Pedro had some influence in Negino Commerce. His blow immediately made Johnson Group hard to operate.

Natalie didn’t expect her careless mistake would set up a chain reaction. Even her uncle came to condemn her.

Reif’s daughter, Bailey Johnson, also said disdainfully, “If Natalie is not capable of this job, then get off the pot!”

Luisa immediately turned hostile, she said angrily, “Nonsense! Since it has already happened, we will be responsible and will not involve the company in trouble!”

Natalie pursed his lips and nodded without speaking. But his eyes were filled with determination.

“Pedro is mad, and the Negino Commerce is taking a shot at our Johnson Group. We can’t even get a bank loan. You said you would be responsible? Then let Natalie get it done.” Bailey sneered.

“By the way, I heard that Uncle Hector refused to let Natalie marry the heir of Roberts Property but to a lousy prison guard?”

“Haha… Are you looking for a matrilocal son-in-law because you have no son?”

Luisa suddenly turned to look at Hector with a grievance.

How would his family be humiliated by others if he hadn’t acted his way?

Reif waved his hand impatiently and said, “Three days. I’ll give you three days to solve the problem!”

“If Natalie can’t be forgiven by Negino Commerce and can’t get the loan and arrears within three days, my daughter Bailey will take her place. She has to be responsible for her mistake!”

Reif finally found an opportunity to strike by using Natalie’s mistake.

Natalie took a deep breath.

Thinking of Luke, who had promised her help before, she nodded slightly and said, “I will get it done!”

Bailey couldn’t help sneering, “You will get it done? How?”

“It would be solved if you married Mr. Luke. But you married a prison guard. Are you trying to let your husband put all the people of Negino Commerce in prison? How ridiculous! I think you’d better give it up quickly.”

Natalie’s face turned sullen. She said coldly, “It’s none of your business. I will give you an answer within three days!”

Bailey said indifferently, “I’ll wait. If you can’t solve it, let’s see how you explain it to grandpa!”

Then Bailey turned to look at Nathan, with her face full of contempt and disdain. She couldn’t understand why Hector picked a powerless prison guard as his son-in-law.

“It won’t take three days to settle a man under Loach.” Nathan said calmly.

“Loach?!”

When hearing this, everyone looked at him in shock.

“Shut your foul mouth! Get out! You’re not welcome here! Don’t implicate my daughter!” Luisa was furious, she pointed at Nathan and hurled abuse at him.

Nathan just smiled. He picked up his jacket and turned to leave.

The things that happened today made him very unhappy. There was no need to be subservient and servile here.

Hector frowned. He was annoyed by these things and didn’t keep Nathan.

“Hector, your son–in–law is a bit ignorant!”

“I don’t care what crap he will say if he’s not the member of our Johnson family. But he is Natalie’s husband now. He must manage his mouth. If Negino hears what he says, you know what will happen!”

said Reif, who stared at Hector with a stern expression.

Natalie was out of anger, she complained in mind, “That good–for–nothing with a foul mouth. I’ll be ruined by him one day!”

A strange expression flashed across Hannah’s face.

Does he really have something?

“I never should have listened to dad!”

Nathan was also a little helpless. Luisa kicked him out from the Johnson family without eating, so he could only buy something on the street. He took the food in his hand and walked slowly into Almonube Estate.

When walking into Almonube Estate, Nathan frowned because he saw Jade’s jeep. However, only her assistant Brinn was standing by the car.

After seeing Nathan, Brinn was stupefied.

So, Jade did catch Nathan driving out from Almonube Palace that day?!

When she saw the food bag in Nathan’s hand, she soon gave a smile with a little contempt.

“The Almonube Estate is not a place where ordinary people can live in. Anyone who can afford a house here is a billionaire or a powerful man.” Brinn walked towards Nathan and said calmly.

Nathan gave her a glance and didn’t want to waste time with her.

Brinn added, “With your efforts, I’m afraid you will never get a chance to live in Almonube Estate in your life… Since Miss Perkins gave you the opportunity, you should cherish it instead of always thinking about stalking. It won’t change anything!”

“Don’t be embarrassed. It’s not a shame to deliver food. At least you are living on your own. It means that you are a forward–moving person. If you don’t want to ask for help from Miss Perkins, let me know.

I’ll be happy to do it for Miss Perkins.”

Hearing Brinn’s words, Nathan felt the other party must be out of mind. They always acted like they were doing charities for him as if they were a notch above him.

“Please go away. Let me go home to rest.” Nathan said indifferently and walked away.

“Go home?”

Brinn couldn’t help but sneer, she shook her head helplessly. “A poor man with his despicable vanity.

Did he really think he lives in Almonube Estate once he delivers a takeaway?” she thought in mind.

“Is that Nathan?” Jade appeared at this time, she looked at Nathan with a frown and asked indifferently.

“Yes, to deliver food.” Brinn answered with a faint smile.

“Okay…” Jade nodded, feeling a little helpless in her heart. In her view, this man was a bit stubborn.

He would rather deliver food by himself than ask her for help. However, it didn’t matter. They were strangers now.

How he lived had nothing to do with her.

Nathan leisurely returned to the villa in Almonube Palace. He opened the food bag and took out many letters from his luggage which the prisoners gave before he left.

Among those letters, he directly filtered out those who were flattering or having bad relations with him.

“Alas. A false move would lose everything. Randy, you stupid. What did you sell the arms? What’s wrong with you…” Nathan shook his head and took a letter to read.

A moment later, he slightly shook his head with pity.

After eating a while, he received a call from Miller.

“Mr. Nathan, Mr. Hopp is very regretful with what happened last time. So he held a banquet with Carlos to apologize to you… Would you do us the honors and come to the dinner?” Miller laughed.

Nathan wanted to refuse, but Miller kept persuading him. He could only give up the unfinished food and go to the banquet.
