“Where is Mr. Qin going?” Luo Chen asked from the driver’s seat.

In the back seat, Qin Sijue pondered for half a second before softly uttering three words.

“The police station.”

Entering her room, Gu Qiangwei quickly packed some belongings, took her phone and documents, and left, dragging her suitcase behind her. She planned to leave this family that had long since lost any kinship and warmth.

As long as Gu Shijie and Chen Peifang were there, this place would never be her home.

Mengqi was also gone; she didn’t know if she could escape Gu Shijie’s clutches if there were a next time.

That smile made Gu Qiangwei’s skin crawl, as she remembered what had happened the night before.

Gripping the handle of her suitcase tightly, her entire body tensed, she headed towards the staircase.

However, to go downstairs, she had to pass by Gu Shijie.

Just as she passed him, the next second, she felt an arm suddenly wrap around her waist.

“What are you doing!?” She instinctively turned her head away!

The moment that hand touched her, Gu Qiangwei looked at Gu Shijie with terror, as if she were a frightened rabbit!

The thought of that hand made her feel so disgusted she wanted to vomit!

Gu Shijie curved his lips into a smile, “It’s nothing. I just wanted to ask my dear sister if last night she was—”

“Get lost!!”

Gu Shijie tried to come closer, but Gu Qiangwei reflexively dodged him, letting out a roar of disgust!

“Sis, I just wanted to apologize…”

“Get away from me! Don’t touch me!”

Clinging to her suitcase, Gu Qiangwei quickly turned around, trying to rush down the stairs to avoid Gu Shijie’s harassment!

For this brother she detested, she didn’t want to waste another second!

But before she could step down the stair, she felt her suitcase being yanked the next second!

Without looking back, she knew who the culprit was!

“Let go!”

Turning her head, Gu Qiangwei’s eyes glared fiercely at him.

But Gu Shijie just laughed, his smile full of mockery towards her.

“Sis, I really just wanted to apologize!”

“Shut your filthy mouth. One more word will only make me feel more sick!” she said to him, word for word.

After speaking, she tried to pull back her suitcase forcefully, but Gu Shijie held onto it tightly.

Downstairs, upon hearing the argument from above, Gu Zhendong and Chen Peifang hurried to see what was happening upstairs.
