“Over eight years, the dragon scale has completely fused with him, becoming part of his body. However, fundamentally, the scale still belongs to Rosvisser and carries centuries of her magical energy.”

“In essence, the magic Leon uses can be fully endured and adapted to by Rosvisser,” she continued.
