Chapter 60 Payback time

"The trust he is having for Clara is so strong" Elena analysed everything.

"We should break that trust now. These small plays won't be enough. We should plan something big. Big enough to break her completely." Elena now became so mad to get Clara back in this home and she would never let her live peacefully. Elsa listened to everything and sat there silently.

"I don't know, Grandma. Everything is not on our side since she married Alex." Elsa replied in her feeble voice.

"Then, why the hell you ran away from the marriage?" Elena grabbed Elsa making her flinch away.

"Is there anything I should know?" Elena asked as she totally ignored that fact.

"Only one chance. Tell me everything clearly before I get to know them by myself. You know that I am capable" Elena threatened Elsa who gulped visibly.

"Why did you leave the church that day?" Elena asked in her danger voice.

"Please Grandma" Elsa tried to convince her grandma but Elena grabbed her arms in a harsh way, making Elsa shiver in fear. There is no way she could hide them anymore. Elena can even find this by herself.

"That papers you got from your friend about Clara's abortion" Elsa spoke in her cracked voice as her tears formed in her eyes.

"Was actually mine. And I went because my boyfriend blackmailed me that day. I went and gave him some money so that he wouldn't create ruckus. But till then, everything happened here. So, I stayed out for two days" The moment Elsa revealed the reason, Elena slapped Elsa hard on her cheeks. She had never expected this from Elsa.

"You should have at least told me before I exposed these papers" Elena screamed at Elsa as her anger has no bounds at all.

"What will happen if Alex wanted to check who tried to trap Clara?" Elena asked as she slapped Elsa again who was crying vigorously.

"You are such dumb girl to be my blood" Elena is surely disappointed with Elsa. She turned and left the room as Elsa collapsed over the floor crying.

Clara was watching herself in the mirror for almost one hour. It's damn weird that she couldn't believe that she is been fixing her face and appearance. She removed the clip and let her hair flow down as usual in a messy way all frustrated.

"Why should I even bother?" Clara asked herself and she knew the answer already. Damn it's not in her plan. Her heart was not in her control anymore.

She took the mobile and was contemplating for half an hour to call Alex. If he picks up, what would she say?

She took the purse and left the home ignoring all the weird feelings and questions to reach the cafe finally to roast the people all alive there.

She looked at her sister and Edward was nowhere there.

"Where is your useless boyfriend?" Clara yelled gaining the attention of the people there as Alina closed her eyes in reflux. It will be a hell of a hard day for them for sure.

"My beloved Sister-in-law. I am here" Edward came there with the most innocent face ever he could borrow.

"How dare you?" Clara jumped to attack him without even thinking about anything as Alina widened her eyes in shock. She has never seen her sister like this. Edward jumped and started ignoring her punches or whatever she was trying to give him "I will kill you, Edward" Clara grabbed the hair as Edward screamed in pain.

A burst of laughter filled the area as Clara stopped her attacks and looked behind, still gripping Edward's hair.

"You deserve more" Alex's voice made Clara stunned. She didn't think that he would be there. Damn, she was super conscious now about her behaviour and even her appearance. She released her grip instantly and adjusted her hair which of course would look like a devil for sure.

"Relax. We shall talk it out" Alex spoke and Clara never knew that someone could control her anger like this. Her sky-level anger melted into nothing as she agreed to talk it out. Can Love change us like this? She even could realize that her cheeks must be painted in a dark shade of pink.

"I am sorry. I should not" Edward started his apology as Alex slapped him hard, startling them.

"I didn't expect this from you, Eddy. You are immature. But I thought you are at least thoughtful" Alex scolded him and that's how Clara calmed down a bit.

"The test kit which grandma found was mine. My sister has no part in that" Alina found it necessary to admit that as Alex looked at his wife. She felt good when Alina made them clear. She wanted Alex to find that every damn accusation is not true. Clara will surely make everything clear to Alex even if he trusts her.

"I am sorry, sister" Alina cried as her tears rolled down continuously.

"I love Edward and I can't live without him and I can't abort this too." Aline broke the news and now Clara smiled devilishly. Why didn't she think this way? The scared Clara should now finally bid bye. Clara wanted her confidence to glow in her face in front of Elena.

"Let's register their marriage today" Clara suggested when Edward spat the water he was drinking.

"I know about my family. They would burn her alive. So, it's better we just make them married. As she is pregnant, we can't wait to beg for their permission, right?" Clara made her point clear. But on the one hand, she wanted to make a move against Elena. Elena should not have insulted her like that. She should learn her lesson.

"That would be too sudden" Alex wanted to convince her but her expression said otherwise.

"I would even suggest directly going to the registered office now itself" Clara stood up grabbing Alina. Alina always wanted a huge wedding. But right now, there is no chance.

"I will talk to your family and make it happen" Alex grabbed Clara.

"Do you want to take a risk especially when Alina is in this condition?" Clara asked and no one could deny the option as they all followed her. Clara now wanted to just see Elena's face right now. She would slap her hard on Elena's face without making her hand dirty. This slap would crush Elena's pride completely.

Clara sat in the front seat while Edward and Alina sat in the back seat, holding their hands each other.

Clara took her mobile and messaged Elena.

"Thanks for the humiliation. Till now I had no reason to rebel against you. Thanks for giving me the reason" Clara sent the message with a smile. Elena would be damn shocked to see Clara now. She had a new courage to pay back for every slap with interest. The little courage she got is absolutely from Alex. His support made her realize that she was not alone in this battle even though he didn't know.

"My first payback will be very little only. But I hope you enjoy them" Clara again sent the message. As it's a Whatsapp message, she deleted them once Elena read it.

On the other hand, Elena widened her eyes seeing those messages. What could be the gift? She wondered if Clara got to know about Elsa's pregnancy. So many questions and guesses made Elena mad. She called Clara instantly.

Clara cut the call and again sent a message.

"Don't disturb me and just wait for my precious gift. You will be receiving them in just an hour" Clara was now super excited to see Elena's face when she realized this small

Clara called Paxton and asks him to be very damn careful with Elena. Clara has little hope now that Ron would take care of Paxton if not for him, at least for the property on Paxton's name.

Alex fulfilled the formalities and Edward and Alina signed the marriage papers with smile. Clara clicked the picture.

"Don't worry. You have married the person you love. That's what matters now." Clara said as she saw Alina's sad face. Her mom would be devas ted for sure. Elsa would burn Alina alive for sure. What not can happen now?

"Let's just go to Edward's home" Alina suggested as she is not sure what will happen

now.

"Don't worry. I am here with you" Clara's words made Alina so emotional. This one week, without talking with Clara, Alina was hell scared that what if she didn't forgive Alina. Alina hugged Clara as she broke into tears. She can't live without Clara.

Clara now sat inside the car with so much happiness.

"Countdown starts" Clara messaged Elena again.

"Count from 1-10. Your gift is almost there" Clara liked this new feeling. A feeling of satisfaction to torture that person who had made her life hell. Enough is enough. Now Clara will show what she was actually and whom Elena was messing up with till now. Clara will show the real hell she could give to Elena. Elena should realize that till now she was not the one who controlled Clara. Instead, it was Clara who chose to lay low and escape that hell without any rebel.
