Shut Up, Malevolent Dragon! I Don’t Want to Have Any More Children With You
After Mevis left, Rosvisser stayed by Leon's side.
Around nine oâclock, Leon shifted slightly in his sleep, mumbling faintly.
The doctor had said that Leon was recovering well, and there was a high probability he would wake up tonight.
Only then did Rosvisser feel relieved.
It seemed that her eldest daughter, who had been bustling around, wasnât as burdened as she thought. She had expected the tea snacks to take several more hours.@@novelbin@@
Once the doctors had left, the room was quiet again, leaving just Rosvisser and the unconscious Leon.
She sat at the bedside, quietly watching him, while the occasional laughter of Mevis and Noa playing in the backyard floated in through the window.
Suddenly, the thought that had been interrupted by Mevis earlier surged back into her mindâthis time, with a small upgrade.
"Since heâs waking up tonight, heâll have to fulfill our promise. Better do it before the kids interrupt us again."
Rosvisser muttered to herself, "But knowing this guy, he might try to weasel out of it, so Iâd better prepare."
With that, Rosvisser stood up and quickly left the room.
