“My dear lady, can’t you just calm down?” Zheng Jing ignored her mean words and held her tightly so that she could not move. “Can’t you just say that we are ordinary friends? Why do you always have to add that I am your best friend’s boyfriend? That is the very cause of all the misunderstandings.”

“But you are my best friend’s boyfriend. Why can’t I say that?!” Zhao Anan got angry.

Her face flushed as if she were going to rip those people apart.

After she calmed down slightly, she suddenly realised that she was in Zheng Jing’s arms. She screamed instantly, “Zheng Jing, you hooligan! Get your hands off me. You are touching my belly.”

Zheng Lun was the best girl he had met. She never caused trouble and thought about him all the time.

Knife Lee shook his head. “No, I am here for something else, but if you want to take revenge, I won’t dodge. You can do anything you want.”

Zhao Anan found the whole thing weird, so did Zheng Jing.

He got a bit confused. Did Shangguan Ning send Knife Lee to please Zhao Anan? He hadn’t been informed about this part.

Zhao Anan was confused as well. “What are you really doing here?”

Knife Lee looked at Zhao Anan calmly and said, “I heard that you broke up with Doctor Mu. So are you single now?”
