originally, i was going to rewrite this. then i decided i hated the rewrite and was going to make it a full-length story. then i decided i hated that and now we're back to square one. because this story is stressing me out and giving me such a headache, here's the original one for all of you to consume once more. i could just delete it but i'm tired of deleting everything i've ever written just because i don't personally enjoy it anymore. i know some of you still might.
