London the heart of England!

Evening!

Writer's POV!

London, the city known to be one of the most beautiful in the world was glowing more than usual today.

And Christmas was the reason, the tower bridge of London was packed with people but was also beautifully decorated for the special occasion!

It was all gorgeous!

And among the busy crowd of London, two carefree Friends were enjoying their Christmas break!

It was their first ever Christmas break in England and they decided to enjoy it together in London away from their University, away from Cambridge!

Although both Rehmaat and Shubhi knew eachother for some two and a half months but still their bond was inseparable like they knew each other since ages.

They arrived in London in the morning and were planning to celebrate New year here as well, as they were eachother's only True Friends at the campus. And also because London's new year was to die for.

While exploring the beautiful city they spent their whole day and decided to spent their evening here! Near the London tower bridge, where they could see the beautiful sunset view.

Their night's plan was sorted they were just going to eat at a restaurant and go back to their hotel room.

The man with beautiful neck length curly hair who was supposedly Rehmaat's known one, as Rehmaat's brother was friends with the man's cousin. Has invited them at his place, Actually they both were earlier invited to stay at his place during their trip but Rehmaat refused, she said she is not comfortable while staying at someone's house anymore.

While shubhi knew the reason, as Rehmaat has explained everything that happened to her in Jaipur.

Yes they were that close!

But as Rehmaat refused the man only chuckled and said " No worries, if you don't want to stay here it's ok but atleast celebrate Christmas with us."

To which Rehmaat replied" I can be a part of the celebration for sure but for a few minutes I don't like crowded parties that much and even Shubhi feels uncomfortable around unknown crowd."

He stared at Rehmaat with something different in his eyes! And said

"No one else is going to be their I promise. Just you,your friend, my really really special guests and me. We all will be hardly 5 people present their so don't worry about the crowd. And about you going back soon, I don't think you will want to go back anytime soon."

Their was something, something beyond human mind in his eyes. That even Shubhi who was a 2nd year psychology student was unable to read the Man's eyes.

"Sorry I don't think that we will be able to make it we have other plans." After not being able to read him. Shubhi decided to be brave for her friend. She just couldn't trust any Stanger specially the stranger who had something strange in his eyes.

"No worries, but remember Rehmaat I am here for every answer that  you will need soon. I am here, Don't shy away from coming here, bring your friend with you too. I know you both will be coming here soon." With that he chuckled.

While Shubhi was still remembering his weird chuckle, the sun has started to set down, making the city even more gorgeous.

While Rehmaat's condition was similar to that of Shubhi, Answers, he had answers but what was the Question?

Being the fan of mysteries and Sherlock Holmes she knew her mind was just playing games with her in believing that their was something more to his pathetic talks.

While thinking about that her eyes were randomly wondering here and there.

Many people were walking around her while majority looking in hurry, probably working people, their were people who were just enjoying their time, some were alone, some were not!

Some were looking serious, some were having happy faces.

But suddenly as if a vision flashed infront of her eyes, a vision of a young girl falling from the railing!

And in reflex her legs moved and her hands were soon holding a girl's shoulder in her pre teens or maybe early teens, who has just lost her balance and was about to fall!

It was a shock for everyone around them including Rehmaat herself.

All the passer-bys were looking at Rehmaat and that girl in shock.

Suddenly the girl let out a shocked scream breaking everyone's trance.

The other woman standing there just couldn't believe her eyes.

A moment earlier her 12 year old daughter was leaning over the railing of the pathway and she was clicking her daughter's photo while a girl was walking towards them, but suddenly her daughter's foot was about to slip and she was about to fall.

Than she just blinked her eyes and that other girl who was walking towards  where her daughter and she were standing was holding her daughter from her shoulders thus saving her from falling.

"Thankyou, thankyou for saving my child thankyou so much." That woman just thanked Rehmaat!

Who just saved her daughter from falling into the river in the colder winters of London.

"It was almost as if you saw the future and just started coming towards us." The woman said while hugging her daughter who still looked shooked from the shock.

While Rehmaat got stuck in her words.

Shubhi who just witnessed everything with shock on her face.

"So this was the Question for which he has answers!" She mumbled while looking at Rehmaat.

A girl can be seen breathing heavily and tossing on the bed.

And she was mumbering something in her sleep.

"I..... Sorry....... Let........ Go ........ Uncle............. Good..............girl......... Won't........... Tell............ Let.......... Rehmaat............ No........ Touch........ Uncle....... Please." Her words were broken but it was clear that she was having some terrible nightmare.

"Ahhhhhhh" Suddenly with a scream she jolted awake. Her hands were trembling while her eyes were half open.

"Don't cry...... Remember you are strong..... Don't you dare to cry Rehmaat" saying this she wiped the lone tear and sweat present on her forehead.

But before she could follow her usual routine of motivating her own self, taking a shower and doing meditation after experiencing a nightmare, she felt a hand on her back and a glass filled of water near her lips, while someone mumbled.

"It's time Charmi, we have to meet him!" While Rehmaat just looked towards Shubhi who was standing infront of her.

Than it clicked to Rehmaat that after saving the girl she started to feel weird so shubhi suggested to skip their plan of dinner at the restaurant and both came to thier hotel room.

While Rehmaat just layed at the bed for a quick nap shubhi decided to do some research work which she knew was about to come handy.

"But before that, Charmi just remember no matter what happens I'll be There for you. Ok" Shubhi's voice held a determination.

She was not going to leave Charmi alone, no matter what.

"Welcome Rehmaat I was waiting for you." The man said as soon as he opened the door of his apartment.

"Ooh and for you to Miss Shubhi." He said while looking at shubhi with a mischievous smile.

"Tell me what do you know." Rehmaat said in a no nonsense tone.

"I have the Answers Rehmaat but the answers are only answered to the Questions. So you tell me what are the Questions?" He played with the words as he walked towards the mini chair of his penthouse after locking the door.

While Rehmaat and Shubhi walked behind him.

While making himself comfortable on the chair he smiled while looking at shubhi and said.

"Miss Jain don't be so nervous, you are safe. You even have your paper spray with you no need to worry. Be calm." Saying this he gave a charming smile.

While shubhi who was looking tensed earlier became pale after listening to the words he just uttered.

"Who are you?" Shubhi asked horrified.

"Some people call me trickster, deceiver,some even call me magician." He paused to chuckle at his own words.

"But I call myself and people like myself the blessed ones." He completed his sentence.

"I was 8 when someone tried to sexually abuse me." Rehmaat said suddenly.

Her one sentence felt like lightning to shubhi, but the man was just calmly standing there.

"And someone, someone saved me from him. But than they had a huge fight than suddenly an accident happened I tried to save my savior hence nearly met death. I don't remember anything clearly I don't." A tear left her eyes.

"It's like from the past 10 years I have been trying to forget something which I don't even remember properly." A sob shooked her and she just sat down on the sofa as if her knees were going weak and weren't able to hold her weight.

"I met with accident there it was a life and death situation for me. But I was saved." She paused to take a deep breath.

" I was saved, my physical wounds were healing. Healing well but the wounds on my soul were just worsening. So my family decided to consult a psychiatrist. I was getting nightmares, I was hearing voices. But once I started visiting the psychiatrist those voices were gone but the nightmares stayed." Rehmaat explained.

"But I had a few experiences where I could experience things that no one else could. I can't even explain that." Rehmaat said while holding her head.

Her headache was killing her from inside.

While Shubhi was about to move closer to her the man just gestured her not too.

"You experience those things because you are different!" He said with a calmness in his voice.

"You know Rehmaat that day you were not surviving to live. But you were also fighting the death. And you won against death. That day you challenged nature, your will power to live won against destiny and inreturn Nature blessed you with something incredible. A special power." He slowly walked towards Rehmaat while talking and sat beside her.

"You can feel nature better than anyone else. It has a devine connection with you. Because that day you tried to save someone's life without even caring about your own and your pure heart made you conquer death that day." He slowly lifted her head and wiped her tear gently.

"And you know the person you tried to save that day was a really special person. He was really really special person and he gave you his speciality as well. He was just like you. His bloodline is special. And that day destiny got your fate entangled with his bloodline." He said with a smile on his face.

"That day nature along with that person blessed you and you become." He paused and took a deep breath.

But before he could say anything someone else completed his incomplete sentence.

" The Seer." Shubhi said while Rehmaat's attention went towards her.

"One point goes to the research." That man chuckled.

While Shubhi looked at the man with narrowed eyes.

"But, what use? What bloodline, and how do you know these things who are you?" Rehmaat's voice held a frustration.

"You want to know everything in one go. Nah nah nah babygirl. It's not happening right now. As it's not my place to tell these things. Be patient." His eyes were mischievous.

While Shubhi just couldn't control herself now.

Her Charmi was clearly anxious and depressed while this idiot was frustrating her more.

"Hey you Mr.Mental don't you dare bother her now. Can't you see she is tensed." Shubhi almost screamed while patting Rehmaat back.

While Rehmaat just hugged her waist while sitting to have some similar comfort.

" Aa aa aa, just a little correction their. Not Mr.Mental but Mr.Mentalist. Well I am not exactly a mentalist but somewhat like a mentalist." His Statement and mischievous smile frustrated Shubhi to no extent. She just wanted to pull her hair out or even better his hair out.

"Enough Mrityunjay, don't tease her." An authoritative yet warm voice made all the three head turn towards the staircase where the owner of the voice was standing along with another man who held a very powerful Aura.

Shubhi's face held confusion as she thought she had seen one of the two man somewhere while Mrityunjay's face which held mischief earlier was now serious.

"You?" Rehmaat uttered while her face held shock, confusion and traces of happiness.

So here I am with well an long update of 2083 words. 'Phew' ' Dramatically wiping my forhead'

See firstly let me tell you.

Here is the update after ages but now my exams for mid terms are starting from 14 September so now I will be able to update from October so bear with me 😭😁.

Now back to the chapter-
