tristan woke up to his alarm clock ringing and sat up fast thinking he was late to go get emoni before her birthday surprise.

as tristan adjusted and realized the time said 9:00 am, he relaxed seeing as though he wasn't late to get emoni.

he knew he could not afford to mess up anything else with milan. tristan knew he was literally walking on thin ice.

"SHIT. the custom cake, cupcakes, and trinkets for everybody. i need to hurry up and get them from trina." sai'elle said running to the self check out so she can take care of everything.

right before milan could put her card in the machine, she heard her phone ringing in her airpods. she doubled tapped them seeing her hands was busy.

sai'elle walked away trying to not look sad or ruin emoni's day.

everybody else would say she was overdoing it but she has been through so much with tristan and that was definitely the straw that broke the camel's back.

sai was just sitting in her thoughts thinking when her attention was drawn to somebody sitting next to her.
