“That’s strange. Why must your attacker be someone from the Ling family? Could it be that you did something to our Ling family, and thus you know that the Ling family’s people would want to take revenge?” sneered Ling Chuxi.

“There is definitely a reason for every outcome. Since you are so sure that someone from our Ling family did it, then why don’t you tell us your reason? Could it be that you have a guilty conscience because you are the one who attacked our second elder?”

Qin Nanfeng was shocked but very quickly shouted, “Bullsh*t!”

He was no longer bothered about his image as an expert. His arm was already crippled, there was no need to fake being kind.

“If you are so sure that it was someone from the Ling family who attacked you, what is the reason?” asked Ling Yuanlong, his face darkening. “Could it be as Chuxi said?
