Chapter 63

At the dinner held by Giradia Group, Grace, a popular first–line actress who had just reached a series of cooperation with Giradia Group, was slapped by Nathan. This slap was like a sudden thunderclap when the sky was bright and clear.

When everyone saw this scene, they were shocked.

Hannah didn’t know what to say, she was about to swallow her anger, but Nathan slapped Grace directly.

“He slapped Miss Cole!”

Grace took out her mobile phone and made a call, complaining. “Mr. Giradia, I was beaten up at your dinner party. Come here!”

“Miss Cole is calling the vice president, Logan Giradia. Logan is a cousin of Ms. Wendy, and he holds a pivotal position in the company.”

“Mr. Giradia is a fan of Miss Cole. He admires her very much.”

“That’s right. Miss Cole signed the contract with Mr. Giradia. Besides, Mr. Giradia is a hard–core person.”

“Well, I heard that once, Mr. Giradia had a conflict with a coal boss. In the end, the coal boss climbed on the plane with two broken legs.”

Everyone had heard of Logan. He was the vice president of Giradia Group, and he was very authoritative in the entire group. Moreover, he was a fan of Grace, and he admired Grace very much. If someone offended Grace and provoked him, he would suffer a lot.

“Logan is a cruel person. We should leave,” Hannah pulled Nathan’s sleeve and said in a low voice.

Hannah was speechless. Nathan was the vice minister of the security department, but Logan was the vice president of Giradia Group.

Grace smiled grimly and said, “Do you want to run now? Even if you can escape today, you can’t escape tomorrow! You can run, but can Johnson Group run? I will make Johnson Group go bankrupt!”

Nathan said, “I didn’t say I was going to run away. I’m waiting for the person you called. If the person you called is powerful, you can do whatever you want. If he is not, you have to apologize to Hannah, and then apologize to Natalie, and sign the contract.”

“Besides, as you said before…. For free!” Nathan’s tone was really arrogant as if he was not afraid of anyone.

“Why is this prison guard so arrogant?”

“Mr. Giradia is here!” As someone shouted, everyone turned their heads and saw Logan.

Logan was dressed in a white suit, white leather shoes, and gold–rimmed glasses. He looked elegant and was walking slowly.

“Mr. Giradia, there’s a b*stard bullying Miss Cole!”

“Mr. Giradia will solve the problem easily. Let’s watch the fun!”

When everyone saw Logan, they all felt that there was no way out for Nathan.

Grace covered her red and swollen cheeks and ran to Logan’s side. “Logan, look at my face, it’s swollen! He forced me to be the spokesperson for Johnson Group for free. I didn’t agree, but he beat me! He said Giradia Group doesn’t dare to do anything to him, and even Ms. Wendy needs his help.”

After seeing Grace’s red and swollen cheeks, Logan was angry, and said in a deep voice, “Who is it?”

“It’s him!” Grace pointed at Nathan and spoke.

Logan walked straight in front of Nathan, and said coldly, “Kneel down!”

Nathan smiled and said, “Don’t you want to know why I beat her?”

“Kneel down!” Logan repeated.

Nathan narrowed his eyes, and he said with a smile, “Idiot!”

Logan’s eyes instantly became sharper.

Grace watched proudly from the side. Nathan dared to act so arrogantly in front of Logan, and he was doomed.
