and bent to her face who was now regretting even planning this party.

"Thanks for this party" Sandy smirked at her as he kissed her cheeks. She closed her eyes in reflux as if it burnt her entire body.

"Who will find it if we lie? I shall slap you" Clara spoke, breaking Alex's eyes from Sandy and Rose. He should do something to break Sandy's bones one by one. But right now, he won't interfere as he promises Rose that he would let her handle this.

"Dare to slap me?" Alex asked, walking closer to her side as she got too nervous.

"So, you want to kiss me?" She asked back with a daring smile. That surely grabbed the attention of the crowd.

"Kiss her kiss her" Everyone is cheering for Alex now.

"What should I do now?" Alex asked, smirking at Clara.

"Kiss me if you don't mind getting insulted in front of all." She dared to challenge Alex.

"If you instigate me like this, I won't mind getting insulted" He whispered near her ears as she turned into a tomato with his words.

"But right now, I am not in the mood" He replied plainly as he turned to the audience who was excited to see him kiss his wife.

"We won't do both. I mean, we fought. But I didn't fight with her. So, no slap. No kiss" Alex smartly made his point as all sighed tiredly. Alexander and his rules. He never obeys any rules set by anyone. Instead, he sets his own rules and follows them like a king.

"That's not fair. You have always done this" One of the friends, nouted as all agreed.

"Fine. Now the game will focus on only one thing. To make Alex either kiss or get slapped" Everyone cheered for Tia who made this announcement.

"Why should I get punishment on his behalf? If you want to focus on him, do something without involving me" Clara retorted, and a hell of silence in the party hall. The wives there are excited in both ways. Kiss or Slap, it is benefited to all girls. So, Clara's statement made her look like a different species at this party.

"Is it a punishment for you?" Sandy asked with fake sympathy.

"Yeah, I can relate" He mumbled, eyeing Rose as if he was also getting the same punishment.

"To slap him. How can I slap him?" That was so unexpected from Clara that Alex smiled at her words.

"Just the way you always slap me " there comes Jason who didn't like how she told this. Clara widened her eyes at his words. Jason was laughing at her expressions. "Yeah, it's not new to you," Elsa added as they all looked at Elsa as if she had gone nuts.

"Wish you get one so that you save people from my wrath" Clara replied boldly and everyone in the hall was just in awe with Clara's words. Her words and actions were simple, elegant, and curt. No one could take their eyes off her.

"You have gifted something to your wife." Tia made another statement stopping the war between Elsa and Clara. Of course, they had another round of kisses and now everyone looked at Alex and Clara.

"He has not yet" Clara beamed and that was only visible to Alex. She came forward as she dusted her hand.

"I can now give both, a gift and a kiss, right?" Alex smartly changed the rules again as he came towards Clara.

"This is cheating. Now I won't get a gift or kiss" Clara snapped angrily and turned away. Everyone who knew about Alex Little was already flat with how Alex was reacting to Clara. They looked cute.

"Guys let's drop this. They are newly married. We shouldn't target them." Nathan as usual came as a peacemaker. Everyone agreed as they didn't force Clara or Alex for anything.

Just with one round, the game was super and they enjoyed it a lot. But Sandy doesn't want to stop the game as he makes another statement only to kiss Rose on the cheek.

Alex smartly stopped the game as he grabbed Rose aside to save her.

Clara stood there in a corner observing everyone. They were enjoying this party like hell. She couldn't understand how someone could laugh loudly even if there was nothing to laugh at. Her eyes show envy. A pure sadness. She wanted to be like them. Alex was smiling and laughing with Sana. Maybe she is one fun girl to hang with. The comparison she had in her mind made her sad.

Sana is someone every guy would die for. A perfect beauty with a brain. The only difference she has with Clara is her manners. Clara is always unpredictable and very hard to understand. While Sana is too soft and easy-going, a fun girl.

George came and stood beside Clara with a glass of wine.

"Hi," George initiated a conversation with Clara while she responded politely.

"Alex is a lucky guy. You are gorgeous" George commented directly and Clara didn't like anyone telling her how beautiful she was. She always had this problem of listening

to praises and she never heard any since her mom died.

"Shall we?" George gave his hand to ask for a dance.

"I don't like dancing" Clara directly refused as his words made her stop.

"This is you right?" George showed the video where Clara was drunk and was dancing like a pro. She was flushed red to see that video. She has never felt humiliated even when Elena insulted her more than this.

"Come on. Let's have fun." His words can have so many meanings. But Clara chose to get only the positive side as for this day at least.

"Come on, George. I don't think she would agree. She has a better taste." Someone commented and that's when Clara knew that they were not talking to her just like that. Instead, they are here to make a drama. A slap would do if they went overboard. "See, her ex-lists are so costly." Viraj showed him the pictures of her which went viral. "Jason, the only heir of Stefens. Nathan, our handsome and eligible rich candidate. Mac also is not even a match to you, George. And she has Edward too on the list" Viraj added explanations to all the pictures as George stood there listening to them. Clara sighed tiredly. Why are the old bullying types always in trend? She is not like those girls who would weep all the way with just words. Man, get a life.

"Maybe I can be on the list" Viraj proudly said, coming closer to Clara. Now three fourth of the audience was gathered around them. Alex came running to her side. Even Sandy didn't like how they all made comments for Clara. She doesn't deserve this. Nathan and Mac were ready to kill that, Viraj. But everyone was amazed by Clara's loud laughter.

"Just because you are rich, I don't think you have a chance in my list" Her words made everyone amuse with her attitude. She is one unique piece.

"I am sorry but I have standards." She replied sassily and walked closer to his side. "Standards means you can see my ex-list also. They are qualified. But you" She took ugly expression to glare at him from top to bottom.

"I guess you can at least work on manners to get in waiting list" She replied and walked past him, making him rage in anger. All people around him started laughing at Viraj while Alex smiled at his wife. She is one qualified to match Alex in everything.

Alex came in front grabbing her waist exactly at the right moment, showing his cold gaze to everyone there.

"Are you having fun here?" Alex asked generally.

"Yeah, sort of" Clara replied glaring at Viraj and George.

"If it becomes boring, let me know" Alex spoke and the threat in his words were all clear to Viraj and George. They shouldn't have thought to mess with Clara.

"If it gets boring even for a second, I won't mind pulling you out to have fun somewhere else" Clara replied sassily as all people were smiling with her words while Alex was just shocked with the way she played along for his threat to his friends. Thats wonderful. No one ever played along with him whenever he tried to do this type of things.

Layla and Elsa stood there watching Clara and Alex.

"I knew that she would reply like this. But she is no naive. This will be our strength" Elsa proudly recorded everything before Alex comes and saved the video with a big smirk. The plan which Elena is going to apply is one venomous and Elsa is damn sure that Clara would fall deep into that pit.

"I want that Rose to get out of Sandy's life. She is clinging on to him." Layla spoke breaking Elsa's thoughts.

"How about we do something to make both the girls lose their respect in front of all?" Elsa asked excitedly as Elena's blood inside Elsa starts hatching some plans already.

"What are we even waiting for?" Layla asked as both the girls were excited to do something.
