Chapter 449 Vinogradov There was an old saying in Hechland: Learn from barbarians to master the skills to control them.

Vinogradov was one of the big oligarchs in Nievic with the same reputation as Gusinski. Though he owned fewer assets than Gusinski, the head of the Central Bank, his methods were extremely sinister and vicious.

“Mr. Vinogradov?!” David was also taken aback. He didn’t expect that the person Nathan had called upon was someone of such power.

Noah was also shocked, and murmured, “The big oligarch Vinogradov of Nievic?!”

Vinogradov smiled slightly at Nathan, and said, “Hello, Mr. Nathan, so for what did you call an old man like me over?”
