Chapter 3056
The First Heir
Reynold suddenly turned into a raging black heat, which Philip did not expect. He stood on the spot, all
covered in flames. His red eyes stared suspiciously at the black bear waving its huge claws and
coming at him.
Bang!
One claw swiped out and sent Philip flying. He knocked down several big trees before he could steady
himself. The black bear roared with the power of lightning gushing from its mouth at Philip!
Crackle!
The power of this black lightning that filled the sky engulfed Philip like a waterfall of lightning nets.
Philip was in the form of a humanoid chimera at this moment. Facing this lightning net, he threw a few
punches and blasted a hole out. He then quickly jumped out of the lightning net, his eyes full of anger.
He raised his hand, which turned into thousands of flaming fist shadows. They formed a rain of
punches that blasted at the huge black bear!
Rumble!
Numerous flaming fist shadows engulfed the black bear in an instant.
Roar!
Roars filled the air. The black bear had tough skin and withstood the attacks. With four limbs on the
ground, it bated its fangs angrily and charged toward Philip.
Philip raised his hand, and his fists collided with the black bearâs front paws. They grappled with each
other. In an instant, the two fought with brute force.
The black bear roared and knocked Philip back with its brute force alone!
The flames on Philipâs body skyrocketed at this moment, and he exerted force. He quickly pushed the
huge black bear and started running before he grabbed the bearâs forelimbs and threw it away.
Boom!
This huge black bear slammed into the mountain wall and caused the entire snow-capped mountain to
shake. Upon seeing the fierce battle here, several fights in the distance became more heated!
When Reynold slid down from the mountain wall, his figure instantly returned to normal, and wounds
littered all over his body.
His eyes were full of astonishment as he stared at Philip who was covered in flames in the distance. He
wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth, glanced at his buddies fighting in the distance, and made
an instant decision.
He turned in retreat and shouted, âRetreat!â
In an instant, the wind picked up. The four burly men retreated at the same time.
Philip stood on the top of the mountain and looked at Reynold as they ran away. The flames on his
body slowly subsided, revealing his true body.
Thump!
Philipâs knees went weak, and he knelt in the snow, gasping for breath.
Fennel and the others quickly rushed over. Seeing Philipâs current state, everyone was anxious.
âHow are you?â Fennel asked with concern.
Philip shook his head, lay on his back, gasped for breath, and said, âI just need a few minutesâ¦â
After half a day, the sky darkened. Philip and the others had rested enough. They traveled another few
kilometers before finding a spot to camp out.
At night, the weather in Cochly Mountain became unpredictable. The snow and wind became scarier at
night.
Outside the tent, the wind howled, and the occasional low roar of beasts could be heard.
Philip and Fennel shared a tent, while 17 and Janike shared another. The remaining members of the
Shadow Guards shared a tent. Everyone took turns on guard duty at night.
âWhat do you think of the happenings during the day?â Philip asked.
