Chapter 1059
Julian’s Stand-In Wife
Chapter 1059 Sean felt terrible, and couldn't help the tears from welling up in his eyes.
He had heard what Julian said over the phone.
He didnât understand why Daddy refused to come, even after hearing that Mommy might be in danger.
Was it because Daddy felt that everything was good now that he had taken Betty with him? It was enough for him to have Betty.
Was that it? As for Mommy and Sean, they werenât important to Daddy at all.
Something in Seanâs heart broke.
He began hating Julian deeply; he hated himself for calling Julian Daddy, and for wanting Julian to become his daddy so badly.
If he could turn back time, he would rather Daddy and Mommy never meet each other again.
They would still be leading their peaceful and happy lives in Stirling City.
Mommy cried less back then.
But ever since she met Daddy, she cried more frequently.
If Sean kept his word and married Faye, would they be like that after they get married? Faye wouldnât be as happy with him.
No.
That wouldn't be.
He wouldnât be like Daddy! âMommy, if 1 got married in the future, Iâ1l never get a divorce,â Sean said.
Diana was stunned by Seanâs words.
She burst out laughing at his adorable, yet cold and hard expression.
âAlright, alright.
Youâre such a promising young man, thinking about one of the most important decisions in life at such a young age!â Still, her words were bound to be lost in his memories as he grew up.
Perhaps around next year, Sean probably wouldnât remember saying something like that.
For all Diana knew, he might be unhappy if she brought it up after he grew up.
He would never believe that he was planning for his own marriage at such a young age.
Even so, Diana's mood rose from Seanâs words.
She stood up, and hugged Sean.
âWhether you remember what you just said or not, Iâll definitely be a good mother-in-law.
I'll love your wife together with you.â Seanâs future wife was Faye.
She said that she wanted to be his bride, and he had agreed to it.
Anyway, Mommy and Faye knew each other.
Sean didnât want to say more.
Mommy would know once he grew up.
Sean simply nodded.
âWho will love you, then?â His words stunned Diana.
Thatâs right.
Who would love her? Julian? He didnât even bother coming here and keeping her company at such an important time.
Could she still pin her hopes on him in the future? âTl love my own wife,â Sean said domineeringly, putting on a cool expression.
âAs for you, Mommy, you must learn to love yourself even better.â Of course, aside from doting on Faye, he would dote on Mommy, too.
He just wished that Mommy would be happier.
That was his motivation for getting closer to Julian in the first place.
Diana had no idea that Sean was thinking so far ahead.
She simply hugged him and enjoyed this moment of peace.
When Shiloh said that they needed to wait one more hour for the medicine to be done, Diana thought about it and called Nina.
âSean needs someone by his side in case any accidents happen.â Nina understood where Diana was coming from, but she wanted Diana to think it through once more.
âDid you think about what would happen to Sean if something bad happened to you, even if I'm around?â âThere's still Julian,â Diana said slowly.
She moved to a corner with Nina, making sure Sean couldnât hear them before saying, â He can choose not to care about me, but he wouldnât abandon his son.â Diana's words made Nina even more resistant to the idea of her taking the medicine.
It felt as if she was saying goodbye forever.
