Chapter 28

Kai's P.O.V

I walk into Ellie's soon and see that she is not there, I'm starting to get really mad. I walk over to her bathroom and knock the door before entering to see that she isn't in here either, I swear this girl loves testing my patience.

Maybe she just wanted a drink?  I head down to the kitchen and when she's not in there that's when I snap, I told her to stay in her room but she didn't! I take out my phone and phone her.

It rings for a while before she picks up

Ellie's P.O.V

I was talking to Lucas about his birthday that's coming up soon, when my phone started to ring. I took it out of my pocket and looked at the caller ID, it was Kai. I started to panic. Why is he calling me? Does he know I'm not in my room? Oh my days he's going to kill me.

"Hey what's wrong? Who's calling you?" Lucas asks

"Kai"

"Well you better answer it, he doesn't like waiting"

He shouldn't be finished his work yet, he's probably just calling to check up on me... right?  I answer the phone not wanting to make him mad.

"Hello?"

"Where are you?" He asks

"Uh in my room" I say standing up and whispering to Lucas that I have to go. I start walking really fast to my room

"You know I hate lairs right?"

"Yeah why?" I ask nervously

"Just wondering why you would lie to me when you know I hate lying, You see I was just in your room and your weren't there" oh shit!

"I-I just had to get water, I'm coming back up now" I say and start running up the corridor

"Oh so your in the kitchen?" He asks, his anger seemed to calm down a little, Thank god hopefully he won't be too mad now

"Yeah, I was just getting a drink"

"That's funny cause I'm also in the kitchen and I can't see you" Oh no! I'm so dead!

I didn't say anything, I didn't know what it say I just lied to him twice, and he caught me out twice. I start making my way upstairs.

"Stop" He shouts, I freeze, he's behind me.

He hangs up the phone and starts making his way towards me. I don't turn around, to afraid to look at him. He grabs my arm and starting dragging me up the stairs, it's when we past my room that freaks me out.

"W-where are we going?" I ask

"Your new room" He says, I panic a little but then realise that he's talking about his room. I will didn't want to share room with him but I was to scared of him right now to argue. He stops in front of a door, I'm confused cause it wasn't his room, maybe he just had to get something first? He opens the door and snatches my phone out of my hand.

Wh-what are you doing?" I say confused and starting to freak out

"You have really have tested my patience, you haven't listened to me and you lied to me twice. You are not getting your phone for 3 weeks and you are going to stay in here until I say otherwise" he says and before I can reply he pushed me into the room and I hear the door lock form the outside. I turn and look at the room, there's no windows, actually the only thing in here is a bed and a toilet with a sink.

"Wait!" I shout "please you can't just leave me in here!"

"I can and I am, I'm the boss Ellie not you and it's time you start listening to me" He shouts form behind the door

"I can't believe I was going to give you a chance!" I shouted "you've just proved that you don't deserve one"

"Ellie I don't think you understand, you are mine wether you want to give me a chance or not. Sure you giving me once was a bonus because I didn't want to force you to liking me but right now I don't care because I'm the boss and I make the rules. If I want you to be mine you will be mine, with our without your permission" he says and I hear his footsteps start to fade.

I hate this. I hate him. I can't believe he's just leaving me in here, will he give me food and water? Or will he just let me starve and dehydrate?

It's been a couple of hours, I don't know how many exactly but I was guessing it was around bed time considering how tired I was. I lay down on the bed and went to sleep.

I woke up needed the toilet, I was thankful that their was a toilet and somewhere to wash my hands, the sink also means that if Kai doesn't give me food and water then I can just drink from here. Even though it's probably not that clean it will have to do so I don't dehydrate because who knows how long I'm going to be stuck in here for.

I go to the toilet and wash my hands, shortly after there was a knock on the door.

"Hey" Lucas said as he walked into the room, I was just sitting on the bed and I looked up. I was so confused

"Hey?"

"You don't look to happy to see me" Lucas says "maybe I should just leave" he says with a frown on his face, I could tell he was only joking though.

"No I am happy to see you, I'm just confused. Is he letting me out already?" I ask, Lucas walks over to the bed and shakes his head

"Nope, now tell me why are you even in here?" He asks, as he sits down beside me

"Kai didn't tell you?"

"If he told me I wouldn't have asked" He says and nudges my shoulder

"Okay Mr smarty pants" I laugh and nudge him back

"No but seriously why are you in here?"

"He told me to stay in my room and I never listened and then I Lied to him" I said, he started laughing I scrunched my eyebrows together, he thought me being locked in here was funny?

"That's it?" He says to which I just give him a nod back, I didn't see what was so funny but he was in hysterics.

"It's really not that funny" I say

"It kinda is, I mean you not listening is one thing but then lying to him when he's already mad at you? I can't tell if that's brave or stupid. If you were someone else you'd probably be in a cell right now not in some room with a bed and a toilet" I suppose keying to him wasn't very smart

"Okay you can stop laughing now" I huff after he continues to laugh for a few minutes  "does Kai even know your here?" I ask

"Off course he does, I'm not dumb enough to sneak around behind his back" I gave him a pointed look as that was exactly what I had done, snuck around behind his back

"I didn't mean that you were dumb, he wouldn't actually hurt you however I'd probably get a black eye"

"Okay so what's the point of leaving me in here if he's going to allow people to come visit me?" I ask, it didn't make any sense and this was just pointless

"Oh no he told me this was just a one time thing and the only reason I was allowed to come in was because I wanted to let you know that Oscar was up and he's resting" he says, I smile that Oscar is okay

"That's great"

"Do you know how long he's planning on keeping me in here?" I ask after a few minutes of us not knowing what to say, it wasn't awkward silence but I just didn't like it

"No, probably just a few days"

"Ugh, I'm so bored you know he took my phone of off me for 3 weeks?" Lucas just laughed and shook his head at me

"What?" I ask

"Nothing"

"Tell me" I push

"Just the was you said about taking your phone of you, I mean you can live without a phone for a few weeks" he says

"I know I can but it's just I like talking to Rachel and she will freak out if I don't text or call her in 3 weeks, and then I'll have to think of another lie to tell her. I'm sick of lying to her she's my best friends but if I tell her the truth Kai will kill me and her" I start to go off in a mini rant when there was another knock at the door

"I brought you some food" it was one of the maids, I think her name was Helen, I hadn't really spoken to her but she seemed nice and would always smile at me when she walked past

"Oh thanks" I say, she sets the food on the bed and then turns to Lucas

"Sir said you need to leave now, he says you've been here too long and that you have to go to his office"

"Okay thank you Helen I'll be right there" He says and she walks out of the door

"Sorry I've got to go, I'll see you later" he says and then walks out the door

I Sigh and start to eat the food Helen brought for me, it was a chicken sandwich and it was very nice, there was also a bottle of water. I didn't know when the next time she would come back would be so I saved the water just incase.

And that's how it went for a few days, Helen would come in at the morning and bring me food with a bottle of water and that's all, I just lay in bed and didn't move unless I needed the toilet. I tell you what the first thing I'm doing when I get out of here is getting a shower and into clean clothes.

I'm so bored and when I get out of this stupid room I swear I'm never going to complain about being bored again

Sorry it was a bit boring

I'm thinking of ending this book soon, I don't know how I feel about it anymore and I wanna write a different book along with my other one that is out.
