Diana fell silent. Noel was not someone like that.

Cecilia nodded. “Yes! I really want to break up with Noel. No matter what you say or how much you try to persuade me, I won’t get back together with him again.”

“Look at the wound on my hand.” Noel showed Diana his hand, and went on with a bitter smile. “Cecilia stomped on it.”

“Cecilia did this?!” Diana said in disbelief. “How could a weak and vulnerable lady like her…”

“She even smokes now,” Noel said. “I snatched the cigarette away from her, but she refused to let me.

“It’s clear that her hatred for me over these past few days is overwhelming.

Despite that, he didn’t treat the wound on his hand. His clothes were still in disarray.
