My head was still pounding a little. I went to the elevator and exited the building.

I went to the parking lot to find my car door was opened.

What the f***

May be i forgot to locked it last night...

I sat on the driver seat only to hear the ringtone of a mobile phone..

I took out mine but it was dead..

What the...

I searched the seat next to me but the sound was coming from beneath it. I was unable to see it under the dim light inside the car. I extended my hand towards the source and felt it under my hand.

I looked at the screen.

Jack is calling...

Oh...its her phone...

I ended the call but in a few second it started ringing again.

GOD!!!

My head was bursting with pain and his call was making me mad...

I again ended the call only to turned it off completely and then threw it on the passenger seat.

I started the car and was driving with only one hand as i was unable to use the second one which got the f***ing stitches.

I am feeling a little dizzy...f***

Why do you have to drink this much...

Why do she need to talk to other guys...

Why is she so....beautiful...

WHOA!! From where did it come to my mind...

I could still remember that night at the terrace...i still remembered the night at the party when she was wearing that gown...

She was looking...

I hit my hand on the steering wheel out of frustration.

I could see the bright light of a vehicle but......

My head was still spinning...what the f***!! When is it going to stop!!

I tried to opened my eyes but it was too heavy...

Has someone put something on my eyes?

I again tried to opened but closed it instantly as the light was killing my eyes.

Very slowly i opened only one eye to saw the unfamiliar place...

Am i dreaming? How could someone wakes up to an unfamiliar place twice a day?

Am i still in...her..room?

I opened both of my eyes to looked at my surrounding which was totally different from her room.

Where am i?

From the interiors...my bed...curtains... WHAT THE....

I AM IN A F***ING HOSPITAL??

BUT WHY???

I threw the duvet to the floor and tried to stand up but...i couldn't..

I was feeling dizzy..

''OMG!! Mr. Ashton..sir please rest on your bed sir...'' the nurse ran towards me and helped me to rest on the bed.

''Why am i here?''

''You got in an accident.''

WHAT?

''when and how?'' I demanded.

''Today...sir..and i don't know the reason sir..'' she stuttered.

Why couldn't Li...i mean..Miss Miller be like this nurse...

But no..she has to argue with me...

''Okay fine. You may go.''

''Sure..sir'' she got out of the room.

I was feeling better now. The headache was also vanished.

Soon there was an officer who entered my room.

''I heard that you are awake so i came here to take your statement Mr. Ashton.''

I nodded at him to continue.

''Can you please tell me the whole story how you got in the accident?'' He enquired.

''Actually i was not in a stable state that is why...''

''No Mr. Ashton i mean the whole story from last night till now.''

Do you want me to break your skull with the revolver in your pocket?

''No! That is none of your business.'' I spat at him.

''You have to co-operate with us Mr. Ashton because this accident was not a joke but...someone tried to kill you. Someone broke the cable of the brake of your car.'' He said sincerely.

What??

''You are mistaken officer...i don't have any enemy.''

''Are you sure Mr. Ashton? What about Miss Miller? What is your relation with her?''

You really want me to kill you...

''What about her?'' I said fisting my free hand.

''I heard about last night how you took her out of the pub..then you brought her to her apartment..but after that what happened between you two...i want to know.''

Really?? You want to know?? What about i smashed your head in the wall?

''I already said that this is none of your business. Stop irritating me.'' I barked at him angrily.

''Calm down Mr. Ashton but i am asking you this because we are suspicious about Miss Miller. May be she did it to take revenge... ''

''No she will never.''

''Fine Mr. Ashton then we need to solve this case in our way.''

I narrowed my eyes towards him.

''What do you mean?''

''Miss Miller is already in jail.''

What?

''Why? You can't do that to her.''

''But we have some evidence against her. Her mobile phone and clutch was in your car. She was the last person you met before the accident. You both are not having good terms and i heard that you hate her. May be she has some grudge on you.''

No!! She can't...but..i don't know..

''I want you to leave her.'' I demanded.

''But..''

''Close the case and leave her. I don't want to listen to anything now.'' I shouted at him.

''Okay Mr. Ashton it is upto you. Take care.'' With that he went away.

I closed my eyes and tried to remember last night but it was useless.

''How are you?'' I opened my eyes to see dave.

''I am fine.''

''So..what was he telling?''

''He was suspecting on Miss Miller.'' I said scruching my brows.

''May be he was right.'' He shrugged.

I gave him a death glare.

''I saw the footage of the parking lot of your building where she lives..and i saw a girl who entered your car and came out within ten minutes. It was three in the morning. Her face was not showing it was covered with her hair. How could anyone entered from outside when there is security around your building?'' He said sincerely.

''No..but she will not try to kill me...''

''Why not? What you did last night...may be she wanted to take revenge...''

He knew about last night?

''What happened last night?'' I asked.

''I was not there but Miss Miller was telling to Ben that you tried to...i mean you tried on her forcefully. I still don't believe this but Ben said you...hurt her everytime...and there were also marks on her skin.. have you hurt her before?'' He asked looking into my eyes.

I averted my eyes.

Last night i....sh*t what have i done!!!

''I don't know.''

''James this is serious because whoever did this his intention was not good. You would have died. I told you hundred times to appoint a bodyguard but no you will not. I am fed up with your behaviour.'' He said angrily.

''I am alive. Does it matter now?''

He rolled his eyes.

''You are lucky that you only got some scratches. The driver of the other car was serious but now he is fine too.''

''Oh..'' i said and stood up.

''Where are you going?'' He asked.

''Going home?''

''Mr. James Ashton i told you that you are not serious this doesn't mean you can leave the hospital today. You will be discharged tomorrow.''

''No f***ing way. I am going home today.'' I stated.

''It is useless to talk to you. And yes i told your father that you are fine but your mother is unaware about this'' He said and went away.

Thank God!! She doesn't know.

I got ready and called dave to pick me up.

I sat in the passenger seat while he was driving.

''So..you bailed her out?'' He asked me while driving.

''Yes.''

''What do you think..was she behind this?'' He asked thoughtfully.

May be...

''I don't know.''

''But...she is not that type of a girl..i think.'' He said afterwards.

No!! She is a b****

''You never know... take the car to her home.''

''What? Are you serious?'' He asked in a shocked tone.

''Yes.''

''James i think you should not meet her now. You are not in the condition to meet her. If you did something wrong this time...''

Before he could complete his sentence i stopped him.

''Shut up and drive. I want to talk to her right now.'' I said angrily.

''Sure..then i should take Ben out so you could talk to her.''

''Good.''

We parked the car and entered the elevator.

''Do you think...everything will be fine after this conversation.'' He asked me.

''I don't know.''

He nodded. I ringed the bell outside her apartment.

She opened and was shocked to see me.

The first word that came out of her mouth increased my anger.

''Sir..How are you?''

''Please come inside.'' It was Ben.

We both entered but Dave said something to Ben and they went out of the room leaving only the two of us.

I could see she was nervous. She locked the door and faced me.

''How are you?'' She asked again.

''Shut...up.. '' i said in an irritating voice.

For the first time she actually shut her mouth and was looking at the floor.

I moved towards her and she leaned on the door.

''Are you shocked to see me alive?'' I asked angrily.

Her wide eyes snapped towards me.

''What.. what are you saying?''

''Oh you dont know what i am saying? So sad!'' I said mocking.

I could see tears forming in her eyes.

''I didn't knew that you could do this. You would go so low. You are such an actress.'' I said gritting my teeth.

''I..i..haven't done anything..'' she stuttered.

''Oh really? Then what were you doing in my car at three in the morning?''

She was confused and shocked too.

''Why will i? I was sleeping that time.''

''Don't lie.'' I said holding both her arms with my hands.

''I am not.'' She said in an angry tone.

''I know what i did last night..now i also remember how i got cut in my lips.''

Yes! Now i could remember everything from last night. After dave told me everything my vision of last night got clear. And if she could hit me so hard with the receiver then she could kill me too..p

''But...you were...''

''Yes i know and because what i did last night you tried to kill me?''

''No..''

''Stop it Miss Miller. And thank me that i bailed you out of the jail but you know why? Because it is our personal grudge...i will not leave you this easily..now i will take revenge in my own f***ing way.'' I said gritting my teeth.

I didn't knew i was holding her too tight untill she yelped in pain...

''Aaahh...'' tears were dripping down her cheeks.

I looked at her arms but didn't leave her.

She deserves this!!

With that i kissed her...i kissed her with all the hatred and frustrations i was having towards her.
