Hukum Sa's Ligress - ✓

Song dedicated to this chapter- Afghan Jalebi! ( A savage song for our savage Rehmaat)

*******

The dinning room of Raghuvanshi's was bursting with chats and giggling as all the Raghuvanshi's as well as there guest's were sitting together to enjoy the brunch and everyone was enjoying there time together except for the guest Mother - daughter duo as they were still not able to handle Rehmaat's presence, especially after the savage reply she gave them.

"So Rehmaat, Manavi was telling me that you have recently given you +2 board exams, right. So what are your future plans?" Viraj asked Rehmaat while taking a bite of his food.

"Actually I have applied for Cambridge University which by God's grace was accepted based on my interview and entrance exams and in few days the results will be out than I will flying to London, the session starts two months after but I'll be going early, to, you know adjust and stuff." Rehmaat explained.

"Wow, Cambridge, you must really have the potential in your respective field. Which is by the way?" Viraj complimented as well as asked another question.

"Psychology, I want to get speciality in Human psychology as well as in... Um" Rehmaat hesitated a bit.

"As well as in, you can tell if you are comfortable." Viraj tried to assure her while all the royal's were surprised by Rehmaat's hesitation as they didn't knew much about her professional life. They thought that she was just a recent high schooler who've applied for the university.

"Oh trust me Jiju I am more than comfortable in talking about it. But I think some of you might get uncomfortable." Rehmaat said as a peaceful smile was adoring her face making her look almost, the right word will be

Divine! Or spiritual even!

"It's Parapsychology actually." As Rehmaat said those words.

Rana Sa's eyes widened. And Hukum Maintained his blank eyes while all of the other people had confusion in there eyes.

"Parapsychology, never heard about it actually. What is that?" Viraj asked the question that almost everyone wanted to ask.

"I think it's not that important, right Rehmaat. Let's talk about something else. And Viraj you should talk about something else to Rehmaat. Ask her opinions on love, I did few days ago and trust me I have never heard a more delicious answer ever!" The king of Jaipur laughed at last.

"Delicious answer, that's a first. So Rehmaat won't you share the answer with us." Viraj asked Rehmaat who actually was more focused on her food now.

"Huh, which answer, what question?" Rehmaat asked as she wiped the moustache that her lassi left on her face which was made exclusively for her on the orders of the Queen.

"So what is love according to you?" Viraj asked.

"Love" Rehmaat took a deep breath before answering the question.

"Love, an emotion that this instant noodles generation can't understand. You know Jiju this generation wants everything in 2 mins, they want love at first sight and than breakup over a night.

Just like instant noodles. Eat it, forget it and than make another packet.

But something that I think should be like Biryani instead.

You know they make it by cooking it slowly on slow flame, they add certain amount of certain ingredients and it takes lots of love, patience and time to make perfect biryani, that if one person eat it once they will never be able to forget ever in there life." Surely Rehmaat's answer had wierd example but whatever she was saying had a deeper meaning to it.

That Viraj was surprised that an immature girl can say something that weighs so much.

"Uhh show off" Tia muttered audible enough to everyone present there.

And Viraj was about to snap on her as he was fed up with his half- sister's attitude but before he could say anything he heard a giggle.

"Well, thanks for the compliment." Rehmaat had a genuine smile on her face.

"It was not a compliment. Dumb girl." Tia said furiously.

"Ooh ya it was a compliment as you can only show off good things that are really good so if you think it was show-off that means my answer was beautiful and if my answer was beautiful that means I have a talent right, you du oops I can't even call you dumb otherwise it will be an insult for dumb people." And the Savage Rehmaat burned too hard.

The Royal's were shocked to see this savage side of there sweet Rehmaat, while Viraj was super impressed and happy as his arrogant Half-sister finally met someone who outsmarted her.

And about the mother daughter duo well the burn was deep, deep enough to make them shut there trap and get out of the room with scowling face.

"Excuse me, I have to talk to them." Saying this Viraj went after his family.

It was only Royal family and Rehmaat in the room now.

"Ansh, I, are going to do same thing on your birthday or we can arrange a party." The Queen of Jaipur asked her son.

"I don't celebrate it Maa. It's going to be same way Maa, What's the use of asking the same thing over and over again? I don't want to talk about it." For the first time Rehmaat saw irritated expression on her Singh Saab's face. And she was already surprised to learn that his birthday is coming.

"For me, it's special Ansh, you are my firstborn, it's not only your birthday but even I took a new birth as a mother, so did every other member of this family." Diya said with an emotional face.

"I said no Maa." That's when Rehmaat first saw the ruthless S.S.R in his eyes as his voice was harsher.

Hukum pushed his plate and was about to leave the chair.

"I didn't knew you are capable enough to insult your Mahadev,Singh Saab." Rehmaat mustered the courage and uttered the words.

"How dare you, girl. Be in your limits." Hukum roared and it was the first time Rehmaat saw S.S.R's anger which was directed towards her.

"I am just saying the truth Mr.Singh, if you leave the food in Anger with a hungry stomach it is Direct insult to Maa Annapurna ( Devi Adishakti is known as the Hindu Goddess of food and nourishment in her form of Annapurna.) And insulting Shiv's Shakti is equivalent of insulting shiv himself." Her words struck Hukum hard. And he sat down to finish his food still with a cold stone face.

"Rehmaat can win any word battle, don't you think so Baba?" Manavi whispered in her Dad's ear, to which he smiled and nodded.

*******

"Ok so you girls go to the mall,do your shopping and stuff. I will be going to our designer's boutique, have to collect the dresses and stuff." The Queen of Jaipur told the three girls Manavi, Tia and the forced soul Rehmaat who were with her.

"But beautiful, you know I don't like this shopping stuff but I don't know what will I even wear on Pushpa's engagement which is literally overmorrow. And now I am panicking." Rehmaat panicked.

"Don't worry my dear child. I will shop everything for you ,I took your measurements yesterday for this purpose only. So relax." The Queen rubbed her shoulder in a soothing manner.

"Than why am I here. You know I only hate two things in this world, first maths and second shopping." Rehmaat whined.

"That's because your buddy has a surprise for you so he needed some time to prepare so I took the responsibility to take you away from the palace." Manavi thought proudly.

"Ok so let's go and Shop." Rehmaat spoke with utter bored voice breaking Manavi's thoughts.

"Why are you going towards Men's section Rehmaat?" Manavi asked confused.

"Ooh I like shopping from men's section only. The clothes are more comfortable as they are baggy while female section gives more fitting, have the more variety in cool colours that I like instead of vibrant colours that female section's give, oh and an important point I am 5 feet 7 inches which is like a bit tall for female section so many times they don't have the clothes that I finally like in my size. So yah men's section is better for me." Rehmaat explained casually.

"Nice excuse, just admit it that with those dark circles around your eyes the vibrant colours don't suit you. And your strech marks on your arms are visible so you surely have many on other parts too that's why you want baggy and full clothes." Tia taunted.

"Are you seriously expecting me to get offended on my warrior Marks Pia." Rehmaat laughed.

"Warrior Marks?" Manavi was genuinely confused.

"Yes warrior Marks, my partner was in military and he had bullet scars on his chest and shoulder along with many other battle scars and he have always flaunted them with proud while saying that those are his warrior Marks, the proof that he is a brave warrior." Rehmaat explained proudly.

"Oh and which battle you have fought." Tia smirked thinking that she has the won .

"The battle of life Jia, I have spent sleepless nights to win the full scholarship of Cambridge psychology department. I have earned it, well but you won't understand it dear." Rehmaat rolled her eyes.

"My name is Tia, not some pia or jia." Tia raised her voice.

"Who says I give a chocolate cookie."with that Rehmaat went from there.

"You shouldn't talk to her like that Tia. If you will talk to her like that trust me she will not spare you. You know she was even able to make Dada do something that he didn't wanted too." Manavi tried to warn her.

"What, what do you mean by Shivansh doing something?" As Tia asked, Manavi explained the incident happened on dinning table earlier.

"Ooh and you think it's good thing. How naive are you Manavi, that girl is clearly trying to take your place." Tia played her master stroke.

"What are you even talking about Tia?" Manavi shook her head.

"Just see Manavi, your mom is thinking about her comfort so took her measurements herself. Your brother is getting close to her which he never did with you. And your dad, he literally insulted your mother in law for that girl." Tia put the seed of insecurity in Manavi's head.

"No, nothing like that I know my family likes her alot, hell even I love her but that doesn't mean that I have a lesser space in there life. Mum is like that only, she considers Rehmaat as her Laddu Gopal and about Dada he agreed because Rehmaat was logic. And my Baba, so let me tell you I am his life, the most important person in his life." Manavi tried to explain.

*******

"Buddy where are you taking me?" Rehmaat asked as the king of Jaipur led her towards somewhere while Others were following them, some with a scowl and some with a smile.

"See by yourself." As they reached at there destination which was outer corridor of the palace the king stood infront of something that was covered.

"Ok." Saying this Rehmaat went towards the thing and took the cover off.

"Tell me I am not dreaming." Rehmaat signed loudly and dramatically.

There stood a 1989 350 cc Royal enfield exclusive classic vintage in its full glory.

"I told you Rehmaat, I was the wild prince and this wild beauty is one from my collection, my favourite, my first love sorry wifey ( to which the Queen gave an playful glare) but unfortunately neither of my kids shared my passion for bikes, Shivansh have always loved his cars and his horse's. While Manavi just like her mother loves collecting exclusive jewel pieces from around the world. I thought that maybe after me my bike's will be of no use." The king paused before continuing.

"But than you came, my warrior girl I saw how you drove your bike and how you proudly talk about your bike love. And I felt like, I have my heir for these bikes." Rana Sa Said emotionally.

"I, I really appreciate it buddy and trust me it has made me feel like maybe I am worthy enough, but I can't accept it, it is vintage it will cost a fortune to buy it right now. And my self respect won't let me take it for free." Rehmaat said with a heavy heart.

"But keep this with you right now. When I will earn my own money than I will surely buy it from you." As Rehmaat said that Rana Sa's chest puffed as he was feeling proud.

"Ok, ok , till you don't buy it, I will take care of it for you. But atleast ride it now, give me a ride I will sit behind you." With that Rehmaat kissed the handle of the bike and both hooped on the bike.

Rehmaat was driving the bike while Rana Sa was sitting behind her enjoying the ride fully. It looked like he was feeling free after centuries.

"Still you think she is not taking a place even above you Manavi. Your father has never even let you touch the bike he was always possesive of it. Never let your brother hell even your mother near it. But now see what is happening." Tia smirked in victory when she saw the Envy and insecurety in Manavi's eyes!
