He Caught Me! Part 1

Butler Zhao’s eyes were too eager, his purpose was quite obvious. Chen Shu observed Butler Zhao who had a completely different before and after. He could not fanthom his attitude.

After a while, Chen Shu held out his hand in a slow pace and picked up the cup of tea. Butler Zhao’s wrinkled face hooked with a smile and asked, “Do you need me to change another cup for you?”

“Hmm.”

He stared Chen Shu intently. If Chen Shu was not satisfied, he would make it again. Chen Shu’s eyes dropped to the steaming cup. His brow and eyes expression was satisfied.

Chen Shu did not gave him a glance, “No.”

Hearing that Chen Shu was satisfied, Butler Zhao was relieved. He turned to Ye Sui and said heartily, “I’ll make you a cup too.”

Then, Butler Zhao left the living room. When passing by Chen Xiu, he turned a blind eye to and did not give him a look from beginning to end.

Chen Xiu’s face was full of bewilderment. “???”

Did the sun set in the west?** Before, Butler Zhao always had a bad attitude towards Chen Shu. Yet, in a blink of an eye, he became so polite?

Chen Xiu gaped at Butler Zhao. Are you crazy enough to ignore me like this? Unfortunately, Zhao Butler only ignored him.

When Butler Zhao returned again, he brought two cups of tea in his hand, one for Ye Sui and the other for Chen Xiu.

He seemed to have just seen Chen Xiu and carelessly poured Chen Xiu a cup of tea, as if he was just passing.

Ye Sui caught a glimpse of Chen Xiu being gloomy, and felt pleased. Aw, now you feel what is like being neglected.

In the dining hall, Master Chen came. He sat at the center. His eyes swept around and his face sank. He looked at Chen Xiu and asked, “Where is Chang Ying?”

“She is ill, and said she’d come another day to visit you. She will go see you tomorrow.” Chang Ying was uneasy about what his grandfather would say to her, therefore she made an excuse not to come.

Master Chen didn’t speak, after a while, he opened his mouth, “I also heard some things about Chang Ying and Ye Sui.”

Chen Xiu pretended to be silly. “Grandpa, what are you talking about?”

Ye Sui guessed what Master Chen wanted to say. The thing about her and Chang Ying falling into the water. She knew Chen Xiu was favored. At the moment she and Chang Ying had an accident. Master Chen would certainly blame her.

Ye Sui was preparing to accept Master Chen’s punishment, yet the next second, Master Chen gave a fierce eyes at Chen Xiu, “You think I don’t know about it? What did your girlfriend do? You still have the courage to ask me?”

The catastrophe was somehow transferred to Chen Xiu. Ye Sui was bewildered by the reversal of the plot. What?

Master Chen was displeased when he heard of the incident. It was clear that Chang Ying deliberately framed Ye Sui. “Ye Sui has been wronged in this matter.” He changed his tone. “Ye Sui did nothing wrong. Even if Ye Sui did something wrong, she is Chang Ying’s little aunt. Whatever her little aunt said, Chang Ying should endure everything.”

Chen Xiu was petrified to the point of being in a daze.

“Go back and tell Chang Ying not to annoy her little aunt.”

When Chen Xiu did not speak, Master Chen smacked his chopsticks harsly onto the table, “Did you hear what I said?”

Chen Xiu innocently conceded, “Yes.”

Ye Sui felt gratified after Master Chen reprimanded Chen Xiu. Then, everyone began to eat.

Chen Xiu felt that everything was really not going well today. First Butler Zhao didn’t give him good face. And now, Grandpa scolded him. He felt that he came to Chen Manor just to suffer indignities.

The next second, Chen Xiu discovered that Ye Sui was staring at him. But she was looking at him with mockery. She even raised the glass in her hand toward Chen Xiu, and sneered full of arrogance.

Chen Xiu was angry.

The next day on set, Chen Xiu and Ye Sui met as if nothing had happened last night. Chen Xiu was filming his major role in the drama. On the other hand, Ye Sui was scrolling through her mobile phone screen, sitting in bliss with keen interest, like onlookers who were interested in the spectacle but don’t have anything knowledgeable to say about it

However, Ye Sui was not idle for too long. She felt cold behind her neck. Knowing that it was still sunny outside, the shade of the tree temperature suddenly dropped a few minutes.

Ye Sui has delusional about the scene behind her, there must be a long-haired female ghost blowing at her neck.

Ye Sui has the idea to scroll down her mobile phone, nevertheless she was unable to move. Chen Shu was not here again, she can only rely on courage to fight back.

The next second, a strand of hair fell on Ye Sui’s shoulder, followed by drops of black blood, flowing down Ye Sui’s clothes. In the end, an unusually white hand gently pressed against Ye Sui’s shoulder

“Ye Sui, Your husband is too fierce.” She spoke as if the ghost was familiar Ye Sui. Her voice was as indignant like Ye Sui bullied her.

Hearing the voice of fangirl ghost, Ye Sui sighed. She didn’t know why the fan girl ghost liked to appear tongue so many times. As a result, Ye Sui wasn’t so scared now. After the fangirl ghost spoke, she stopped scarring Ye Sui. She sat on the stool in front of Ye Sui with her chin on her back.**

“Ye Sui, your husband looks good-looking, but he is lacking amorous feelings.” The fan girl ghost pouted and accused her of holding grudges.

Chen Shu crushed her paper cup with one foot, even though it was painted with her idol’s image. Chen Shu was now the protector of Ye Sui. In order to protect Chen Shu’s name, she spoke to the fangirl ghost for the first time.

“My husband is good-looking and has a good temper. He’s not at fault.”
