Chapter 166: Dispute in The Council

The Supreme Council, the highest presence over the entire colonial world, comprising five members who had reached an unfathomable level of strength. A shadow slowly said, “The chairman of Judge Academy’s High Council came to consult us on the second day of the blood moon incident. We have already given a reply.”
