Chapter 70 A trip

Six years ago Alex and Sandy were seen fighting for something as they were running here and there.

"Stop it, Sandy. Everyone would make fun of us." Rose was continuously asking them to stop. But they care least about it.

Alex twisted Sandy's hands and was tickling him so that Sandy gave up. Sandy in turn was laughing out loud and made sure that Alex could never get that thing from his hand.

"What are they fighting for?" a five-year-old girl asked to see them. Rose couldn't answer the girl as she felt too embarrassed to even say that aloud.

"It's a lollipop," Rose replied, closing her eyes in embarrassment.

"Beats me" The little girl replied, rolling her eyes at them while Alex and Sandy looked gaping at the audacity of the girl.

"It may be a little lollipop for all. But it was mine" Sandy retorted while Alex snatched it again.

"He always had this illusion. It was mine" Alex pouted while the girl had no idea of how someone could be so serious about it.

"Between, what was that?" Rose asked pointing to the bag "Emergency tablets in case my health worsens" the girl replied, shrugging off her shoulders casually, that it has no importance at all.

"Ananya. Why did you run away?" Mishka, her mom, asked running to her side. Ananya bowed down as her eyes filled with tears.

"It's painful," Ananya replied as her sobs increased. Sandy and Alex stood there wanting to ask more.

"I am sorry. But may I ask what's the problem?" Rose asked.

"She is suffering from blood Cancer" Mishka replied with a small smile but a painful smile. The shock was too much to overcome that they put the lollipop down.

"But it's curable," Mishka replied with an optimistic tone.

"I don't want to get cured. Please leave me. I want to play with my friends and eat my favourite food" Ananya screamed and started crying which twisted the hearts of the people there Sandy and Alex came out of the shock as they bent to the kid.

"It's this the same girl?" Sandy asked, winking at Alex who caught the point exactly.

"Yeah, the one which our doctor mentioned." Alex added while cupping the cheeks of Ananya.

"What did they say?" Ananya asked with shining eyes.

"That you are a rockstaff and of course this treatment is painful but once it ends, you will be a super girl who would have super powers to do anything" Alex's words were not so exaggerated but the impact it had on Ananya was so huge. The little girl was tempted to become a super girl.

"Really?" Ananya asked as she wiped her tears.

"Do I look like a liar?" Alex asked with a huge pout and she burst out laughing. The smile of the little girl filled their heart instantly. They helped them to get to the hospital again and Sandy and Alex didn't leave till their treatment ended well. It took so many months but Alex and Sandy made sure to keep her happy.

It was Alex, who always encouraged her before her treatment and it would be Sandy who helped her in all naughtiness. Ananya called Alex as Superhero and Sandy as Partner.

Ananya remembered their times together and was so happy to meet them again in India. She already hatched so many plans to do with them.

"They were robbed near the airport. I will bring them here" Vishwa, father of Ananya, told them in a single line and took his car to reach them.

"At least you have some brains" Clara scoffed at Alex when he contacted the person he came to meet through his mail. Thanks to his father who has gifted him the apple watch. Alex didn't wear them because of a broken strap. He always kept the watch in his inner pocket as a sentimental gift.

Clara and Rose are really annoyed with the happenings. They don't even have their handbag with them. Alex promised that he would find that thief and get their things back. But it's just like searching for a particular fish in the sea. Alex messaged Mac about it and asked to secure all details and get back their number safely.

"Jason would be worried" Clara mumbled as she knew it right that he would be so mad as it's been hours since landed and Clara thought she would message him later. She didn't expect this though.

"You are with me, why should he worry?" Alex felt offended though. Clara didn't reply to him and was wondering what Jason would do. That guy is super crazy and his actions are unpredictable.

"Please handle these all." Jason pleaded with his manager as he entered the airport. He couldn't reach Clara since she went with Alex. Even though he trusts Alex now, he has that nagging feeling now. He should see if she is alright or not. What if her rude words angered him and he left her in the middle of the road? Clara has never travelled anywhere. The chances of her getting lost are high. The thought made him vulnerable. He got the details of the girl whom they went to meet, from Frank.

He entered the flight and was surprised to see Sana next to his seat. Is it another coincidence? But she was silently crying as her eyes were closed. He sat there, keeping his luggage. Is she traveling to India?

He didn't disturb her as she was in her world of despair. Sana on the other hand receives a message on her mobile. She looked at the content and her lips trembled visibly. She bites her lower lip to control the little sob that results in a bleed.

He wanted to ask if she is okay or not but her attitude lately restricted him from even talking to this girl. He already has so many people to handle. He doesn't want to add more miseries to his life.

The surprising fact was Sana didn't notice Jason at all till she took her luggage and walked to the cab stand.

"Let's share the cab if we are going to the same destination." Jason's voice startled her as she looked at him wide-eyed. Did he follow her?

After greeting, talking, hugging, and laughing, Alex, Clara, Sandy, and Rose settled there comfortably. They liked the home instantly. It's designed beautifully with so many sculptures. Vishwa and Mishka paid attention to every single damn thing. Ananya mingled with Clara instantly and was going on rambling about all incidents which she remembered about them. Right from the lollipop fight, till everything which could make them embarrassed to death. The worst feeling is they both despised even recalling those happy days. The main truth was to miss those days.

Clara looked at Alex and wondered if she should help him overcome this pain or not? The biggest strength of her to overcome the fear of Elena is Alex and she should return the gift for sure.

The loud gurgling sound from Clara's stomach made them horrified, especially Alex. She did try all food in the flight. How can she be hungry again? It's her nature to feel hungry whenever she is tense and that is not known to all of course.

"I am sorry. Take this, please" Mishka apologised for not offering them anything and served them some beverages. Clara drank them instantly with an awkward smile. They all settled in their room as Mishka asked them to freshen up for lunch. Wearing a maroon gown with lots of stone work, Clara felt like a queen from an old era. Alex was amazed to see her. She is surely a beauty but today it was not just beauty. He is damn sure that no guy can pass her without glaring at her. Even they can't take their eyes off. She looked stunning. Clara loved that Anarkali suit as she placed the scarf around her neck perfectly. Alex tried to not be so obvious but failed miserably as his eyes couldn't listen to his brain at all.

Roselyn came out wearing the same model Anarkali suit but a different colour. Royal blue was her favourite and the dress in that colour made her a complete angel. Sandy though wanted to ignore her, just stood there with his wide mouth. She has always worn western dresses and this particular dress made her look like a different person.

Both the girls came out and were shocked to see Alex and Sandy in a cotton shirt paired up with jeans. A decade of silence as both were so stunned to see their partners.

The only thing they could agree in this that, the trip will bring new flavour to their relationship
