Dalton didnât seem to notice him. Bent over slightly in his suit, he tucked Wynterâs long hair behind herears and chuckled softly once more. âCould you ask your classmate to give up his seat? I brought youfood.â
âHeâs not my classmate. This is Abel Lopez. Heâs a friend of mine.â Wynter put down her spoon andpropped up her chin with her hand. Looking at him, she asked, âWhy didnât you tell me you cameback?â
A friend? Dalton smirked slightly. Loosening his collar with one hand, he gracefully smiled. â I just gotoff the plane. I didnât have time to tell you.â
As he spoke, his gaze landed on Abel. âKid, can you return my girlfriend to me yet?â Daltonâs tone wascalm and seemingly polite. Yet, his gaze exuded a strong sense of intimidation.
