Chapter 107

After the call Ling Yucheng made was hung up by Jiang Tingzhou, he quickly made a second call.  But after dialing again, the cold system tone reminded him again and again mechanically that the user’s device he dialed was turned off.  The other party turned off the phone, most likely Jiang Tingzhou did it.  Ling Yucheng rubbed his temples as he frowned slightly.

”Didn’t the Jiang family go to a military academy, why didn’t he come back for more than two years? The academy training period isn’t over yet, and it isn’t the weekend either. Why did he suddenly return to the capital?” He started to worry.

When Ling Yucheng called, he was already downstairs in Maizi KTV. He had a different concept from Mr. Ling.  Old man Ling felt that Su Meng had studied hard for three years, and now that the college entrance examination was over, she should take that opportunity to relax with her classmates. But in his opinion, he was more concerned about her safety.  With so many crime cases, almost every few days one would see news about girls being killed in the city. Girls with average looks were likely to be targeted by perverts, let alone Su Meng’s suffocating looks?

Even though she was with her classmates, he wasn’t at ease.  The male classmates of her age were at a restless age, and if they did something on impulse, the girls would suffer. So he came to Su Meng, to the KTV and wanted to take her home.

After Jiang Tingzhou hung up Ling Yucheng’s call, he didn’t know what to do.  Ling Yucheng wanted to find someone immediately after his call was cut off.  At that very time, a group of drunk young men and women appeared in front of him.  Ling Yucheng was self-disciplined. He had never touched or smelled alcohol, so he subconsciously wanted to distance himself from that group of drunks, but the words they spoke, fiercely and excitedly fell in his ears.

“Wow! Don’t get too excited when you meet people having an affair in a safe passage!”

“It’s a pity that the boy noticed us and turned to us too quickly, he took the girl into his arms all at once, we couldn’t see any restricted level scenes.”

“That guy looks so handsome, his girlfriend must be very beautiful too!”

One of the violent young women had a bad temper. After the drinks, she became more violent. She wanted to swear, but when she looked up and saw a handsome guy who blocked their way, the anger on her face disappeared instantly.

She immediately changed her facial expression and tried to look charming, she deliberately whistled, “Hey handsome! Why are you blocking our way?”

Ling Yucheng didn’t know why. When he heard what they said, it immediately resembled Jiang Tingzhou and Su Meng in his mind.  That thought alone made his face look very ugly.  Ling Yucheng hurriedly asked, “What you just said… Was it in the safe passage?”

The woman nodded fiercely, her tongue widened, and she tried to speak clearly, “Yes, yes, that’s the safe passage.”

“What floor? When?”

Although it felt that his questions were a bit odd, the woman replied with a grin, “On the third floor, just now. What, handsome guy, do you want to go face to face and see it? Hehe.”

Ling Yucheng got the answer he wanted, then he took big steps away from that group of drunks and towards the mentioned passage to find that couple.  As he rushed to the third floor he thought, ”What if the two people that the group of drunks just mentioned are really Jiang Tingzhou and Su Meng… How dare you, Jiang Tingzhou!”
