It was morning already and Ishika was sleeping peacefully in Abhimanyu's arms. He couldn't sleep at all. He was not at peace. Her scared image kept on coming in front of his eyes. He gently Caressed her cheeks with the back of his hand.

He pecked her forehead and got up walking downstairs in the living room. Radhika and Arjun were waiting for him worried. "Abhi, how is isha?" Radhika asked, rushing to him. "Maa she is sleeping now.. she had a panic attack yesterday it was due to a power cut" he didn't speak further he didn't say anything about that man who scared her.

"We won't leave her alone from next time.." he held radhika's hand calming her down while arjun gave her shoulder a squeeze. "It's okay mam it all happened by accident" 'besides i won't leave her alone ever.. I'll take her with me everywhere'

"Maa i was thinking to take ishi to meet dadu and dadi.. they haven't met her and going out will brighten her mood.. besides her own village is there we'll go visit there too"

Radhika nods with a small smile "yes she'll feel better.. you should take her" he gave her hand a small squeeze he knew she must be feeling guilty of leaving ishi alone. "Maa go have breakfast everyone.. I'll have breakfast with ishi in room"

He made sure everyone went to eat their breakfast. He took a tray of breakfast to our room.

Ishika opened her eyes feeling heavy. Her head was a mess. She sat up rubbing my forehead. This light is irritating. Then it struck her that the incident happened last night.. power cut, her receiving those text messages, abhi calming her down.

'I shouldn't hide it from him anymore.. i should tell him everything he deserves to know everything'

She was lost in her thoughts when she heard the sound of the door. She pulled her legs closer, scared who might walk in. She calmed down when she saw Abhi with a tray of breakfast. He smiled and sat beside her . He checked her forehead if she had a fever or not.

He sighed in relief. "You scared me yesterday ishi come let's eat breakfast" she took her plate and quietly started to eat breakfast. She was scared that maybe he'll ask her about her panic attack but he never asked anything. They ate breakfast in silence and once done he kept the plate on side.

"Rest some time okay?" He rubbed her cheeks. "Abhi" came more like a whisper as he looked at her "hm?" she was scared to say it. "Abhi.. can you not go to work today? Stay with me?" Abhi smiled and ruffled her hair "today i am with you .. going to office is out of question. You lay down, I'll be back" she frowned as abhi walked out of the room.

He came back with a book in his hand. He sat beside her leaning on the headboard. "Ishi i want to take you to meet my dadu and dadi. They live in Amritsar.. what do you say?" she lay her head on his lap before nodding. Going away from this city is important for her. It would be a small change.

Abhimanyu Caressed her hair while she just closed her eyes. She wanted to tell him everything but she was scared she didn't want to remember it all again. "Abhi when are we leaving?"

"Tomorrow morning dadu dadi is excited to meet you" she smiled . She heard a lot about them and finally she was gonna meet them. She heard the sound of the door and she flinched again but she knew Abhi was with her so she calmed down.

*Bacha how are you feeling now?" it was radhika she sat up and radhika pats ishikas head "tomorrow you both are leaving for Amritsar.. i have already informed maa babuji"

"Maa sat with her for sometime. I have to attend a call. It would take 5 - 10 minutes" Abhimanyu asked and got up. Radhika sat beside Ishika and Ishika lay down on her lap. Radhika runs her hand through Ishika's long hair.

"I am sorry bacha I shouldn't have left you alone" Ishika knew it , she held radhika's hand and kissed her knuckles. "Maa it isn't your fault.. it's all just an accident you don't have to be guilty about anything besides you are my maa you shouldn't say sorry to me.. i am totally fine in front of you right?"

Radhika left a kiss on Ishika's forehead "my sweet daughter" ananya who was standing in the door clears her throat. "Come on maa if i call kjo here he'll make kabhi khushi kabhi gham part 2" she walked in the room. "Bhabhi shall I pack your bags for you? You both are leaving tomorrow"

"I will pack later. You must be having your assignments right?" Ananya shook her head "bhabhi i am done with work you are resting so I'll pack your bags for you and in return when you come back we'll spend a full day together without bhai promise?" Ishika chuckles and nods.

"Alright as you say" ananya got up and went into the closest to pack and abhimanyu's bag. "Maa tell me something about dadu dadi? Are they strict?" Ishika asked radhika who was Caressing Ishika's hair.

"I am dadi's mini version and your dadu he is like abhi.. little strict but total sweet.. besides he loves Abhi due to his leg pain he couldn't come to your wedding.. now that you both are going they are happy"

Like that radhika kept on sharing dadu and dadi's stories and Ishika slowly drifted off to sleep.

Next day

Ishika and Abhimanyu were in the car. The driver was driving to the airport. Abhimanyu tightened the security around the house and he decided to go by his private jet.

After reaching the airport they went through a security check and boarded the plane. Abhimanyu's private jet was a total luxury. Ishika just looked around in aw, this was all so new for her.

Amritsar

The plane landed exactly after 3 hours. Dadu's village was 1 hour away by car. Abhimanyu got in the car with ishika. The driver started driving to dadu's village. "Ishi you can sleep for a while.. we still have 1 hour to go"

Abhimanyu wrapped his hands around Ishika's shoulder and pulled her close. Ishika just closed her eyes, feeling Abhimanyu's steady heart beat. "Abhi will dadu , dadi like me?"

"Of course they'll love you" abhimanyu assured Ishika, rubbing her shoulders. Soon they reached dadu's house. They both got out of the car. Dadu and dadi were already waiting for them outside.

Abhimanyu held Ishika's hand and led her to dadu. "Dadu" abhimanyu spoke, touching his feets. Dadu pats Abhimanyu's back and pulls him in a hug. "My grandson" then went to dadi and touched her feet "dadi" dadi smiles and hugs him.

"Dadu dadi this is Ishika my wife" ishika smiles and bent down to touch dadu's feet but he stopped her "naah puttar humare ghar main ladkiya pair nhi chute" (don't dear in our family girls don't touch feets) dadu pata Ishika's head blessing her.

Ishika went to dadi , dadi cups Ishika's cheeks "you are just like radhika described.. bless you bacha"

"Come in both of you my legs are hurting now" dadu spoke dramatically abhimanyu held dadu's hand and took him in while dadi went in with ishika. "How was the journey?" Dadi asked ishika. "It was good.."

"Food is ready, you both get freshen up and come downstairs" dadi said and asked abhimanyu to lead ishika to their room. Ishita and Abhimanyu went to their room. They freshened up and went downstairs to the living' room. "Abhi come sit here" dadu spoke and ishika went into the kitchen to help dadi.

"Dadi shall I help?" Ishika asked as soon as she walked into the kitchen. Dadi was a lady in her 70s but who can say. She is fit and fine Rockin'. "Take these to the dining table and call dadu and abhi to" Ishika took those bowls to the dining and went out to the living room.

Abhimanyu and dadu were discussing something. "Dadaji dadi is calling to have lunch" abhimanyu got up and helped dadu get up. They both walked to the dining table. Ishika served food to everyone. "Ishika you also sit down to eat with us.. rest the maid will serve" dadi spoke and ishika went to sit beside abhi.

Like a good hubby, Abhimanyu served food to Ishika despite her protest.

After lunch everyone was in the living room watching photo albums. Those were Abhimanyu , Armaan and Ananya's childhood pictures. Ishika admired her husband's childhood pictures they were too cute to handle. "Aw this is so cute" she said pointing at a picture where abhimanyu , armaan and ishika gave Gandhiji's three monkey pose.

Abhimanyu and dadu were discussing business "dadu what do you think? Should i agree to partner up with Mr kapoor?" Though dadu was old but at his time he was a ruthless business like how abhimanyu was now. He learned business from his dadu. So Abhimanyu usually takes advice from him.

"Ishi you are also from this village right?" Dadi asked. "Yes dadi" dadi looks at abhimanyu "suniye, abhi stop business talk now and go to bed everyone" dadi might be sweet but she is strict when it comes to going to bed and waking up early. So after receiving the order everyone went to their respective room.

"Ishi are you feeling okay?" Abhimanyu asked as they both were laying on bed in each other's arms. "Yes thank you for bringing me here" Ishika spoke and pecked Abhimanyu's cheeks. "good now go to sleep tomorrow morning we have to wake up early"

Abhimanyu leaves kiss on Ishika's forehead and both of them fell asleep in each other's arms
