I felt slightly disheveled after these few days. First, me and my boyfriend being outed (even though everyone kinda already had an idea about me.), my boyfriend getting into a fight that I should of stopped sooner, and my boyfriend being held hostage in the principals office, guarded by a fire breathing mother. This resulted in Aether being suspended for a week, and well... you can already tell I was dying and deprived by the end of the week.

As soon as I walked into my apartment, I walked- more over crawled- to my room, and collapsed onto my bed, the only comfortable thing in this place. Chubs and been resting there before, so my sudden entrance and dramatic slam sent him up in a shock, followed by a paw to the forehead and a sassy walk out the door, to his food bowl. I smiled wide, even though I see Chubs everyday, I feel like I haven't seen much of him at all. Making sure I have enough energy, I strut over to Chubs, who was situated on the couch, picked and threw him over my shoulder like a big bag of rice, and carried him back to my room. I let out a over the top growl, and WWE slammed Chubs onto the bed, but with less WWE roughness and a more raining stuffed toys manner. I kept my cat in a tight bond, keeping him close to me, snuggling up to him and giving me lots of cheese kisses. We stayed like this until I fell asleep. I wasn't sure how long I was out for, but when I woke up, the sky was blanketed in darkness and the noise of rapid tapping flooded my once silent apartment. I stirred, reluctant to open the door, seeing as I was warm and Chubs and fallen asleep too, looking so cute when he wasn't trying to kill me or explode me with his brain. I moaned lowly, eventually getting up when the annoyingly enthusiastic visitor did not give up after 5 minutes of silence. I slipped out and under Chubs, and troll-stomped to the door. My lungs and vocal cords were ready to shoot down the person behind my awakening with all the cuss words I had. I opened up the door, greeting with the richest brown eyes, and all the words were gone.

"...Hi."

"Hi."

Aether blinded me with his radiant smile, seeming to be keeping it in not to attack me in a hug. I smiled wide, letting him in and hugging him as soon as the door was closed.

"Took you long enough."

"Yeah, sorry, Mum wouldn't get over it so I had to sneak out." Aether grimed in guilt. I gasped, he had snuck out to see me, now his mother with probably never approve of me, and I haven't even met her yet-

"What are you thinking about?" Aether snipped off my string of thoughts, I looked up, still embracing his warm body, and meeting his eye. prefect eyes. sculpted to perfection eyes. I sigh in content, and answered him wordlessly why leaning my head on his chest and hugging him closer. I gave him a tap on the chest and leaned up to capture his lips to mine, melting as he gripped my waist. I smiled too wide and broke off the kiss, flushed and overjoyed. Aether leaned in for a quick peck before diving in and kissing me deeply, sensual but gentle, a tender hand holding my cheek close while balancing my weight with his hand on the small of my back.

A while had passed, I knew this because my legs where giving out, and my breath had shortened significantly, but I didn't want to let go, not after not seeing Aether for a week. I puller back from the kiss and we stood in a comfortable silence, and I wanted to keep it that way, so I silently started to waddle us awkwardly towards my open bedroom door. I flopped down first, then lazily stuck out my hand and waved it around to beckon him to lie beside me. Eventually he did, though he was weirdly awkward about it, he agreed and slipped next to me, until a certain calico spotted paw reached out and slapped onto Aether's chest, like saying 'come any closer and i'll scratch you're face off.' Chubs had a look of possessiveness, trying to fender off Aether, who looked so shocked, he was taking this so literally. I exploded into laugher, tugging Chubs towards me until he was rested in my lap, still hyper focused into glaring holes into Aether. Taking one paw in each hand, I shook his right leg in a waving motion to Aether, and introduced Chubs to Aether.

"Chubs, say hello to Aether! He's not a stranger, he's been here before." The first time Aether came here, Chubs was too busy cleaning himself and doing whatnot, even when he jumped between us, he didn't seem to process Aether's presence until now. Chubs only made long, pitched meows and backed up onto me, Aether looked defeated that he received such an unwelcome reaction from my cat. I placed Chubs between us, letting him get used to Aether being here, because I knew he would be around a lot more, and I didn't want Chubs to assault or sulk Aether when he was around. I grabbed my laptop and leaned a head on Aether's shoulder. We chatted about our day, what it was like without seeing each other, what we did, what we should watch. 2 Marvel movies later and 1 Disney princess movie later, we fell asleep on each other, Chubs finally okay with Aether and content wrapped between the both of us. Just Chubs, Aether and I was all I need. That was probably the best sleep I had ever gotten, That sleep rivalling waking up next to a sound asleep Aether, snoring daisy soft and my beloved cat, seemingly hugging Aether, paws wrapped around his arm. I snapped a quick photo and just admired as the golden rays begun to filter in, lighting up the room. I felt like I was floating, but then again, I always felt like this when I was with Aether, and maybe that wasn't so bad.
