“Let me solve it!” Luke said and strode into Johnson’s house.

When Luisa saw Luke, she couldn’t help being surprised and said, “You know how to fix it?”

Luke said, “Matthew, the president of Bank of Mimar, loaned 2 billion to Roberts Group before. He begged, and my father agreed to accept it. It won’t be a problem if I ask him to solve that matter!”

Nathan wanted to laugh when he heard it.

Matthew and Gerard said that Roberts Group was already unable to make ends meet and could go bankrupt at any time. Matthew had already rejected the Roberts Group’s loan, but now Luke said that Matthew begged the Roberts Group to accept the loan.

“Do you have an appointment?” The receptionist at the front desk asked.

Nathan said, “Tell her Randy asked me to see her, and she will meet me.”

The receptionist heard the name and knew very well that that name was taboo in the company. She was so frightened that her face turned pale, and she didn’t dare to make her own decisions, so she called to report it.

Nathan looked around and saw a middle-aged man in a black suit walking into the elevator, and he couldn’t help frowning slightly.

At that time, the receptionist at the front desk put down the landline phone, then looked at Nathan with an embarrassed expression and said, “Ms. Wendy said…”

“What?” Nathan asked.

“Ms. Wendy told you to get out,” The receptionist at the front desk said.

Nathan was sullen.

After so many years, Wendy still couldn’t forgive Randy for what he did back then. If Randy had been doing business in a down–to–earth way and didn’t do those things, the Giradia family would never have died so many people.

Nathan took advantage of the fact that no one was paying attention and slipped into the stairwell. If it wasn’t for the danger that Wendy might have encountered, he would not have done that.

He ran all the way along the stairs. He was amazing that he ran faster than taking the elevator!

Not long after, they reached the highest nineteenth floor.

There was a small table at the entrance of the chairman’s office, and a beautiful secretary was sitting at the table, checking the documents in her hand.

Nathan walked over, and the secretary immediately stood up and frowned. “Sir, who are you looking for?”

“I’m looking for Ms. Wendy,” Nathan said.

“Do you have an appointment?” the secretary asked again.

“No, Randy asked me to meet her,” Nathan said.

When the secretary heard the name, her face changed and became gloomy, and she said, “Didn’t we already say it just now? You should leave now!”

“Ms. Wendy doesn’t want to hear that name, so please leave immediately! Otherwise, I will call security or the police!”

Nathan couldn’t help but smile and said, “Your boss is in danger now. Are you sure you want to do that?”

After the secretary heard it, her face became even more gloomy, thinking Nathan was alarmist.

“Ms. Wendy is now meeting with Mr. Ash of Starlight Industries. She has no time to see you! Besides, you have something to do with Randy, so she will not see you! Your threats are useless!” The secretary said.

The office door was soundproofed, but there were some indistinct sounds coming from inside. Nathan could hear sound clearly within a radius of 164 feet, so he could hear that. He didn’t bother to talk to the secretary anymore. He stepped forward and faced the door.

“What are you doing?!” The secretary was taken aback, she didn’t expect that someone would dare to make trouble there.

Nathan lifted his right foot, twisted his body, and turned his hips. He kicked on the door, and the whole door was crushed!

“This gate made of the highest-end bulletproof and explosion–proof technology…” The secretary opened her mouth wide, so shocked that she couldn’t say a word.

Inside the door, a man was covered in homemade high explosives, standing in front of the desk with a fierce face, speaking.

The door being kicked open shocked the two people in the office.

That man was the down-and-out middle-aged man Nathan saw on the first floor.

Wendy sat behind the desk, dressed in a white professional shirt and a black skirt. Her long hair was tied in a bun behind her head. She looked skilled, but her capable outfit couldn’t affect her beauty at all.

But at that moment, she seemed a little lost.

“Stay back! If you come any further, we will die together!” Mr. Ash, who was holding explosives, roared at Nathan with bloodshot eyes.

Wendy glanced at Nathan, turned her head, and said to Mr. Ash, “Mr. Ash, I can never agree with what you said. That is my principle!”

“Starlight Industries cut corners, which makes your products not meet our standards. This is a problem of your poor supervision, not Giradia Group’s problem.”

Mr. Ash turned his head and gritted his teeth. “Wendy, you b*tch! Don’t make me the bad guy here!”

Wendy said with an expressionless face, “The road is chosen by myself. It has nothing to do with me.”

Mr. Ash said, “Then let’s die together!”

That scene scared the little secretary outside the door. She shivered and sat down on the ground.

Nathan had a calm expression, put his hands in his pockets, and watched.

“Okay, I am lucky to be alive. If I die, I can go to my parents and be with them!” Wendy slammed the table and got up as if dynamite were in her hands, her aura overwhelmed him.

After hearing that, Mr. Ash turned pale and became even more annoyed.

“You got a little fight in you!” Seeing that, Nathan could not help but pull his hands out of his pockets.
