On the busy road of Mumbai, an ambulance was running as fast as it could. The uncrowned king in the business world got into an accident. News was spread like a wildfire. Soon the ambulance reached the hospital. The stretcher was already ready and Abhimanyu was taken into the Er.

Ishika stood out of the ER, her tear stained face , her bloody hand. She was continuously crying after seeing Abhimanyu lying unconscious and she lost her ability to think. It was good that Armaan was in his office. He heard the commotion and called the ambulance.

He too was distraught seeing his big brother lying in a pool of blood but he knew he had to be strong for his bhabhi.. because he had promised abhimanyu to always take care of ishika. "Bhabhi sit here" armaan led Ishika to an empty bench. "bhabhi nothing will happen to him..here drink some water"

He took the glass of water from swanandi and gave it to ishika. Ishika just shook her head. How could she calm down when her husband was in the emergency ward fighting for his life. Anushka and swanandi too rushed to the hospital after hearing what happened they knew Ishika needed them the most right now.

"Stay with her I'll make a few calls" he said to swanandi and left from there. Armaan steps aside and leaned on a wall after he was away from ishika. He couldn't be weak in front of ishika.. he closed her eyes for a few seconds to calm himself down. He took a deep breath and picked up Arjun's call.

On call:

Arjun: Armaan whatever they are showing in news is it true.. is abhi.. really?

Clearly Arjun was panicking; he could hear radhika's sobs and ananya trying to console her.

Armaan: yes papa.. please come to the hospital.. Ishika bhabhi needs us.

Arjun: don't worry we are coming, you take care of Ishika till then.

Armaan hung up the call and he walked to ishika. The doctors were still in the ER; none were ready to answer any questions at the moment. The treatment was taking a long and long time which made Ishika more restless. "Isha Mr Singh will be alright, you have to be strong" swanandi said, Patting Ishika's shoulder.

"That...that car was supposed to hit me but Abhimanyu pushed me and instead he got hurt... if anything would happen to him I would never forgive myself" Ishika broke down again. Swanandi just rubbed Ishika's shoulder. "Isha dont say like that..he will be alright" swanandi spoke trying to calm her down. Soon Arjun , radhika and ananya rushed in.

Ishika hugged radhika tightly, breaking down. "Maa.. doctor hasn't said anything, the operation is still going on" radhika pulls away and wipes Ishika's tears. "Ishi what did Abhi say to you about crying?" Ishika sniffled "that i shouldn't cry.. he hates my tears and just want my smile"

Radhika slightly smiled. It's not like she was not scared but if but right now Ishika wasn't in a state of mind Ishika needed support so Radhika just mugged up her tears. "So baccha , when Abhimanyu will wake up and he sees your tear stained face would he like it?" Ishika shook her head. Radhika made Ishika sit on an empty bench and she sat beside her.

Ananya brought the water for ishika. Radhika took the glass and gave it to ishika "bache here drink this" . Ishika knew she couldn't say no to radhika she took the glass of water and gulped in one go.

"My son is strong bacha nothing will happen to him.. and I know my daughter is strong too .. she won't cry right?" Ishika nodded and leaned her head on Radhika's shoulder. She finally stopped crying.

After an hour or something the doctor finally walked out of the Er. He walked towards Arjun. Doctor was Arjun's friend's son. "How is he?" Ishika asked , the doctor nodded positively. "He is alright he'll wake up in sometime" hearing it ishika took a sigh of relief. It was like she suddenly lost all her energy before she could fall down. Armaan held her. "Bhabhi careful"

"I am fine i am just relieved he is fine" Armaan made Ishika sit on the bench. "Can we meet him?" Radhika asked , "Yes you can after we shift him to normal ward but make sure there isn't much commotion" the doctor left and soon Abhimanyu was shifted to a Normal Vip ward.

Ishika was sitting on the small bench near the bed. She held Abhimanyu's hand gently making sure she didn't touch the IV. "Abhi please wake up now..i am really sorry , i will listen to everything to say but please wake up" slowly the tears were again falling on her cheeks.

"Ishi..i hate your tears" she heard a small voice more like a whisper. Ishika looked at Abhimanyu who gave her a weak smile. "Abhi... how are you feeling? Should I call the doctor? Are you feeling uncomfortable?" Abhimanyu just held her hand and pulled her in his embrace.

"I am alright.." Abhimanyu whispered, Ishika wrapped her hands around Abhimanyu letting her tears fall. Abhimanyu Caressed her hair. "Shh don't cry see i am alright" ishika looked at him with her red fluffy eyes. "Why did you do it?"

"to protect you...jaan i promised you right I'll face the problem before it could even reach you" abhimanyu wiped Ishika's tears "now stop crying it breaks my heart.." Ishika nods and caresses his cheeks. "You rest I'll send maa and papa they are worried"

Abhimanyu nodded and Ishika left the room , soon Radhika and Arjun walked in. Radhika sat on the small stool "how are you feeling bacche?" Radhika asked with a small smile. "I am fine maa" Radhika kissed Abhimanyu's forehead. Soon the doctor walked in. "How are you feeling Mr singh?"

"Slightly headache" abhimanyu spoke while the doctor checked his IV and asked a few series of questions and marked in his file. "Okay Mr Singh you don't have any concussion, you'll be good to go in a week". Arjun walked to the doctor "kabir thank you so much for saving my son's life"

"Uncle I just did my job.. in a week if everything is alright he can go". Kabir spoke and left the room. Kabir was walking towards his room when a girl came running towards him and bumped into him. He lost his balance and he fell down with the girl on top of him.

He was annoyed, "you can't run like this hospital" . The girl's face was covered by her hair. "I am sorry i just was in a hurry" she spoke and tuck her hair behind. Kabir's world stopped when he saw the girl. Her brown eyes, small lips , rosy cheeks. He was mesmerized in her beauty that he forgot he was supposed to be mad.

The girl too was staring at him with a little frown. She was lost in Kabir's blue green eyes. Their staring session was interrupted hearing a loud voice. "Anushka where are you lost" Anushka snaps out of her staring session and quickly gets up. "I am sorry again" she mumbled and ran from there.

Kabir too got up and looked in the direction where she ran "Anushka" he whispered with an amusing smile. Being a VIP doctor he has seen many girls but none made his heart beat like Anushka did just by looking at him. "Interesting" he spoke and walked to his cabin.
