The Former Wife of Invisible Wealthy Man
Chapter 85: The Mystery Of The Painting (4)
âThis little girl wears a mask. At first glance, I can tell that she does not look good.â
At this time, another voice sounded, the tone somewhat gloating. âMaybe, her face is covered with acne, and taking off her mask might frighten a large number of people to death.â
The more Ye Sui listened, the odder it was. She looked around. No one but she was wearing a mask, so the two people were probably talking about her.
Ye Sui turned her head to look over, but no one was behind her. She felt strange. Who was talking just now? Ye Sui looked back, but still nothing.
It was so eerie. Ye Sui had turned around as soon as the two people finished speaking, but she didnât see anything. They just disappeared into thin air.
Chen Shu noticed Ye Suiâs movements and asked, âWhat are you looking for?â
She couldnât say that she was looking for someone who was speaking ill of her, right? So, she shook her head. âNothing.â

The couple continued to walk forward and passed another painting. The two voices rang again, âThe young man beside the little girl is quite handsome. Many girls looked at him all the way.â
Ye Sui immediately looked over to see who was talking. Still, there was no one behind her, not even a shadow.
Ye Sui continued to look intently. Her eyes fell on the portrait on the wall and noticed two figures.
They leaned lightly against the painting and were about to be merged into it. This strange gesture was simply beyond the imagination of ordinary people.
Ye Sui suddenly realized that the two who had been talking were ghosts!
The two were naughty, and their mouths were nasty when alive. It still was.
They seemed to regard these paintings as their homes, merging with them in their free time. They commented on those who came to see the exhibition.
The two mischievous ghosts had always been obsessed with the masterâs paintings. Many people visited the exhibition with admiration. Their eyes would stare at the painting, and their praises would never stop.
Over time, the mischievous ghosts felt that their status had become noble. They could drift out of sight, so they had no fear of saying anything they wanted to say.
It was the same this time; the two started to talk again.

âThe young man just has a bad eye. There are many pretty girls. Thereâs no need to be with a girl who is not good-looking.â
âThe little girl with the mask has pretty eyes, but overall, she shouldnât be any better. Letâs separate her from the lad.â
Ye Sui pouted her lips, admitting that she was unhappy. The two ghosts said she was okay, but when they said that Chen Shu was more suitable for others, she felt uneasy.
Ye Sui hung her head, and her steps slowed down. After a while, she stopped. Chen Shu looked over at her and asked, âWhatâs wrong?â
He was keenly aware that Ye Sui had been silent. She looked at Chen Shu and had an idea.
Ye Sui suddenly stood on tiptoe and leaned over towards him. The distance between them narrowed, and the faint scent of her body surged up.
Chen Shu stared at Ye Sui, his eyes dark and unclear.
Ye Sui was close to Chen Shuâs ear. Her voice was not heavy, and through the mask, it clearly reached him. Her tone was somewhat aggrieved. âChen Shu, someone is bullying us.â
Ye Sui wore a mask, only showing a pair of beautiful eyes. Her eyes, usually bright, were now depressed. Obviously, she was not happy.
Chen Shu frowned. âWho?â No wonder her mood has been a bit off just now.
Ye Sui pointed to the painting behind Chen Shu. âThe ghosts on the painting behind you are talking bad about us.â
The corner of Chen Shuâs mouth sank slightly. âWhat did they say?â
âThey say that Iâm not good-looking and not a good match for you.â
The coldness gradually clouded Chen Shuâs face. He didnât speak, just taking out his cell phone. He turned on the flashlight.
Ye Sui wasnât sure what Chen Shu was going to do, so she watched from the sidelines.
Chen Shu suddenly asked, âWhere is the ghost?â
Following Ye Suiâs finger, Chen Shu took the phone and pointed the flashlight straight at the painting.
The light from the flashlight was blinding. It Illuminated the painting, leaving dazzling spots of light. Because of Chen Shuâs special physique, this light would cause substantial damage to the ghost.
The mischievous ghosts didnât think that it would do anything at first. But when that strong light shone over, they felt a tingling pain all over their body, which was simply unbearable.
They cried out in fear, âMercy, Iâll stop saying bad things about youâoooooooouuch!â
Chen Shu couldnât hear the ghostâs wails, though. He continued to shine the light on the portrait and coldly spoke, âStop talking about others, do you understand?â
He did not allow others to say that Ye Sui was not good at all, not even ghosts.
