Chapter 54

Sorry it's been so long, but as promised yesterday here is your update. It's a bit longer than usual due to the long wait!

Ellie's P.O.V

Me and Rachel decided that we were going to go away for a girls week. We are currently packing our bags, I still couldn't believe that Kai and Lucas agreed to this. We are going to the place Lucas and Rachel went to the other day, Rachel was so excited to go back so soon. I've never been before and I was looking forward to seeing what the big fuss was about. She hasn't shut up about it since we were told we were allowed to go.

It's going to be so weird leaving this place, I've been here for months and haven't left. I couldn't wait to get away from the boys and just have a good time with my best friend. We are going to be able to do whatever we want with no annoying boyfriends to stop us or tell us we can and can't do.

I know for a fact that Kai will have guards around the log cabin but I'm sure they won't come inside. We will be fine but there will be no convincing Kai otherwise.

"I don't know if this is a good idea" Kai says

"Don't you dare! You can't just change your mind, you've already agreed!" I warn him "I'm going no matter what" I say sternly, whilst crossing my arms over my chest. "I need this break, me and Rachel need a girls get away!" I say

"I can do what I please, if I say your not going then your not going. I'm the boss Ellie don't forget that" he says, his tone is laced with authority

"Okay dad" I mumble under my breath. Rolling my eyes

"What was that?" He asks raising his eyebrow at me

"What?" I ask innocently

"I'd watch my tone if I were you, your not gone yet I can easily change my mind" Kai says angrily

"Geez somebody's on their period" Rachel says entering the kitchen

"Yous two keep it up, I dare yous. I'll make sure you never leave this house again" Kai threatens

"Your not my boss or my boyfriend babe I'm a free women I can do as I please" Rachel states while grabbing a bottle of water from the fridge and walking back out of the room

"Yous aren't going" he growls before storming out of the kitchen. I let out a huff and stomp my foot

"Kai please!" I beg running after him. I catch up and grab hold of his arm, stopping him from walking any further

"Let go of me Ellie" he warns

"Please kai, just let us go" I pout giving him my best puppy eyes

"I'll think about it" he says and then walks away

It's so not fair. He already agreed, he can't just boss us around like this. Who's he to say what we can and can't do? We are grown women we can make our own decisions!

"Ughhh" I walk up the stairs following after Kai. "Look I know... actually I don't know why your freaking out about us leav-"

"Because If one of my enemies see you something bad might happen to you" He snaps cutting me before turning around and pushing me into the nearest wall. He pins my arms by my sides and buries his head in my neck. "I can't lose you El, your mine and I won't let anything happen to you" He says

"Nothing wi-"

"You don't know that" he cuts me off again. "Look at what happened to Rachel 3 weeks ago, she got shot when she was here! She was in our house, this place is strongly guarded and supposed to be safe! There is men completely surrounding this place yet my enemies still managed to find a way in! The place your going to will only have a few guards and I'm not going to be there to protect you!" He says, he lets go of my arms and gives me a hug, I wrap my arms around him and kiss his cheek

"Kai I love you and I love that your worried about me and you want me to be safe but I can't live my life locked up in this mansion forever afraid to leave incase someone tired to kill me. I need to live, have fun and be adventurous. I understand your afraid something is going to happen and to be honest so am I, after what happened with Rachel but I'm not going to let that spoil my fun and ruin my life. I'm going to go out and have a good time. I need to live my life cause life's to short"

"Your right, I'm just worried something bad might happen to you and I won't be there to help you" he sighs

"It's not your job to be constantly worrying about my safety, I don't want you panicking. I promise I'll phone every night and text you when I wake up safe and then by the end of the week you can come pick us up"

"Okay" He says

"Thank you" I smile and kiss his cheek again however this time he wasn't satisfied enough with just a simple kiss on the cheek. He connects out lips and kisses me hungrily before slowing down. It went from rough and desperate to slow and passionate.

"Ew I don't want to watch yous both have sex against the wall get a room" Oscar chuckles. We pull apart and I roll my eyes

"We are literally just kissing" I laugh

"Yeah kisses like that turn into sex" he says

"I hope so" Kai says, I gasp and slap his arm. He chuckles at me, I can feel a small blush forming on my cheeks. Me and Kai have been together for about 2 months and we haven't even spoken about sex in fact we rarely even kiss. I've had sex before but I just feel that it's to soon. We hardly know each other and I'm not to sure if I want to go there yet.

"Well I've got to go I'll see you guys later" Oscar says before rushing of down the corridor.

"Where's he of to in such a rush?" I ask eager to change the subject

"He's tracking down some man, it's a long story and also quite personal to him so I can't really say much" he says I nod my head in understanding

"Yeah that's fine, I understand I wouldn't want you to share my personal information" I reply

He smiles at me and then leans down to give me another quick peck on the lips before he stands up straight again."I've got to go get some work done in my office, your welcome to come and sit with me if you want" He says

"Nah it's fine I'll just go find Rachel and let her know that we are allowed to go" I say, he nods and then I make my way to Rachel's room.

"Turns out Rachel is busy with Lucas at the moment" I say walking into Kai's office and sitting down in front of his desk.

"Oh what are they doing?" He asks not looking up from whatever he is doing. Thinking about what I just walked in on makes me uncomfortable.

I shake my head to suggest that we don't talk about it but then remember he's not looking at me "it's nothing" I say

"Ellie what are they doing?" He asks

"Why do you want to know so bad?" I laugh

"Just curious" He says

"They were fighting" I say, he looks up to me and raises his eyebrow

"Flighting? Why were they fighting?" He questions

"I think it was to do with us going away" I say and he nods his head before continuing on with whatever he was working on. "So what are you doing?" I ask

"Just shipment work"

"Oh, can I help?"

"No"

"Why not?"

"Because it's hard"

"I can handle it, I'm a smart girl"

"Sorry princess it's quite complicated"

"Come on, just let me help it will get it done faster" I try to persuade him

"No"

"Come on why not?"

"Why do you even want to help?" He asks

"Cause I'm bored" I complain

"Read a book or something" he suggests, I roll my eyes

"I don't wanna, please let me help" I beg

"I'm sorry but I can't afford to incase you muck up" he says

"I won't if you teach me how to do it properly"

"I said no Ellie" he says

"Ugh your boring" I groan

"Stop acting like a child" he chuckles

"I'm not"

"Yeah you are" He says

"Ugh whatever, I'm leaving" I say standing up

"Sit down" he orders

"No" I protest, walking to the door

"Don't make me tell you again" he warns

"Why can't I leave?" I ask

"Cause I don't want you to" He says

"But I'm bored just sitting here doing nothing, your not even talking to me your too busy working" I complain

"We have been talking" he says

"That doesn't count, that was arguing" I say

"Oh so that's not talking? I thought I was speaking. My bad" he smirks

"Shut up you know what I mean"

"Fine what do you want to talk about?" He asks

"I don't know" I say before sitting back down in front of him.

I end up sitting in his office for 3 hours while he sat there and did paperwork, I sat on his laptop and played games. We talked about random things, we ended up talking about if he believes in the supernatural. We also talked about where in the world he's been and where he wants to travel to, he asked me where I would like to go. I told him I've always wanted to go to Hawaii, he said he's never been there but he would also like to go there as well however his dream holiday is Dubai.

It's the next day now and me and Rachel are currently loading our suitcases into Kai's car. I couldn't wait to get away on a girls week with my bestie, Kai said that he was going to drop us of himself instead of getting one of his drivers. I didn't mind, I was thankful that he was even allowing us to go even when he is so afraid and concerned. I would have been so annoyed if he said no. I need time away, after everything that's happened lately with Rachel being shot and then that thunderstorm I just need time away with my best friend to relax and forget about everything.

Rachel is super excited to go back to the log cabin, she said it's 'absolutely stunning' they were her exact words.

"I can't wait this is going to be so good!" Rachel says getting into the car

I get in beside her. "I know it's been ages since we have been away" I say

"Yeah if only we were actually going on holiday. Oh you remember that time we went to Cubia and you met that guy" she was saying, I was shaking me head trying to get her to shut up, I know where this story is going and I didn't want Kai to hear it, but she wasn't paying attention and was too busy telling the story of what happened with Cole. Kai got into the car and started driving.

Kai's P.O.V

I got into the car and started driving, Ellie and Rachel were in the back. I don't know what they we're talking about but I was paying full attention once I heard Rachel mention someone that Ellie Met called Cole.

"Omg he was hot you got lucky there I remember walking into the hotel roo-"

"OKAY! Rachel that's enough" Ellie shouts cutting her off, she laughs. I wanted to know what happened though, that wasn't enough information for me. I wasn't liking where this conversation is going at all, she better not have done anything with that Cole guy.

"No! No I'd like to hear this story Rachel please, continue. What happened in the hotel room?" I ask,

"Nothing happened" Ellie says. She was lying so I had to ask Rachel again.

"I was talking to Rachel" I tell her. "So what happened?" I demand

"Uh Nothing" Rachel says, I was starting to get really annoyed now. They are both lying to me and I hate liars, I hate when people lie to me.

"Tell me or I swear I'll turn this car around" I warn them

"She walked in on us to" Ellie huffs. I stop the car and turn around to face her.

"Your not a virgin?" I angrily shout, I can't help it I'm so mad right now. I can't believe she has had sex before me, she's mine and I was supposed to be her first!

Ellie's P.O.V

"Your not a virgin?" Kai shouts at me angrily

"No" I don't see why he's so upset about that because something tells me he isn't either

"What's wrong? Why are you so mad?" I ask once I see his fingers turning white from griping the steering wheel so tight

"Your whats wrong, I can't believe you had sex with some stranger you met when you were on holiday!" He growls out

"What's the big deal? It's not like I cheated on you!" I say annoyed that he's getting angry over the fact that I had sex with someone. That was 2 years ago I never even knew he existed then!

"Your mine that's what's wrong" he says

"That was 2 years ago Kai why are you acting like I just cheated on you?"

"Because your mine. And you should have waited!"

"Waited for what? I didn't even know you existed then! So don't shout and get angry at me for having sex I'm sure you've had sex before as well" I shout

"That's not the point-"

"So you have had sex before?" I ask cutting him off

"Yes but that's different-"

"What's different?" I shout cutting him off, I can't believe he is acting like this!

"I'm a man, I have needs. You should have waited for the right person! Not just go sleeping around" he shouts at me

"ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS. YOUR SUCH A HYPOCRITE KAI! YOU CANT GET MAD AT ME FOR HAVING SEX WHEN YOU'VE SEX BEFORE AS WELL AND YOU CERTAINLY CANT ASSUME I HAVE SLEPT AROUND BECAUSE I HAVE NOT I'VE ONLY HAD SEX WITH TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE!" I scream at him, I can't believe he just said that! He basically called me a whore!

I'm so angry right now, words can't describe how pissed of I am at him. I honestly don't want to speak to him, I don't even want to look at him.

"I'm sorry Ellie I'm just upset that I'm not going to be your first that's all please don't cry" he says suddenly not mad anymore. I'm certainly still angry. I didn't even know I was crying but it's not because I'm upset it's because I'm angry. So fucking angry! He can't just shout at me and get mad for having sex before him! I didn't even know him nor were we going out!

"You have absolutely no right shouting at me! Calling me a whore? I can't believe you said that to me, just drive I don't even want to look at you anymore don't speak to me" I shout at him. Wiping away my tears angrily.

"I'm sorry Ellie this was my fault I shouldn't have brought it up" Rachel says

"No, no you shouldn't have I don't know why you thought that would be so good idea" I say angrily. I'm not that angry at her but I couldn't bring myself out of my angry mood to talk to her.

"I'm sorry" she whispers

"You said that already" I say, she turns around and looks out the window

Kai kept trying to apologise again but I'm not accepting it, I'm angry and if I'm being honest with myself a little hurt. But mostly angry. I stopped listening to him and just stared out the window.

Kai and Ellie have had a bad argument. Do you think Kai had the right to be Angry? Or do you think it was completely out of hand?

I think Kai had no right to be angry, there was no need for the way he acted and I'm totally with Ellie. He stepped out of line there, he shouldn't have said that to her! I understand if he was a little upset about him not being her first but he had no right to get angry!
