“I was just passing by.” Chen Xiu looked at President. Niu, then glanced at Chen Shu and said, “This is?”

President Niu and Chen Shu looked at each other. President Ni did not disclose Chen Shu’s identity, though. “He is my friend.”

As soon as he heard the answer, Chen Xiu’s mind suddenly flashed with many ideas. Friend? Could it be that Chen Shu had recently cooperated with President Niu to invest in a film company?

It might be because he had performed too many plays over the years. In Chen Xiu’s mind, he imagined his little uncle as a two-faced person who was a big boss behind the scenes with schemes.

If Ye Sui heard Chen Xiu’s inner thoughts, she would strongly vomit. Chen Shu was such a gentle person; how could he be two-faced with a scheming mind?

Chen Shu turned his head to meet Chen Xiu’s gaze and smiled thoughtfully, as if saying to him, don’t guess, you won’t know the truth.

Chen Xiu looked at President Niu and wanted to say something. “Are Mr. Niu and him here for dinner?”

Chen Shu raised his eyebrows and glanced at Chen Xiu casually. His expression was indifferent, and he didn’t say much.

President Niu spoke very cooperatively, interrupting Chen Xiu’s plan with a simple sentence. “It is not working time. My friend and I are discussing some personal matters. We’ll leave first.”

His meaning was clear: he shouldn’t bother them anymore.

Chen Xiu’s smiling mouth stiffened a bit. “I just came to find someone, so I won’t disturb you guys.”

Chen Xiu casually pressed a button. The elevator door opened, but he didn’t know where he was, so he went out directly, putting on a mask and a hat. His face was gloomy, though.

The cleaner, who had just cleaned a room, saw a man standing here uncomfortably, his entire face covered.

The cleaner said in a cold tone, “I’m sorry, sir. Which room do you belong to?”

Chen Xiu was so angry that he got into another elevator. He didn’t even eat any food, turned around, and left.
