Negino kicked Pedro more dead than alive. He squinted at Nathan quietly. Seeing that Nathan’s left eye had opened, he was finally relieved.

He kicked Pedro aside and smiled at Natalie, “Ms. Natalie, I’m sorry I didn’t take care of my man. I’m sorry that he scared you!”

Everyone was stunned by Negino’s words.

When did Mr. Mendez become so righteous?

Natalie was speechless for a while. Then she said, “It’s… It’s okay. That’s very kind of you.”

Negino coughed. He was afraid to look at Nathan’s face.

He pretended not to know him and said, “No worries. I’ll let them pay you the arrears later!”

“As we delayed the payment for so long, we must have violated the agreement. Don’t worry. We’ll pay double for the penalties! This is the gift to show my apology. Hope you can accept it.”

Natalie said, “Huh? Alright… Thank you!”

Negino nodded and commanded, “Tie him up. I’ll handle it later!”

“Ms. Natalie, I have other things to deal with. I’ll go first!” Negino hurriedly got into his Rolls-Royce and urged the driver to drive away quickly.

He was afraid that if he stayed one more second, he would be stopped by the horrible guy behind Natalie.

What if Nathan called him?

After Rolls-Royce had driven far away, Negino breathed a sigh of relief and cursed in his mind.

“Natalie, are you okay? I heard something happened here. So, I came here immediately!” Luke asked loudly.

“It’s fine…” Natalie breathed a sigh of relief and nodded to Luke.

Luke’s face turned serious, he snorted, “If they bilk again or hassle you, I will skin them alive!”

Natalie’s eyes lit up. She said, “Did you call Mr. Mendez?”

Luke was stunned for a while. He didn’t know what had happened. Since Natalie asked, he nodded silently.

“I know it’s you! No wonder why Mr. Mendez’s attitude suddenly changed. Because you called him!”

Natalie said happily.

The change in Negino’s attitude was very bizarre for Natalie. She couldn’t figure out why until Luke showed up.

Luke laughed, he said, “Don’t mention it. No big deal.”

Luke coughed and said with a smile, “Natalie, you know how I feel about you. It was the least I could do! As long as I can help you, I’d like to die for you.”

Nathan couldn’t help laughing on the side. Looking at his titular wife and Luke, he was at a loss for words.

“That’s okay. I don’t care!” Luke laughed, “Come on, Natalie. I’ll treat you to dinner!”

“You’ve helped me a lot. It should be my turn.” Natalie said.

Natalie was grateful to Luke from the bottom of her heart. After all, Roberts Group was about to go public, and he was willing to share the good news of expanding shares with her. Now, he even helped her to get the 20 million arrears at the expense of his company’s interests!

At this time, Hannah put down the coffee and went to pay the bill.
