Someone is back

Charles went to the bed and hug Julius who is facing his back from him.

“What is troubling you?”

“Hmm.. Rianna…I feel so bad for her.”

Charles rubs Julius shoulder.

And kisses his cheek.

“I will do my best so she won’t have to die.”

Julius looks at Charles.

“Can I tell you something selfish?”

“Of course.”

“I….For a moment, I feel relieve that she is already pregnant and that……she won’t live long.”

“Julius…”

“I’m sorry! I know. I know I am selfish. I also hated myself for thinking that. I….I thought maybe after she died we can take care of her baby and we will be happy as a family. I…Of course I hated myself.”

Charles took his hand and bring it to his mouth.

“You are a good person. I know that. That is why I am sure you feel terrible right now.”

“Charles, let’s save her. We have to. Or I will think I curse her.”

“Of course. Who do you think is your husband? I am one of the richest man in this kingdom. We will save both Rianna and her baby.”

Julius nods and went to hug Charles.

“I will not think of being selfish again.”

“Baby, that would be difficult. Even I always think of being selfish.”

Julius smiles.

“Really? You?”

Charles grins and lift Julius chin up with his finger.

“I always want to ravish you whenever I see you. In public or in this bedroom.”

Julius flushes red.

Then he kisses Charles.

“Why don’t you ravish me now?”

Charles gulps down and nod.

“Good idea.”

BAM.

Lorenzo angrily slammed the table.

Charles flinched but says nothing.

Sandro, Guilbert, Sebastian and Charles are present.

Lorenzo looks calm but he is the first to flipped out.

“That damn bitch!”

He swears.

Charles nods and drinks the tea that slightly got the tea spilled because of Lorenzo.

Sigh.

Guilbert  stands up.

He stops at Lorenzo’s back and start massaging his shoulder.

Lorenzo calms down.

“I will find  a good doctor. I am sure the King already tried all the other doctor in our kingdom. Since I resumed my business transaction to different kingdom, I have meet a lot of respective doctors abroad. I will help Princess Rianna to find someone who can help her.”

Guilbert says not stopping his massage.

“That stupid Prince is the problem. He is always been the problem. Why is he so impatient? If he won’t do anything, isn’t the throne securely his?” Sebastian grumbles.

“Actually, our family is supporting the third prince faction. He is young, wise, reasonable and he is easy to deal with.” Sandro says drinking his tea.

“Oh… Third Prince is handsome.” Charles says since he only seen him once.

Sandro and Sebastian scowl at him.

“That mouth of yours. Julius always glares at you because you are stupid.” Sebastian says.

“Eh? What did I do?”

“Your wife is always jealous. I often told him he doesn’t have too since you are dying in love with him.”

Charles scratches his head.

“You….I’m feeling shy now.”

SAndro sighs.

“I didn’t compliment you.”

Charles become serious and looks at Guilbert.

“Please brother…. Rianna deserves to live. No. She deserves to be happy. I want to let her live and be able to grow up with her Mom.”

Lorenzo chokes.

“True……children should grow up with their Mom.”

Charles pauses.

“Dad, I am fine. Even though I didn’t meet Mom….I know she loves me.”

Lorenzo nods and place his hand above Charles hand that is in the table.

“We both do. Everyone of us loves you.”

The three older sons flinched when Charles started to cry.

“Your Majesty….”

“Lorenzo Hanperson….Everything is ready.”

The King sighs. He have mix feeling of what to come.

Relief?

Hurt?

The Crown Prince was caught raising a troop for rebellion.

The Crown Prince was sentence to die.

A Man who help this to happen is the soldier who was thought to be dead….Fredrico.

His testimony and solid proofs make it possible to make the Crown Prince unable to plea not guilty.

Though he is back…

FRedrico’s woman is already married.

Day and night, he was tormented of pain but he endures in hope to be able to see her again.

What fears Fredrico is…..Rianna’s husband.

Fredrico knows that Rianna is pregnant. If the country found out, Rianna will be ostracize. If her husband knows, he can order Rianna to be killed.

The King is quiete pleased with Fredrico’s bravery.

The King asked what he wants. He wants title.

He wants to be someone important … so he can do what he needs to do.

Fredrico is trembling in the guests receiving area. He is now a Count. Still lower to the Hanperson’s but not that low to be insignificant.

He is here to meet Charles.

The young Master who married Rianna.

“I am sorry to make you wait, Count.”

Fred stood up and salutes.

Charles is shock since he doesn’t know any military formalities.

Actually, Fred is just freaking out.

Charles salutes too.

And then the two has an awkward staring contest.

“Ahm…Should we sit first?”

“O-of course.”

The two sit down.

There is still an awkward silence.

Charles looks at Fred and pour him a tea that Fred took and drink in one gulp.

Charles feels amuse and put another tea.

Fred drinks it again.

Charles did it till the little kettle has no more tea.

Fred is sweating.

“Can I….Use your bathroom?”

“Sure.”

Charles stops himself from laughing.

He claps his hand and a beautiful lady wearing a light pink dress enters the room.

There is a visible bump on her stomach.

“My Lord?”

Rianna looks at Charles.

“Escort the guest to the bathroom.” Charles nods at Rianna. Rianna smiles and nod back.

“I understand. Count Fred, follow me.”

“This…Just let the maid escort me. You…You should not move too much.” Fred said full of worry.

Rianna smiles.

“I am fine. This is a blessing given to me by my Lord. We worked hard to have a baby.”

Fred feels he is choked.

He nods.

“I understand.”

Fred follows Rianna.

He is obviously feeling awed and happy and hurt seeing her.

When the two disappears. Julius enters the room giggling.

He is in the other room with Rianna before and watching them.

Julius sits on Charles lap.

Charles hugs him and the kiss.

“They will be talking for long. How about we ‘talk’ seriously too?” Charles says and rub Julius legs.

Julius flinched but he didn’t evade and agreed.

“I like that too.”

While some wild beast are destroying another poor table.

Fred eyes can only look at the woman walking in front of him.

“This is the bathroom. Relieved yourself first. Then We will talk.”

Rianna smiles.

She looks different. She is still the woman he always love but she is more…..beautiful and she is no longer as pale as before.

Fred nods and went to the bathroom.

He is in chaos.

He only wish to talk to Charles and made a deal with him to ensure Rianna and the baby’s safety.

Luckily, he can talk to Rianna even for a short while.

He promise….that he will not be greedy.

And just love her from a far.
