Chapter 123 Pondering “What’s up?”

Nathan walked toward Hannah lazily and sat beside her. A cup of iced coffee was on the table, and he picked it up and took a sip.

Hannah smiled and said, “You helped me so much. My dad asked me to thank you properly, so I prepar ed a gift for you.”

Then, Hannah took out a box from her handbag and put it in front of Nathan.

He didn’t refuse and opened the box. The gift was a watch, so he put it on directly without saying thank s.

“So ungrateful!” Hannah snorted softly and kicked him while smiling-

She became delighted when Nathan treated her carelessly, which proved that they were getting closer

and closer.

Hannah rested her cheeks and looked at Nathan playing with his new watch. “I heard about what you had done at old Mr. Johnson’s birthday party yesterday. By the way, do

you really have a way to cure him?”

Nathan sneered and didn’t respond.

Hannah said, “I heard that Carlos was there, but he couldn’t cure old Mr. Johnson either, so he planned to ask someone named Master Evans for help.”

“Master Evans? Was he talking about me? He used to call me that.” Nathan was stunned.

Hannah bought two seats in the last row, where she and Nathan could be alone.

The lights were out, and some advertisements were playing on the screen. It was a bit boring, and Nath an also felt awkward sitting like this. To prove that he wasn’t made of stone, he asked, “How’s your foot?”

“Much better. Don mess with me again!” Hannah smiled and pinched Nathan’s body.

Nathan felt displeased because Hannah still pinched him even if she was not mad. Therefore, he pinched her back.

Nathan paused and felt restless after putting on the watch.

He couldn’t explain why he would feel this way when Hannah leaned against his shoulder intimately in the dark.

The movie became more exciting with the action scenes. Hannah felt nervous and held Nathan’s hand.

They crossed their fingers, and their palms were covered in thin sweat, which was a bit sticky but soft.

Hannah let out a sigh of relief after the actor successfully got out of danger, and she suddenly realized t hat she was clasping Nathan’s hand intimately.

“Come on, have some popcorn!” Hannah pursed her lips and smiled. Then, she picked up a piece of popcorn and fed it to Nathan.

She accidentally touched his lips, and Nathan almost got lost in this flirty atmosphere.

After watching the movie, Hannah was very satisfied. “This actor is awesome! All his movies are classic s!”

Nathan agreed. This actor was handsome and dedicated. He learned many skills to star in different movies perfectly, and those actors who relied on computers were never his mat ch.
