sai'elle was woken up out her sleep at 11:30 am by knocks to her door.

at first sai'elle thought she was dreaming until the knocks kept going and she sat up confused.

"bro who is knocking at my door at 11 am." sai'elle thought to herself while kicking her legs widly under the cover.

sai'elle put her slippers and robe on and then she walked to the front slowly while yawning,

"i'm coming." she spoke softly.

she went to the bathroom near the door and brushed her teeth and washed her face.

finally she opened the door wanting to know who the hell was at her door.

meanwhile analeya on the other side was nervous waiting for it to open.

as the door open, it revealed analeya standing there with a small smile which was soon replaced with a frown once she saw sai'elle's face.

the girl couldn't believe her eyes. after 2 weeks, her "girlfriend" was at her door looking happy like she didn't just ghost her.

"oh so you gotta be fucking with me right?"

"sai-"

"no like seriously. where are the cameras? i'm on what would you do right? where john at?" sai'elle spoke sarcastically looking around.

"baby please just le-"

"baby? oh girl you gon have to hop up off my doorstep quick fast and in a hurry, talking about some baby TUH." sai spoke trying to close the door.

sai'elle noticed her door wouldn't close and looked down to see a foot in the door.

"nigga you got some fucking nerve, analeya get your foot out my door before i slide you forreal. i'm not in the mood deadass."

"milan don't play with me shorty. i ain't even get disrespectful cause i was wrong but don't get beside yaself." analeya spoke with a mug on her face.

"ight so what do you want? i got a date to prepare for and you wasting my time."

"a what? mama yeen dumb so i'm not even entertaining you. let me come in and explain myself." analeya spoke walking closer.

"guess i'm dumb then. come in analeya and make it quick." sai'elle spoke backing up.

truth is, sai really did have a date.

the lie is, the date was with her niece and it was for later that day. she just wanted to make the girl in front of her jealous.

"you have 5 minutes, lets go."

"5 minutes- tick tock. timer has been set." sai spoke sitting on the other end of the couch with her arms folded.

"okay bet. i don't have no excuse because nothing would excuse not talking to you for 2 weeks but i have an explanation. so my mother came back, ain't seen her in God knows how long and she wants custody of my younger sister arya. then i'm mourning trinity. i haven't mentioned her because it was hard but she wa- is my bestfriend my sister my forever heart. um she passed away last year. yesterday made a year. she left behind her husband, her son, and me. it was hard coming to terms with everything. it all hit me at once and come to find out my mom is actually fighting very hard to get arya. it's a lot and i'm so sorry for not communicating but i really couldn't." analeya spoke with tears coming down her face.

the timer went off as analeya was about to speak again so she just wiped her tears and stood up.

"well that's five minutes. ima just go, thanks for listening i guess."

"wait." sai'elle spoke rubbing her temples in stress.

"okay.."

"i'm sorry all this is happening and i'm sorry for your loss leya, i truly honestly am. i wouldn't wish that on anybody so i hope everything gets better and easier for you."

"so we good?" analeya spoke.

"HOWEVER. i would never just leave you with no communication. you met my mother, my siblings, my daughter. i could NEVER do that to you if i met all the important people in your life. i sympathize with you because everybody grieves and processes things differently. so for that i do not fault you but we were in a relationship which means you communicate and let things be known. you don't just leave then drop back in me and emoni's life. we are a package deal and i told you that, so when you left me.. you left her. she was asking about you. she really was asking everyday if you were coming over to watch "frog movie" and if you were mad at her. i don't want her ever feeling that pain. nor do i ever want to feel that pain of unwantedness and hurt. so we are not good. we are not together. you fucked up. i don't play those games and you knew that from day fucking one." sai'elle spoke breaking down in tears.

"mama please. i'm not losing you like come on. it gotta be something i can do." analeya spoke getting emotional.

"no no analeya, you don't get to be hurt in this situation. you left me. i told you i had attachment issues and you left me by myself with no explanation, no nothing. i was reaching out to you, fucking duck. i was calling you deadass 30 times a day, tryna see what i did wrong-" sai'elle spoke wiping her tears and trying to breathe.

"i was using my other phone. the one i use when i disapp-" analeya said crying trying to hug sai'elle.

"NO MOVE BRO. SO THAT'S AN EXCUSE? IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE OKAY? no fuck you. leave now i'm done. YOU told me to work with you and your communication issue and i tried. i did. but it's a difference from you trying to communicate and then you not communicating at all. you didn't even attempt to hit me up. you're weird as fuck. goodnight leave."

sai'elle was breathing heavily and crying. she literally felt like air was being taken from her.

analeya walked over and hugged her and told her breathe slowly.

sai'elle listened to her words and that calmed her down.

"why are you the one who fixes me but also breaks me? just leave me alone. please analeya."

"that's what you really want sai? cause if i leave i'm not coming back baby." leya spoke softly, rubbing sai'elles back.

"that's what i want."

analeya's eyes filled with tears after she heard that. she didn't know what to do.

"look me in my eyes and say that shit then sai'elle."

"that's what i want analeya."

"copy." analeya spoke and kissed sai'elles forehead after wiping her tears.

sai'elle wanted to fold so bad but she was truly hurt after the situation.

"i'm sorry. i hope i can make it right in the future mama, i'll always be here. i don't want nobody but you."

analeya got up off the couch and walked to the door.

she gave sai'elle one last glance and opened the door then left, not forgetting to slam it on her way out.

"fuck." sai'elle spoke softly and broke down some more.
